We always stay here when we visit family in Richardson. The hotel is classy and modern, and the rates are very reasonable. It also has a large fitness center fully equipped.

Pros: The staff were tremendously friendly and helpful! The hotel is gorgeous and the indoor pool was heated. Cons: The king sized bed was lumpy and not padded well. It hurt my back just to sit on it for a few minutes. One day housekeeping did not clean our room, even though we had no door tag hanging.

Our stay was amazing from arrival to departure. Staff was super friendly, parking was safe and easy to access. Our room was clean and bed was comfy, water pressure and temp was great. Breakfast was great with plenty of great tasting options and the bar had some of the best drinks around. Shout out to our AM serve Mr. Laurence who was super friendly and knowledgeable! We will absolutely return any time we’re in the area

This hotel is our favorite place to stay after seeing a concert at the Eisemann Center. It is super convenient to stay here and walk to dinner and then walk across the parking lot to the concert. The indoor pool & hot tub are very nice and relaxing. We will be back.

Great facilities at this property, room was large, clean and well maintained, leisure area is great pool is large - and gym well appointed). My only issue is that I wish the towels would not be changed every day, there is a sign saying they are only changed if left on floor or in bath but mine were changed every day so I wish they could be more sustainable. Also I ordered room service once and that came with all disposal plates/containers/plastic knives and forks - is it time to start using normal plates and knives/forks that can be washed.

Well the hotel was way more then expected. Honestly walking in, I thought I was at the wrong hotel. This is a 4.5 star hotel. Beautiful hotel. Great room. Down side, pool was down for repairs, and the parking. Add money for parking. I would recommend this place but expect to add on your cost for the room for parking (per day charge).

The hotel should include a parking cost in its room rate. The keycard used to enter and exit the parking garage is not always working, so I have to get out of the car and cross the street to the front desk to get the card replaced. It's simply annoying. While at the Hilton nearby, there is free parking and restaurants just across the street. I am willing to pay extra for a superior facility, so I gave it a shot, but I was wrong.

We did not end up staying at this hotel. We were not even able to get to our room. There is only one set of elevators, 2 we’re not working. We waited about 20-30 minutes to try and get to our room, but never made it. I told the guy that checked me in twice. The first time he told me I was wrong that the elevators were working but did not check. He then offered the stairs, our room was on the 10th floor. Was he serious? The second time I told told him that the elevators were out he actually seemed to go check. My husband & I needed to leave, we had dinner reservations and would be almost late if we waited ably longer on the elevators. When my husband and I come into town, we will not be choosing this hotel.

The stay was nice, it was the check out. I choose to do valet, at check in, she told me to pay cash, which i did, however the same amout was taken from my credit card. Sent inquire and no response. Also... the room was clean, however you can tell that the comforter was old when you raise it to sunlight it look like mold. The washing and the stuffing of the sheet clumped together.

Everything is good except that beds were not as comfortable as other marriot hotels and 2 adults in a double bed is not comfortable enough, for the expensive price it would be much better to have queen size bedrooms

It was all very nice. Only complaint is some people getting drunk and rowdy in the bar way downstairs and me getting woke up by them repeatedly until about midnight on the 8th floor.

We checked into the hotel the evening of Valentines Day, Friday Feb 14th. When we got to the room we turned the AC down as the room was warm and muggy. As we proceeded to get ready to go out to dinner we noticed the temperature of the room wasn’t going down. We called down to the front desk and they said they would send up an engineer. We soon after left for dinner and evening events. When we returned around 11:30pm the room was still at 75 degrees and the ac was still set to 66. When we called down to the front desk they explained the AC was out thought the entire hotel. We asked for a fan to be sent up. They agreed and we hung up. 5 minutes later we’re got a called from the front desk. “We are fresh out of fans!” We proceeded to spend the rest of the evening in a warm, sturdy, and uncomfortable room. The staff didn’t seem to be willing to do anything to resolve the issue. It was rather frustrating and not the level of service I’d expect for a Marriot property if this caliber. We won’t be returning .

Staff seemed disorganized. Asked for an adjustment to the refrigerator what was freezing liquids, got a second refrigerator delivered and set aside in the room rather than simply replacing or adjusting the refrigerator with a problem. Room was not cleaned one day. Charged me for internet when I was a Marriott member and should have received in complementary (15-17 Sep stay).

I believe I left my secondary phone there. I called and spoke with front desk staff who told me I needed to call back in 15-30 mins so she could check the lost and found. I called back in 30 and she said I needed to call back later because the guy I needed to ask would be in later. Then she said he just came in and took my number, but I never heard back.

The Valet parking service was excellent. The Wildfire Festival was in progress during our stay. They managed our parking needs without delays of any kind. The area was crowded with many festival attendees. They performed without fault.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you are attending a show at the Eisemann Center. The Eisemann Center is directly across the street from the hotel. There is also a nice Italian restaurant within walking distance. Everything is very convenient.

Breakfast was excellent, fresh and tasty but the rest of the food… lunch dinner wings soup dessert etc tasted terrible. They even served me cold soup . Three chicken wings not taste and old as well not fried, the shrimp tacos no flavor no taste and they inly add onios and a little of green celery. Pizza was good

This is quite honestly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was impeccably clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. Also, we had all of our meals at the restaurant and it was 5 star quality. This hotel has far exceeded my expectations in every way!

A pretty big group of us stayed here. We were in town for a soccer tournament. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean. The pool area was nice and pool was clean. Lobby was beautiful and well kept. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be staying there if we are in the area again! I did not eat at the restaurant or breakfast buffet, but I heard good things about both. Bar service was quick & friendly!

My fiance and I are actually residents of Tx so this was a quick little get away and the experience was great, everything from the bar down stairs to the food!!!! The breakfast was pretty good, but I just wish they were more accommodating with the choice of meats that were served, however I did try the cauliflower crust pizza and the wagu burgers and both were excellent choices with this being said my fiance won't let me book anywhere else because of how good the food was lol.
