Rooms felt muggy with the air conditioner on ..made everything feel damp in the room..and the water pressure sucks and wifi didn't really work

Room is clean.. Could use a new coat of paint. Beautiful staircase in lobby to second floor. It needs a good cleaning, to bring it back to original condition

Clean room, staff ok but manager extremely rude. Phones don’t work in rooms which should be a code violation towards guest safety. Toilet was clogged and they left it all day and then tried to say it was my fault as I didn’t stay to let them in even when they acknowledged the maintenance man forgot to come back in 20 minutes as someone was in shower and said I should have gone to let them know I was leaving my room for the day. They didn’t stop people from smoking in outside corridors even though they are a “100% smoke free establishment.” Allowed loud music after 11 pm. They will treat you like a criminal and ask for a $100 deposit even when you pay before arrival. They will only give it back after walking to your room to ensure all is well. Probably my fault for wanting to have a more economical stay that was arranged last minute for the weekend. I won’t stray from the nicer hotels beachside ever again.

Not enough items for breakfast

The issue that I encountered on my visit was the fact that no were was it mentioned that they required $100 deposit at check-in. The breakfast is OK basic cereal, and waffles. The pool was nothing like the pictures a lot smaller in person. The room was clean I will say. Just there has to be advertisement of a refundable hundred dollar deposit somewhere I would rather have gone to a nicer place that did not require a deposit. My trip became 230 for the night versus the 130 including fees. At check out they said I would get the money back in 5 to 7 business days. It’s only $100 yes but the issue is the principal not the money nowhere was it advertised and why is it gonna take so long to get it back?
