The rooms and parking lot are in serious need of updating. The bathtub was in awful shape and the towels and sheets were like sandpaper, and the “blanket” was essentially a second sheet. The mattress was comfortable, the AC worked great, the tile floors smart with the sand, the desk staff was nice, and the pier for fishing was a nice surprise. The location was decent as well.

Could not find my registration at first. Check in took 45 minutes. Not something you want to do after 10 hours on the road The hot tub and pool were very dirty. I was told by a Minnesota couple who stays there every other year that the hot tub had been broken at least 2 years. The parking was secure, but tight No coffee pot in the room as advertised No breakfast offered as advertised One coin operated washer and dryer in a tiny dirty room. 40 minutes to wash hour and a half to dry half way. Had to hang wet clothes in room to dry I had some charges show up on my card and when I questioned about them I was told not to worry about them they would be removed The rooms were sparsely furnished The beds were very comfortable

The moment we checked in we noticed the hotel looked very run down and the sign by the road was scratched out, and also we were told to put down a $100 deposit when the site said nothing about it. When we actually got up to our room the stairs we took to get to the room were chipped and falling apart with roaches strewn about. The actual hotel room we were assigned to was missing a tv and it smelt of mould and a certain cleaner i couldnt pinpoint, there were disgusting mysterious liquids on the walls and broken tiles in the restroom and throughout the actual room. When we brought all our concerns to the front desk they said they couldnt do anything about it and they also refused to give our refund back after we asked. They ended up giving us another room and the ONLY difference was that this one wasnt missing a tv. I would NEVER stay here again and i hope noone ever has to either , we were also BULLIED into giving up our parking spot when another family came up and close to our window and made up lies about saying management gave them that spot and they constantly honked at us till we moved. THE POOL AND HOT TUB WERE DISGUSTING, with multiple drunk people drinking and partying at it, you ALSO have to gather your own wet dirty towels and take them all the way to the front desk by hand just to get new clean ones because maids come every OTHER day. After telling the front desk AGAIN about all our concerns and MORE that kept happening throughout our stay they said they couldnt h

Hotel is good for price ! Just for the price you will get what you payed the people a little loud in pool place feels safe great view on fishing dock ! The beds are comfortable just needs more covers does get cold at night dog friendly place people do clean after themselves

Pool was extremly dirty hot tub was a hole witg standing water no shade just terrible. Rooms were were extremley basic i guess just a place to sleep the only up side was the peer for fishing

Hotel isn’t too badly priced and it’s not in the worst condition ever but I can not stand the parking lot. It is too small and tight and it makes parking hard especially if you’re driving a truck like I was. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel for a night or two, this place ain’t so bad.

Weather was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed the view and tha marina/pier. Hotel was a little out dated and very dusty in our room. There was basically no hot water in the showers. And neighbors were super loud. A good stay for the price. Oh and pool was filthy.

The property doesn’t follow hygiene regulations and requirements. it was filthy. The reception area windows and doors were full of dirt. It has not been cleaned in a long time. The room smelled mildew. The floor on the bathtub had impregnated mold and dirt. The sink also was filthy with mold and dirt. Pictures taken. The microwave and refrigerator were rusted. The room felt unsafe, the door didn’t have security latches. The wall was full of questionable holes. The wood of frame door appeared to be damaged and paint peeled off. The marketing and picture presentation of this hotel was falsely advertised. I am requesting my full refund.

Sheets were stained, room was dirty, and there was hair all over the room.

The hotel was grimey and dirty. Felt really gross inside. We stepped out to get cleaning supplies so we can mop the floor and clean the bathroom and shower ourselves. The hotel is rundown and falling apart. Really terrible experience

This place is dirty. The bathroom was not clean. The sheets were dirty. Went to the front desk to ask for more sheets so I could change the bed myself and was told they have no extra clean sheets. The bathroom had roaches as well

I do not recommend this hotel. We paid nearly $800 for 2 nights and it is very old, the place felt/smelled dirty, cracks in the door (we had to put a towel in the crack to keep the air from escaping) there were roaches when i attempted to use the microwave. Not worth what we paid. The one thing we did enjoy was sitting outside catching the sea breeze. Other than that, It was very uncomfortable.

Moldy restrooms, beds had curvature holes in them, not comfortable at all, room smelled, NO HOT water in showers. Dog poop all over sidewalks by doors. Key cards wouldn't work. Hotel attendant had to give us her master key while we stayed there in order to get in and out of our room. Marina view was nice, but that was about the only thing nice about it. Save your $$$ and stay else where. Stairs look to be hazardous, doesn't look safe whatsoever. Sorry 😢

There were people partying 24 hours a day, in their rooms, outside in the pool, in the parking lot, on patios. The building is old, dingy dirty and rooms need a lot of tlc. No coffee pot in room, so we needed to wait until the office opened - 8am? No breakfast, no workout room, but I did like the large walk-in shower with nice water pressure.

This hotel has a great location is fairly inexpensive and those are the pros for it. The parking is terrible because of how small the spots are. The bed was uncomfortable. The curtains and shower curtain were filthy. There were people arguing past 2:00 am in the morning on one of our evenings. People fish well into the evening right outside you patio. We saw a roach in the bathroom. One of the office attendants was terrible. He was very unfriendly and acted like I was an inconvenience when I checked in. In fact the door didnt work and you had to just push on the door when you use the key because it flashes like it isn’t unlocking. The same guy was there when I complained about this big guy who was confrontational to my wife because he thought she hit his car door. She didn’t but he had been out on the patio smoking pot and thought he saw her hit it so I told the office guy and he could have cared less. We will not stay there again. If you do stay here make sure you are on canal side and not on the first floor. Buyer beware!

Upon arrival everything seemed up to par. Check in was fast and easy, customer service was okay. Once we got to our room we immediately noticed a very strong scent of cigarettes as well as sticky floors and hair on our sheets and pillows. I went back to the service desk to report the issue and was treated very mildly and or dismissive. They gave us a new room which was a big improvement from the previous one.

Had a room over the bay. It was very clean. I will stay there again. Loved it.

We had a great view of the water and the patio table had 4 chairs to go with it. We had 2 TVs but only 1 remote had batteries and the back for it. The blue sofa and chair didn't match the turquoise walls. No coffee maker and office coffee was cold.

The rooms are comfortable. Our room was clean. The only thing is the mini fridge IS mini. So if you plan on bringing some groceries i suggest you take a look first, we ended up using our beach ice chests to keep fruit and stuff cold. There is no coffee pot in the room, but they have coffee in the office and the PARKING is tight, very tight! Pool area is actually small and there are no restrooms. Overall it was OK. Would stay here for an overnight stay but not again for multiple nights. The staff was very friendly!

Our room had a beautiful view of the water. Very close to the beaches and restaurants. Very nice hotel for the money.

I liked that I was so close to the lake, but I didn't have any WIFI in my room (mind you I was right above the lobby) on the third floor. The staff was friendly and the room spacious, the mini fridge was warm and the sheets were THIN, but overall I did enjoy my time alone (there are permanent residents)

It was bigger/spacier than I expected. Staff is very nice, great fishing spot right on the property! Very convenient area to get around the island walking or by car! Easy check in and check out! WE WILL BE COMING BACK.

I was charged a full amount charge as a purchase for the deposit . Every time I tried calling the hotel I never got an answer to the front desk .

I got there at 2:13 pm and was told check in was till 3. 8 let them know I was there and would wait. I waited till 3. Room had not even been started to get cleaned. I asked and was told 15 min to clean. They gave me my room until 4 pm. And it was still dirty. The girl in the front was rude.

They didnt have my room ready at 5pm. They tried to upsell me to a more expensive one. When i declined they downhraded my room from what ive originally booked. They advertise breakfast but they do not offer breakfast. Overall you get what you pay for. Not horrible but not great. I eould use it again if im in a budget.

The staff made my stay much more pleasant. The manager was extremely helpful in getting me upgraded and the night manager was as helpful as well. My stay was pleasant

At check in - they assigned me to a room that already had guests staying in it. Rooms were worn down and not kept up with. Had to leave a $100 deposit that still hasn’t been refunded after 7 days. I called and they could take up too 10 days.

The manager was terrible rude

We didn't end up staying because the property was asking for $75 more to stay. We paid for the room online but was still being charge additional fees. I booked the room based on the amount that appears online thinking that was the total.

The staff at the front desks are awful. They do not answer phone calls, they are also not friendly.

I always get a room overlooking the bay. It’s nice to look at the water and sometimes watch people fish.

This place is not fancy but it’s an affordable place to stay after a day in the sun. The reason I choose this location is because I enjoy the dock on the bayside in back. It’s even better if you’re lucky enough to get one of the rooms facing the bayside.

We booked a king suit with balcony overlooking the bay. It was exactly what it said it would be. Located in close proximity to the restaurants, bars, and beaches. It is an older property and they do take cost savings measures. There was a tiled floor throughout, comfortable sleeper sofa and chair, a sturdy coffee table and dining table with 2 nice chairs. It had a small microwave and small fridge, but no kitchen. There was a semi-comfortable king size platform bed, 1 nightstand and 1 dresser. Two 50 inch tvs were also included- one in n the living area and one in the bedroom. Bathroom had a nice walk-in shower, but low water pressure and not very hot. The balcony did overlook the bay and had a patio table and chairs to sit in and watch the boats go by and the fish jump. You can not get coffee in the room. However, there is supposedly some at the front desk beginning at 7 a.m. - if someone shows up to work. You have to checkout blankets from the front desk; subject to a $25 fee if not returned upon checkout. The pool and hot tub is small. The hot tubs water looked cloudy. The rooms were devoid of any decoration including pictures and lamps. It would be a benefit to be bi-lingual because most of the staff were Hispanic. Overall improvements could be made but it was good for the $58 dollars a night we paid.

Property is old and not in the best shape. Peeling paint,old furniture,everything is scratch or has water damage. No hot water, no dishwasher or anything to wash dishes. 10pm noise curfew not enforced,pool was small and looked murkey. Not worth the money even if its a budget saver. Room was big with a good view,balcony was great, but curtain had holes and no real blankets thet layered sheets. Also EXPEDIA and hotel did not comunicate when we wanted tp SHorten our stay by one day!

Stated, breakfast. Found no breakfast for years. Hair drier not working. 2 tvs, one works. Switch at door for florescent light over beads. Dirty floor. No place to put luggage on, had to leave on floor. No lamp on night stand. The bathroom looked good.

The website had breakfast, but was not offered at the location, and the tub/shower was not in good condition.

There’s no food options. The bed was fine. The housekeeper never showed up on the room. We stayed for 2 days without housekeeper service.

Great stay. Only draw backs was that there was some small roaches in the restroom but i think its very common in all hotels at the island. Also wish they had some kind of breakfast or danishes at least. Rooms are great price. I asked for a room on the bottom and they accommedated me with one. Fast check in. Very friendly staff. Warm pool. Was worth it. Will stay again soon. Great airconditiong. Cold. Take extra blanket.
