Zimmer war in ziemlich abgewohntem Zustand und hatte einen komischen Geruch. Vorhang am Fenster hatte Löcher, Duschvorhang war zerrissen, Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens, das im Zimmer war, tropfte, keine Fernbedienung für TV im Zimmer, keine Handtücher im Zimmer, vom Hocker fehlten zwei Beine, Sofa schmutzig, Löcher im Stoff des Bettes, Bettwäsche fragwürdig, altes Bad mit vielen defekten Dingen …

The pool was closed, there was trash on our room’s floor, the room was humid, the bathtub was peeling, there was something sticky on the floor, the food was poor, lights were out in the room, they only gave us 2 towels knowing there would be 4 of us. The only great thing was the lighting in the parking lot. I wish we had made a reservation somewhere else.

Tv didn’t work and had to reset it.Dirty q tips on the floor in the hallway was never picked up. Shower rod falling off and curtain taped to to hold it. Something sticky on one of the night stands. Water leaking on floor of continental breakfast.

The start was not good because we were planning to bring our dog and checked with the staff and they let us know that the hotel is pet friendly and we were excited to pay the extra $25.00 a night...BUT when my husband went in to pay for our dog to stay it was a different person and he was totally the opposite of the prior person...he stated taht our dog had to be less than 25 pounds and we couldn't even bring our dog to visit and not stay or they would charge $100...he was not nice. We notice black moled in the bathroom shower, very old the door was all cracked all at the bottom and it got stuck. The tv was not working on all channels and the refrig kept us up with loud noise... THE last straw was there was NO pool...NO pool and it was advertised with pool.

This comfort suite should not be in your list for people to stay. I booked it without looking at the reviews. We booked for two nights but we checked-out the next day. My husband and I was shocked on the first room assigned to us. It was horrible/deplorable. The room has unfinished construction or repair of the vanity, carpet fifty, bed not made up, exposed wirings and loud AC. We switched to another room, it was a little acceptable but still has that smell, with carpet so old and dirty, only one towel provided, I have to ask for another one. The hallway with exposed wirings and fixtures not fixed. As if we were walking in a hunted hotel. When we checked out the next day, I had spots on my skin that looks like a bug bite and itches all day. We immediately, checked-out, the front desk staff was eating with food in her mouth. She wasn’t able to provide my refund, and does not know how to check us out in the system. I was just provided a number for the manager to call on Monday for refund. This place sucks!
