Elevator wasn't working.

Air conditioning fan was extremely noisy. TV had to be adjusted to work. Hot tub was excellent. Laundry was acceptable. Room location was excellent.

Very little parking

Nice hotel. Hot tub was out of service and staff was loud and woke us up at 11 pm

Room was great - NO CARPET!!! Pool/spa area air and pool water were not warm enough to use pool.

This place has ice cold pool with out if order signs up. Front deak said the aigns were juat left up pool safe to swim. Hotel very old and repairs that have been made have been done by a preschooler.

Parking lot was very small and we drive a big truck. Newer hotel so nice.

The front desk night clerk was fast, nice, and had decent customer service. However, due to the condition of the hotel, I would never stay here again. The smell of the entire hotel (first floor, lobby) was odd. A mixture of cleaning supplies (but not in that good-clean way) and mildew. Also the heavy perfumes on the 3rd floor was overbearing. The beds were absolutely squeaky (the metal frames they have them on) and the towels they provided looked dingy and dirty. Some of them were stained with yellow. Finally the "full breakfast" that they heavily advertise is false advertising because they don't refill the items... Also, no yogurt, no bananas, not a single hard boiled egg in sight, no cream for the coffee, and finally, no orange juice (they use a generic Sunny delight type of orange "drink" instead). The overnight parking lot had maybe 2 or 3 open spaces, so obviously the hotel was busy/filled and they should've prepared accordingly for a morning breakfast rush. 8pm, no eggs, no tater tots, and hardly and sausage left. Area is very cramped and we're all standing around waiting for refills. The man and woman were walking back and forth bringing hot water and 5-6 small donuts at a time. It was ridiculous. This place could use a major overhaul. The elevator makes noises and feels dangerous. Housekeeping could clean the bathrooms much better, the areas where the shampoo/soaps are in the bathroom look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks.

Check in was easy. The bedding was washed but was stained. The beds were not comfortable. The elevator made unexpected noises that made questionthe safety. We had to call for assistance to get the t.v. to work. Are family will not be returning.

The breakfast was terrible, the tile in the room was tiled over something janky because it was super uneven (like a quarter inch up from different tiles), the grout was cracking and mismatched as they added more to replace the grout coming out. There was rarely an attendant at the front desk, and no room cleaning except every 3 days (I hate that). The elevator was weird and made lots of noises and vibrated like it was going to break every time we used it. Honestly the only good thing about this property is it’s conveniently located near the freeway.

Room was dirty. Fingernail clippings on the floor. Pee down the wall behind the toilet. Hair by tub and on towels. Would not stay here again.

This was not a clean hotel. AC was noisy and flipped on and off all night although it worked. Dingy towels and sheets. The floors hadn't been vacuumed inside the room and hallways. Hallways were the worst. Not well kept up hotel. Would not stay here again.

Room was dirty. I have never seen a dirtier room. Hair in sink and beds. Gross walls with scum all over. I don’t give ratings. But this place was a mess, lacked upkeep. I could not recommend even for a lower price.

We are very happy with our stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites. Our room was spacious and I liked the arrangement with the sink that, although it didn't have a door, was private from the room and with a door to the toilet and tub next to it. It had a small refrigerator, which is always welcome, a nice TV, an upholstered chair and a desk and chair. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the heater/air conditioner was easy to regulate and quiet. It was in a very convenient location, close to the freeway, but not too close.

Walked to our first room and the door was not closed or locked. So I went back down to tell the worker he said please dont stay there and switched us to another room. That room has horrible black mold all over the bathroom ceiling.

The room I had was horrible!! The bed sunk to the frame when sat on. The air conditioning was horrible. The fan kept running after the system stopped. The fridge kept making popping noises. I could hear mice in the walls. Tv would not connect to WiFi. The room looked like it was in mid fixing up. Paint was half done in bathroom. Curtains were half hanging on hooks. Found hair in the bathroom. Room was not worth what they charged me. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

It was more important to be on their cell phones than help the guests. The room was filthy and seemed like it had not been cleaned in a long time. There were dead bugs by the window, and stains on the shower curtain. The floor in the room was so dirty that our white socks turned black underneath. One of the trash cans had not been emptied from the previous visitors. There was no hand soap, Kleenex, or toilet paper in the room. They did give us a toilet paper roll when we asked, but we had to buy hand soap and Kleenex. Overall, there is nothing positive to say about this place. We will not be returning to this location.

The room was gross. The floors turned feet and socks black. Mold was growing in shower. The pool was even more disgusting. The hot tub was murky and there were cigarette butts everywhere. The tiny elevator was questionable whether it was going to stop working at any moment. Will never stay again.

Our room was clean and spacious, however the metal bed frames were cheap and squeaked. There was also a lot of highway noise from the road nearby.

Everything was mostly fine. It's a very loud stay. Constant banging in the halls and rooms above, likely kids running around. Very loud bathroom fan, enough to disrupt sleep. Bad breakfast - runny eggs, runny oatmeal, overcooked sausage. No coffee lids.

We spent one night at the hotel in a room that had king sized beds in separate rooms with a shared bathroom and a connecting door. The wall between the rooms did nothing to cancel the noise from the television. There was also a lot of freeway noise at night.

Great valued stay, location is convenient as well. The only thing that bothered me was the thin walls. They have 3 levels. If you stay on first and second floor, you most likely to hear people who stay your upstairs walk like dinosaurs. And the group stayed next to me also had their door unlocked the whole stay with the security lock flipped the other side to stop the door closing, so every time these people have the door banging my whole room hella hard. And you could hear all the conversations. If you can’t stand noise, this hotel probably not for you. Easy parking.

We've stayed here a few times over the years, but its been a while. The floors have been updated from carpet to hard. Usually thats a good thing, but here it just made everything echo so badly! We booked a king suite. The room was clean, but it was obvious there had been water damage from the room above us, and it wasn't patched up well. The bed though, was the worst hotel bed I've ever slept on. It was on a metal frame that shrieked with any slight movement! The mattress was also worn down in the middle. We had a good laugh about it, because what else do you do? But it was really bad. The first night there was a dog somewhere close to us, and every time either of us moved, the bed shrieked and the dog barked. Overall, it was fine. The hotel wasn't our destination, it was just a place to sleep.

The beds were not comfortable at all, and the frame was a metal frame that made noise whenever a person moved. I have never slept on a bed like this before, and I did not like it. Other than that, the place was decent, and located in a great area.

The room was freezing when we got there, but we shut off the air and it warmed up. We enjoyed the room, but there was no signal on the TV. The room phone didn't work. Slept good.

I had the king suite. The bed was horrible. It was on a metal frame and the base of the bed is like a tin or metal and you barley touch it, it makes a loud bang. The bed sinks in the middle. My husband and up woke up with horrible back and neck pain. All the beds are on metal frames. The beds and TV are outdated.

The continental breakfast was the worst I have seen and likely unsafe. The warm eggs and sausage looked like the same exact batch both mornings. Our first room had a broken shower head that I had to hold with one hand while trying to wash with the other. The AC was broken and sounded like it had a plastic bag stuck in it. Staff were very accommodating in providing a new room, but the standard at this hotel is very low.

We had a couch bed and the front desk wouldn't give us bedding for it. We had to buy our own bedding. The lady at the front desk was rude.

I checked in online and once I got to the hotel the front desk was rude and tried to tell me I was at the wrong motel and I showed her my check in and the confirmation # and she kept trying to tell me I was at the wrong place and about 5 minutes later she said here’s your room key and number. Didn’t tell me where to go and was not friendly at all

The room was clean and well appointed. Our stay was very nice. The most delightful surprise was the exceptionally kind and helpful front desk attendant. When we travel to this area we will stay at this property.

1. I couldn’t understand what they were saying, very strong accents, very embarrassing for both of us. 2. Because I booked through you and got a discount the room I qualified for was a first floor room with a concrete wall as my view! 3. I asked for a room with a window that at least let me see some daylight, his response was, I had already been in the room and left some stuff (just to visit with him) meant that I was accepting the room??? 4. Pretty soon after that I received info letting me know if I would pay $35 more they would upgrade me! So much for using your website! 5. Left to meet with a friend, when we came back a short time later, my friend was appalled with the concrete wall as my view and questioned why they wouldn’t help me, he responded that I had an hour to bring this concern up to him??? Did that within 5 min of being in the hotel! 6. There was NO shower curtain, had to place down most of their towels to avoid a slippery floor. 7. The fridge had no door covering the freezer, my breakfast and lunch for the next day froze. 8. Went downstairs for coffee and there were no cups set out, I had to look in the counter close to the coffee maker and set out a package of cups for everyone to use. And 9. The most pathetic part I witnessed was they were to cheep or whatever to supply lids for the coffee cups, it was very sad to witness customers walking around trying not to spill their hot cups of coffee.I have never seen such a lack of compassion for guests!!!!

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful With all my questions. Rooms were very clean, a/c worked great, beds were comfortable, I can’t wait to come back soon!

Terrible customer service

it was great! wifi was slow but not a big deal. Huge shoutout to the gentlemen at the front desk the day we checked out. we thought we lost our cat and were freaking out and he helped us look outside and was super kind and nice when we ended up finding her still in the room

Beautiful property with mountain room view and views of Lake Urah. Clean room, helpful staff, awesome location.

The rooms were on par for the price and the refrigerator-freezer was bigger than expected. It was also nice to have a microwave in my room. Breakfast was significantly less than what I would expect. The eggs were consistently watery. Sausages, oatmeal and waffles were the only other hot options. I couldn't get myself to try the eggs or oatmeal, they just didn't look worth it.

Room was great. It was huge, and very clean. The breakfast was good, had eggs, meat and potatoes, oatmeal, waffles; plus many extras. I was very impressed for the price. The workers were all very kind.

Room was good, although they missed a day we asked for it to be cleaned. And the breakfast was not always as it advertised. One day they offered biscuits and gravy but every biscuit was burnt. And they were often out of eggs of sausage and the person in charge was slow to resupply. We were there for 10 days and for the most part it was fine.
