The good include the breakfast! Excellent. The pool and hot tub were nice, too. Staff were nice. Didn’t like their TV/cable service. Remotes didn’t seem to work very well, and the TV’s seem really dated. The AC units were super loud, too. Overall ok with the stay, though.

We love this hotel! My daughter and I have come here for the last 3 years for Spring Break staycation! It’s always clean, the staff is nice, the pool and hot tub are clean, and the breakfast is good!

We have stayed at this property several times it's very convenient to BYU and UVU campuses. Indoor pool and hot tub had too much chlorine, but Im sensitive to chemicals. Good breakfast, comfy room on the first floor.

The first room I was in had a horrible odor and it appeared that it was next to the area where guests would take their dogs to relieve themselves. After talking to the person at the front desk they were able to switch rooms to a better location.

My room was very spacious. Having a refrigerator and microwave was nice since not all hotels include them. I really appreciate the number of outlets in the room which sounds like it should be no big deal but some hotel rooms have so few I could not charge or plug in more than 2 devices at the same time unless I had one in the bathroom area. Although I stayed by myself, this room would have been more than enough space for two. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. Thank you to this location for having a good variety and some healthier options such as egg white omelets and turkey sausage. All staff I interacted with were friendly. Specifically the gentleman who checked me in on Monday evening (10/6) and the individual monitoring the breakfast. This was a positive experience.

Convenient location with friendly staff. Good choice for pet owners. Unfortunately, the rooms feel pretty outdated. We got unlucky with room 300 being extremely loud from outside parking lot and neighboring business noise.

The desk clerk at check in was great and made sure we had a room that suited our needs. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. Breakfast was very good, with numerous warm options including omelettes, sausages, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and cinnamon rolls.

I visit my college student about 3 times a year in Provo and have stayed at 6 different hotels around the same price point, and this one is definitely one of the best. The room and hotel in general was really clean, the rooms are a bit outdated, but they didn’t feel “old” because they were maintained well. Property was nicely kept, the kids loved the heated pool and Jacuzzi, although it was a bit small for the number of people using it on weekends, so if you’re wanting a swim, don’t go on weekends or evenings, it’s absolutely packed full of families. I didn’t get a chance to try breakfast, but my husband said it was good and that they had a lot of choices especially the hot breakfast. Staff was super helpful and friendly and it was located super close to UVU which is where we were visiting my daughter at. The ONE drawback is that it’s right off the busy freeway, so it’s pretty loud. I spent the first few hours thinking the window was open because of the traffic noise, but it was just loud. Overall, I give this place a 9.5/10 for the price and features, and I will definitely stay here again when I visit, it’s much better than similar options in the same area.

It was a convient location! Room was way smaller them advertised, we were suppose to have a full fridge, microwave, and a dishwasher, and a full sized sink.. we had a mini fridge and a mini microwave ..and a very small sink tje room was over stuffed as the couch was butted up to the cabnet and an end ta le shoved in a corner between the 2..this was a very disapointing stay

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Room service came very early on the first day during breakfast so we kept our do not disturb on our door so we could change before leaving for the day. We didn’t get it cleaned that day which was unfortunate. They did clean the next day but did not leave any hand towels or washcloths after they took the dirty ones out. They replaced the TP but did not load it onto the roll which I thought was odd. Just a few inconveniences but overall just fine. Bed was not very comfortable- all four of us did not sleep well. It could have just been our room in particular.

This hotel hit it out of the park for us. We stay at a lot of hotels, and this one ticked all the crucial boxes (clean, secure, functional) while also being friendly, comfortable, and accommodating. We brought a dog and the fees are reasonable; dog even got a milk bone from the receptionist. The staff are stellar. The place is immaculate. Very impressed! Thank you.

We arrived at 2:38 in the afternoon checked in the front desk person said our room wasn't ready because check in is at 3:00 pm he then chained the room to one that was available. I gave them my credit card he held the room fee plus $50. ran the the card and it was approved. At 11:02 a new front desk person call the room and said we had not checked in and need my credit card to pay for the room which had already been paid for, he would not call a manager at 11:00 to fix the problem just wanted us to pay twice.

Exceptional staff. I had a travel schedule that put me in town early and meetings later. I requested to check in very early 10 am, and they allowed me to do so which was a huge convenience and the hotel deserves kudos. Most hotels won't let you check in early when they have rooms.

Check in was good. Front desk clerk was helpful and checked in the pool area frequently. Keeping it clean and the rowdy kids in check. Hot tub was hot and pool was room temp but not cold. Breakfast was ok. Sadly the hot water was out but the microwave in the room worked.

We were first time visitors for 2stays in this hotel. We enjoyed everything except 2 items. 1st. Breakfast looked inviting but the food was cold. 2nd stay-we enjoyed the room except for the fact that we had no way to adjust the tempature of the room. it was strickly air on or air off. this was very odd and very uncomfortable to rest.

Just stopped for an overnight stay. Very impressed with the service, cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The breakfast was the best of all the breakfasts we have had during our travels. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
