While the reception desk staff was welcoming and friendly, the hotel itself feels like a stop on the way to someplace else - not ‘homey’. Parking on site is convenient, but the ATM in the lobby didn’t work. That obviously can happen and is not the hotel’s fault but it ultimately felt like a repetitive theme throughout our brief stay - indeed on our way to someplace else (Yellowstone); just not caring and really welcoming. The room itself was spacious but my wife found a hair on her pillow, not a great impression. The hand-shower was nice in the bathroom but the toiletries consisted of plastic flasks, not environmentally responsible. For dinner we went to a spanish themed restaurant at The Hyatt (which was excellent), so we can’t speak to the dining at the Radisson.

Hotel was in a great location within walking distance of the venue we were visiting, restaurants and shopping. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurant had good food. I would say my favorite thing is was the comfort level of the bed. It was very comfortable. My least favorite thing was that you had to pay for parking. If I had not received free parking as a VIP, I would not have booked this hotel for this trip. We traveled with a team and the rest of the families had to pay $25-$30 for parking. I know that it is common to pay for parking in cities, but I feel those prices were a little steep. Having said that, I would stay in this hotel again with my VIP status.

First, let me say the employees we dealt with were very good. The biggest issue was when booking it said there was an indoor pool and hot tub. Including pictures. This was a huge criteria for booking. When our party was ready to go find the pool and hot tub we couldn’t find where it was we went to the front desk to ask how to get to it and they informed us it’s been closed for over a year!! I could understand a month and the information not being updated, but not a year! Also the toilet ran all night long, by the time we realized it and heard it, it was late and we were in bed. We figured it would take forever at that time of night to get a maintenance person and we were all in out bed clothes. Very disappointed, a huge part of our plans weren’t able to happen because there is no pool and hot tub!

1) The main entrance turnstile was out of order for the 3 days we were there. The sign said it was due to the weather. It was clear and cold, not rainy or snowy. 2) The toilet ran often. The toilet hardware needed to be jiggled on a number of occasions before the water filled. 3) We waited several minutes before we were seated for lunch by someone in the Copper Canyon hotel restaurant. There appeared to be no hostess on staff and a waiter ultimately had to seat us. 4) Interestingly, I was informed via text one day before my arrival that there was a valet parking fee of $35/day or I could park my car myself for $25/day. This was not disclosed at the time of my booking. 5) Also one day before my arrival I was informed that the indoor pool area would not be available. 6) These "last minute" notifications left me with little time to make any reservation changes without penalty. 7) When checking out, I asked the person at the front desk if she could explain some of the charges on the bill. She was unable to do so... she had no idea and there was no one available who could explain those charges.

We had family in room 803 and there was blood on the pillow. In room 802, there was dried urine on the toilet upon arrival. I am disappointed in the sanitation of the rooms. The restaurant staff was great and friendly.

hotel & restaurant staff were really helpful and they made our stay good. however, our hotel room was FILTHY. we landed around 5am and had gotten zero sleep. the hotel let us check in early (for a fee) and when we got to our room, there was pus(?) on the mirror, hair in both my brother & i’s separate beds, and hair in the shower. for our stay, we both have been sneezing and having allergy attacks EVERY NIGHT and assumed it was allergies. we didn’t brother to check the beds until our last night! there is dirt, dust, & crumbs collecting in the frame and a dust pile under the bed. if i could submit pictures with this rating, i would…

Check in/check out was really easy and quick. The staff were super helpful! The room itself was mostly clean save for a dead roach in the room. The AC wouldn't stay on most of the night and I was unable to get the faucet for the tub to work at all. Otherwise it was a decent stay for my trip! Bed was comfy and it stayed pretty quite overnight.

Our stay worked for what we needed. We had to ask for more pillows because there were only a few small one when we got in. Tub didn’t drain well while showering so there was half a tub of water by the time I turned off the shower, and I only take 10 minutes to shower. Room wouldn’t stay at temp we put the thermostat on so it got warm a lot and made it hard to sleep. Other than that the customer service was great and the cleanliness was pretty good

After checking in and walking into our room 5 minutes later a stranger walks in! Well I guess they double booked my room and gave someone a working key. Whatever accidents happen well an hour and a half later another employee comes in then leaves. And then 20 minutes later hotel security knocks once and then just walks in the room. Turns out they never even wrote down that we got that room. They had us on a separate floor, but our room key holder said we were in the correct room I mean the key worked. So on 3 separate occasions our privacy was violated and the security told us to call the front desk because they had no record of us. After holding for 5 minutes and no one answering we went to the lobby where there wasn’t a single guest being helped we were just on hold for no reason.

I travel every year to Salt Lake City for Business for our convention and I normally stay at the Marriott that is attached to the convention center. I decided to make a change and stay at the Radisson this year and I was a little skeptical, but I was more than impressed with the staff who are friendly, outgoing, accommodating, they could not have been nicer very very pleased and will now make my new stays at the Radisson every year

Every staff member we encountered was an absolute professional with delightful anttitudes and wonderful, warm, friendly service. The server at the restaurant (forgive me her name escapes me but she wears bubble braids) was above and beyond every time we dined with her or got service to the room. Outstanding.

I arrived after a long flight to be told there were no rooms left, they had overbooked. I had a reservation! They said sorry, you can go stay at a Hampton Inn 5 minutes away & come back tomorrow for the remainder of your stay. Furious as there were no nice hotels remaining in the city, they were all sold out.

Location, location, location! 5 minutes from big nice mall, 10 minutes from nail salon, temple square, Union Pacific facade, the gateway, many restaurants, trolly and southwest tours pick up from in front of it, restaurant on site is VERY convenient, rooms are clean, modern and well furnished, free water bottles, mini bar and microwave, friendly staff, fast elevators! Nice view of mountains! Really excellent! Highly recommend

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Great restaurant and nice looking bar if that’s your thing. There is a $25 / day fee for parking. Not bad for one night as my stay was, but could be a concern for some. Location in downtown Salt Lake is ideal. Walking distance to all the city has to offer, from the Utah Mammoth hockey team, Jazz basketball, and the Salt Lake Temple.

Where do I start - I booked 5 rooms for 3 days, I booked this hotel because it had a pool. However, once the cancellation time was up I received a text message telling me your pool is under contraction and not available. Too late to cancel so stayed here anyway. The temp in several of the rooms would not stay at the temp we would set on thermostat it was like the thing had mind of its own so I was always hot and uncomfortable! We tried to eat breakfast in the restaurant one day and it was honestly the worst service I have had in a very long time. This is my forth year attending FENCETECH and the absolute worst hotel experience yet! Just thought you would like to know!! Thanks

The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. They upgraded my room upon request because of my VIP gold status. The hotel is located near a TRAX light rail station. It is right next to the convention center, and in walking distance from two malls, the Clark, planetarium and contemporary art museum. While the hotel does not include breakfast in the price of the room, they have complementary Starbucks coffee in the morning. We ate breakfast one morning in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast burritos were excellent and the waiter superb.

We were not happy with the restaurant. We were a bigger party, but we were some of the first people in the restaurant and it took over an hour to get our food which was 4 or 5 bowls of soup a couple of salads one sandwich and one plate of tacos. Then when we asked for our checks, they were all wrong and took each of us going to the register to figure out what we owed. We were trying to get to a concert, so it was frustrating. Also, we stayed in room 807 and the trap under the sink had come off somehow and water was coming out under the sink. My husband was able to get it fixed but not before something on the floor got wet. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel, and the room was nice and being able to walk to the concert was great!

I liked that they asked the purpose of the stay, and when I said "anniversary" they gave us a complimentary upgrade. I didn't like that I had to pay for parking as a guest, and I didn't like that the website said breakfast was available which made me think it was a continental breakfast included with the stay and it turned out that you could pay exorbitant prices for a breakfast.

Room was clean Yhe elevator was not working on our floor,6 floor, so we waljed down the emergency stairs with all of our bags. Told the 1st person i seen ,security, and they said theur is workinh fine. Yold the lady ar check out and she was more concerned about us tripping the emergency system and why did we go to the stairs. Whar other way was there? She was really rude about it. Waited at the restaurant for breakfast and no one come out of the back to seat us , waited for 10mins and no one.
