The Punjabi restaurant was wonderful and right off the lobby. Bedsheets were even softer than the 5 star hotel in Berlin I had just spent 5 nights sleeping in. The toilet was too low for someone with a bad back, but I forgot to ask for a handicap accessible room. The hotel shuttle was at the airport waiting for me and was fast and had a running board to make it easier to get into. With jet lag I missed swimming, but the pool courtyard looked lovely.

They are in the process of redoing the interior. Hall carpet is still pretty bad but the rooms we had were painted, new flooring, redone so no complaints. The food and drinks in the Amelia's is always good and the free breakfast is good. You do park for free and they do shuttle to the airport. We did overpay for parking by 2 nights which cost us a extra $20 we shouldn't have paid for. The nights you stay are free. They do have a outside pool but we did not swim so not sure of condition but people were using it. The staff are always friendly. We stay here to be close to the airport, their shuttle, Ameila's for food and drinks and a free breakfast. Give them a chance to finish their improvements.

This property has 2 different hotels on site. Photos of the rooms for Clarion are not the same rooms that are offered, they’re of the other hotel rooms. They also wanted to charge a $250 incidental charge which is not listed anywhere in the booking information. The rooms were dingy and basic. The pillows were tiny and flimsy and mine had someone else’s hair on them, even under the cases. The pool was empty and had a plastic tarp over it which it seems like it has had for years. It was dark and uncomfortable feeling and smelled very musty in the halls.

The furniture in the room look like they got it from a garage sale, the chair was scratched up, there was veneer that was missing on the desk exposing the particle board underneath, they offered coin op laundry but only had $1 worth of quarters that I could buy to operate it, I had to leave the premises to buy quarters at a convenience store. There was no ice machine on our side of the hotel, their customer office system consisted of a small computer with no printer, I had to go to the library to print off my boarding passes for our flight home, the room was cleaned on the third day of our visit because I asked one of the cleaning crew if they would clean the room, I wen to the front desk to get replacement bath towels and wash cloths and the person at the desk didn't know what a wash cloth was. This is not what I expected from a Clarion Hotel.

The Clarion was nice and convenient. The room had an awkward smell upon entry but you get used to it bc it didn't bother me much after. My biggest complaint was that the heater didn't work and blew cold air. I let them know and maintenance came very quickly and fixed it, but during the night it went out again. The bar was very friendly not the best food but what you'd expect. Bartender Cristion (with an O) made a very nice cocktail. The work out room needs to be updated as none of the machines worked safely and the pool was closed. The free breakfast was nice and what you'd expect. Overall for the great price and convenience Id stay again.

Seems they were redoing it when we stayed, but the hotel was in rough condition. We chose this place for the pool and it was really dirty and gross and they ended up closing it. The bed was also disappointing. The staff and breakfast were good though. Payed way too much for the quality we received and we’re disappointed. Probably will be nice when they finish redoing everything thing but until then price needs to be dropped.

Again older than hotel.com shows in their adds, gym all broken, difficult to get into. Bathrooms had a lot of damaged tile, mold showing. Pool smelled so bad and a green/yellow color. Not in a convenient location

The matress in our room had a stain. Looked like blood. The lamp by the table also had the same stain. Towels had hair from previous use. The breakfast could be better. Workers were very polite. But the hotel must be cleaner, it was disgusting to find these things in our room.

A hotel lobby was nice to look at but once you enter the hotel area, carpets were filthy, smelled musty, and moldy. No privacy with 2 inches at the bottom of the doors. I needed to put a towel to not feel safe, and the rooms are old, rundown and not appealing. We moved hotels and only stayed one night.

This place was old and smelled damp and mold. Holes in wall and bathroom was terrible. Walking from parking lot to the room showed how dirty and smelly the place is. I ended up leaving at 11:00 PM and went to a place just down the road because I couldn't deal with the smell and longer.

We stayed for 3 nights house keeping never came. The room was clean but the chair was worn out could probably throw it out. The bed was a little hard but the sheets and bedding was comfortable. My major complaint was the inconvenience of our key card not working and having to go to the front desk each time. We stayed in the back side of the building on the 2nd floor. No elevator which isn’t a big deal except for having to constantly go back to the front desk because the key card didn’t work. The facility is old and smelled old. But there are upgrades in the bathroom

This place was very ran down dirty. Old moldy smell in our room. Lights didn’t work. Hair all over the floor of the bathroom. Staff called our room at 11:45 pm woke us up from sleeping due to computer error.

They did not have my Travelocity reservation. Stood in the lobby for 20 min waiting…would have cancelled and went elsewhere if I could have. WiFi is unstable. Won’t stay here again.

Pictures are deceiving, room felt like a jail cell. Tried to just put new flooring and paint over everything and i mean everything. Bed was awful, and no elevator. Make sure to stay in first floor if you have luggage. Only cool thing is bar attached, bartenders were great!

Rooms are not as sound-proof as the newer hotels. Door to room was very loose, even after being locked, wouldn’t have taken much to kick it in. There was also a gap under door about 1.5-2”. When entering, room felt very muggy and window was glued shut preventing the ability to air it out. Room was all hardwood, which is not a bad thing, but it was dirty…after walking around the room bottom of socks were covered in dirt and hair from previous occupants. Overall, not the worst place I’ve stayed in but it could definitely do with some improvements.

I chose this hotel for proximity to airport as I needed to pick someone up next day. This was a very busy hotel, lots of families and also people there for a conference nearby. It has been remodeled in odd ways and the furnishings are inconsistent in age/usage. Shower was good, towels and bed linens were good. Bed was comfortable. There is no elevator for the second floor.

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The side doors were left open. The pictures on the website did not look at all like our room. There was no elevator which was not stated. Traveling with a baby and car seat, stroller, portable crib, etc. was not easy getting to the room. The whole hotel had a bad smell.

I cannot recommend this location enough. Between the friendly airport shuttle drivers, the helpful front desk and housekeepers, and the awesome bartender, I did not encounter a single problem. Food was delicious and bed was so comfortable. I wish I was there more than one night. If I’m ever back, I’d stay here no questions asked!!

The check in took forever... There was a mix up with some other rooms and the front desk person was all by himself trying to fix it and the line just kept getting longer and longer... Is there only one person employees here? The TV wouldn't work... The remote would turn the TV on and change the volume and input but I couldn't change the channel. The shower also didn't work... Apparently there was a plumbing issue and the washing machines were broken causing the water in my bathroom to not work... The maintenance guy came and pretty much told me there was nothing he could do so I had to take a sponge bath all three days with what little water would come out of the bath faucet.... I've stayed here a few times before and each time it progressively gets worse and this was the worst... Never staying here again.

Made my reservation 3 weeks in advance and showed up at 2330 at night after a long flight to be told they couldn’t find my reservation. I had an itinerary number and proof of payment and they couldn’t find it. I had to leave and find another place to stay at midnight. Come to find out, the person who assisted me was not looking in the correct system to find my reservation. Will not stay again.

When I made the reservation I asked if they had a 24 hour shuttle to the airport and they said yes. When I got there they said no, not 24-7. We needed to leave the hotel about 4am but they said they couldn’t take us until 6 am. Not happy.

The front desk took 20 minutes to check us in at 2:30 am in the morning. No other people checking in. Then NO ELEVATOR. I had to drag a 49 pound suitcase up stairs. Then they charge a $250 deposit that you get refund in 3-5 days. A terrible excuse for a hotel.

Staff was great and we enjoyed our meal at Amelia's, which was attached to the hotel. The hotel seemed a little shabby and could use some updating. The hallway carpeting definitely needs to be replaced. Though they offer breakfast, we had a very early flight and they didn't provide a grab-and-go bag as some other hotels have done in the past. The free shuttle was convenient though we waited almost 40 minutes to be picked up at the airport which was close by. Probably won't stay there again.

The motel is close to the freeway (I-80) easy on easy off. Close to restaurants and fuel. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but no place to set anything down and no place to hang towels. The price was good for the night stay.

I liked that the hotel is not that far from the airport. Many hotels are in the vecinity. Although I did not explore food options outside of the hotel, many places are easily accessible by car. A free airport shuttle is available and convenient

This is an older property but it was a good place to stay for one night. We used their transportation to the airport which was a great service. Super pleasant and helpful staff and breakfast is provided! Two restaurants are in this hotel and we used both!

From the moment the gentleman at the front desk checked us in our stay was really easy and relaxing. The hotel is great. There are lots of gas stations and restaurants nearby. The hotel even has several different dining options on site. Great place to stay.

It looks like they’re in the midst of renovations. Furniture and light fixtures and plumbing. Look new. Hallway carpeting needs to be replaced. They have a fitness room and a computer available for use. Great breakfast. Great value.

We could tell this is recently under new ownership and rhey are slowly making necessary upgrades. The room was half upgraded with new flooring, shower, and bathroom vanity with a leaky faucet. The closet door was broken and some stains on the ceiling but a surprisingly comfortable bed. Breakfast was your typical hotel quality but poorly attended to and coffee ran out. Nice having a restaurant connected but the quality of food was very inconsistent.
