Toilet seat was dirty, the room looked like it hadn't been dusted or wiped down in weeks. Maid service was not provided in my room for a 3 night stay. Hotel was very outdated on top of the cleaning issues.

It was a nice room just smelled like smoke or something and air conditioner wouldn't cool. The parking was real easy in front

Had issues checking in. The front desk guy was rude and short and had a horrible oder. I would assume that they would have to be presentable and b.o. free when dealing with the public. Upon entering the room was musty and extremely hot in the room. The air conditioning was all smashed up but it worked. There were hairs in the shower and on toilet. I had dropped something on the floor and I looked under the bed and the boards were broken and looks like it had never been vacuumed dirt, lint, crayons ect. The foor is very subpar. Quality Inn it is not. Need a full turn over. I will not stay here again.

We got a king-size room, but the bed was a queen. The mattress was so old it was caved in on both sides. So it needed to be replaced asap. When checking in the person wasn’t mean but wasn't welcoming very robot like. The bed gave me lower back pain. Save your money and go somewhere else where the bed is actually going to let you sleep. We went to a concert got back to the hotel at 1:30am woke up at 7:00am because that's how uncomfortable the bed was. The hotel elevator smelled like weed. It was non-smoking. They did have good parking for your vehicle. We wouldn't stay here again. That's how uncomfortable the mattress was.
