We liked the fenced and gated parking lot since this did not feel like a particularly safe neighborhood. The power went out due to inclement weather but the staff did as much as they could. Staff were very professional.

This property is in need of a complete makeover. The carpets throughout needed replacing. The elevator buttons are broken and some of the numbers turned upside down. Our door had a hole that had been patched. The walls throughout the property are patchy and clearly haven’t been painted for years. Our mattress/boxspring squeaked at any movement. The clock on the nightstand table was broken and from the 1980’s. Our bed linen was thin and dated. The bathroom was clean. We stayed here bc Delta canceled our flight and this was the only place taking reservations. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

While I'm no stranger to 2-star hotel stays, this downtown inn is quite possibly in the bottom 3. In no particular order: - No parking in front for check-in; if multiple people are checking in at the same time, you'll probably need to come back later. - Use the stairs; the elevator was not in good condition. - The hallways and room all had an odd odor with an overall mustiness underneath. Cleaning is not this hotel's priority. - I like a firm mattress, but this time I probably would have been better off sleeping on the floor... on second thought, there's no telling when that floor was last cleaned. - Breakfast was hugely disappointing. I grabbed a mini-muffin and left. - Throughout all hours of the night there were doors slamming and people talking loud enough to be heard both down the hall and in the rooms above mine. Long story short, I should have sacrificed the convenience of a downtown location and spent extra to stay someplace else.

For an overnight stay it was worth the price. The front desk staff and the one housekeeper we met were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast in the morning was sub-par. The elevator shook sideways; not normal or comforting.

The staff was friendly. Allowed us early check in. However the rooms were very dated, the lamps with the power plugs, would stop working when you turn off the lights, which took us a while to figure out why they weren’t charging anything. The beds were pretty terrible. Squeaky, and had big lumps and holes in them. One of our bathroom towels had a large threadbare hole in it. The TV’s had remotes that weren’t connected and very fuzzy cable that we couldn’t watch anything. The fridge and microwave worked well. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:00 to see if we were ready to clean (which we weren’t, checkout is at 11). Something small that bothered me is that I booked two rooms, and while is was on the same booking, I had to pay a separate deposit for both rooms. Also there is no pool.

Great for the price. Easy Checking. Parking in back, away from street traffic. Nice room. Easy access to downtown. Super friendly check-in. Answered all questions. Nice welcoming fireplace.

I didn't like anything about the property. There were clearly drug users, hookers and other whack jobs hanging around inside and outside the facility. Security seemed to be totally compromised, even in the gated parking lot. The staff were rude and not helpful. Maybe the bullet proof glass surrounding them should have been the 1st clue. The room itself was filthy. There were cigarette burns and stains on the bed covering, filth on the walls, and the furniture was dingy and warn. This place was so bad I opted to forfeit my room fee and drive the 4 hours necessary to get home in the dark after a long day of driving and appointments, rather than risk getting mugged in the hallway or carjacked getting into my car. Never again - this place sucks!

The room was disgusting, there were stains everywhere - on the walls, curtains, the bed sheets were stained. The sink was backed up, the toilet didn’t flush and was dirty, the floors were dirty. The TV did not work, and the bed was so uncomfortable, it’s like a piece of cardboard sitting on the springs. I could feel the springs when I layer down. The staff was assigning people to occupied rooms. I could not leave my items in the room because I felt it was unsafe. The men at the front desk were particularly rude. The woman was nice. I’ve stayed at a lot of lower end hotels, but they really took the “quality” out of the quality inn. Had to cancel my second night and find a hotel elsewhere, and they won’t even refund the night I didn’t stay. Don’t go here please.

Found the room was very unclean the sink was plugged and would not drain the toilet did not flush always the light on the outside of the bed nightstand would not work when tried to figure it out found they had put a 6-way plug in there and the top three plugs weren't working and was loose in the wall which is a severe fire hazard especially being behind the mattress and was extremely dirty behind the mattress look like it hadn't ever been cleaned hair and trash and dirt dust everywhere beds were very uncomfortable ended up canceling our second night there to find a better Hotel

The guys from the front desk were so nice. And actually provided assistance when asked. Out stay was comfortable and the hotel's rates and location were convenient. The only issue we encountered was that the tv in the room was so old and beat up that it barely worked.

Charges $30 to check in 1 hr early. Told us we could check out 1 hr later, got 3 knocks on the door telling us to leave. Front door guy didnt know where we could fill our waters. The first room we had we switched within 5 minutes due to the smell.

The Reservation was fully paid, and was cancelled without any notice from either Quality Inn or Expedia. The property manager was inconsiderate of the situation and cared less about the situation. This has been by far the most horrible experience ever while traveling

This hotel was really nice, especially for the price. The staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast was great and included fresh waffles and fruit. They always have fresh coffee in the lobby and our deposit was refunded with no problem. I highly recommend.

My stay went very well. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I forgot my phone charger and they let me borrow their's. I was attending a conference during my stay so I didn't use any other than my room. Their breakfast was good. Staff worked really hard to make sure everything was available. Older hotel but it worked for what I needed.

The hotel is good enough for one night. It's run down but they keep it clean. It would be nice to have better beds as our bed frame was falling apart and my husband cut his ankle on the piece sticking out alongside. The area is a bit sketchy to where we worried about our car but it was fine. We enjoy the proximity to good dining with a fun scooter ride. We will stay here again and hopefully the beds improve

There was a damp smell or something. Not sure exactly but it was noticed by all three of us but you got used to it. Not sure about the other rooms but the smell in ours was annoying at first till you just got used to it. The hotel was in a convenient location so that was good and a Maverik across the street was nice for easy snacks.

Convenient location, Rooms on both sides of my room were engaged in drug related arguments that caused me to be concerned for the safety of my family. The strong odor of marijuana in the hallway. Room was not properly cleaned. Property and items of guests found under bed. Police had actually questioned my older children regarding activity and disturbances in the motel.

The property is old. Signs say no smoking on property but when we walked in, it smelled like Marijuana. The room that we got smelled a lot like menthol. It was strange. The breakfast was very poor. We only got coffee.
