The Sleep Inn is in a good location, right off the interstate. It is not well maintained. There are no luggage carts. The motel has two stories, but no elevator. In our room, there were light switches that turned themselves off automatically after a certain time, most inconvenient. The desk lamp could not be plugged in. The sink was cracked. The toilet tissue holder was mounted in such a way that the paper wouldn't stay on it. On the plus side, the breakfast was good and the attendant was courteous and conscientious. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. A $70.00 security was required, which seems unnecessary for a property that is so poorly maintained.

Asked if they have indoor hot tub they said yes, went to get in and it was closed and dirty!! Swimming pool looked horrible. Went to get some ice, was told it was out give it 1/2 hour. Gave it an hour still no ice. Property is extremely run down!!! Sketchy place!!!!!

Trying to get there is a little hard having to go past and than back, it don't have an elevator so you have to carry your stuff up the stairs. But over all ok

The hotel was very nice and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and we had a fun time with the pool. I think the only thing that was an issue was the hot tub was broken when we went. But we were still happy with the pool!

Bums live behind building, pools dirty, hot tub is empty, and they worry to much about taking food back to you’re room from the free breakfast and have very limited seating. Other than that it’s was alright.

They advertise a Hot Tub, no jets working, water doesn’t circulate through a filter, bugs, hair, it was disgusting. Ice machine didn’t work so the owner take the lid off and gets in there with his bare hands and moves the ice around so it would go down the chute. Not a great place.

Once attendant arrived at desk went through process of check in. Discovered no elevator had to carry Luddite upstairs. Once at my room door was open. The lock slip was wedged so the door couldn’t be closed. Checked room for other people. While watching tv, the tv kept giving message it needed to update. Happened every 10-20 min. Shows was grungy and I was already nervous about being safe in room with the unlocked door.

You get what you pay for. This place was cheap. The pool pictures are what sold me, after seeing it in person my daughter would not even go in it. The two main problems were: there is a 8in long crack in the middle of the shower floor, got my toe stuck in it once. Could not get a light to turn off with the switch, what needed to happen is i pounded on the wall next to the switch and the light turned off… we did not use that light again. It was a pretty rough facility

We were impressed with the room upon check in. We had a cockroach in our room. Had to take everything back to the car with hopes in that small amount of time, cockroaches had not got into bags. We could not sleep after seeing that. I have read several reviews with the same complaint about roaches, etc. This hotel needs to be reported to the Dept of Health or shut down. I did receive our deposit but also requested full refund on the room. Any help with the $71 would be appreciated.

The Receptionist was nice and the room was decently clean, barring the bathroom walls. The bigfest issue is the fact that I got bed bugs from this place. I forgot the number, but it was the room on the bottom floor closest to the desk, so be careful if your given it.

This hotel needs major renovations, the smell as soon as you walk in the building is so strong, smelt like marijuana. The room smell made took my breath away. It smelt like wet dog, feet and mold. The bed sheets hadn’t been changed. There was dog hair on the bed and pillows! Wall paper falling off the walls, busted up picture frames, belonging from the previous person left behind. The two chairs in the room were so stained and torn, and there was mold in the shower. Needless to say we walked in and we checked right back out. Luckily they did give a full refund.

When we first checked in, we walked back to our room and it smelt horrible. Then we enter the room and we pulled back the sheets, and there were stains on the sheets that looked and felt like they’ve never been washed. The bathroom wasn’t clean and there were hairs and fuzz still left in the bed. Additionally, the AC let out a high-pitched noise when it began it cycle. The smell of the room smelled like smoke upon entrance. Overall, this was horrible and we ended up leaving to go find another hotel within an hour of being there.

The rooms are very small. Our shower had mold in it and the vent fan didn’t even have a way to turn it on. The room next to us kept slamming their door at all hours. No elevator and the hotel is very dated.

Let’s just say the room looked like it hadn’t had any maintenance in quite a while. The room itself felt dirty, the mat inside the bathroom had mold growing underneath of it, and on the surface. There were marks on the sheets, and the towels looked very dingy.

This place is about average. The bed was nice. The TV was old and required using two remotes, one to turn off and on and the other to switch channels. It would randomly turn off while I was watching. Every now and then a very loud machine sounding noise (maybe ice maker?) could be heard through the walls. It’s close to train tracks but the train isn’t very loud. The clock had an alarm pre-set so I was randomly awakened in the early morning. The breakfast area was small and crowded and I didn’t have a place to eat until some people finished their food and left. Breakfast did provide several options for food and drink. The best feature of this hotel is its proximity to R&R restaurant which is a 20 second walk from the hotel.

Very friendly staff and a great room with a refrigerator and microwave. Only downside was the terrible mattress and the appliances in the breakfast room failing. Hotel was in a great location and fulfilled our need to get around Salt Lake City.

For the price of $70 it was a decent hotel. The room was a standard 2 queen bed with a window heat and air, closet, TV , microwave, fridge full bath. The room was a little outdated looking but was expected for the price with older devices. I couldn't get the volume on the TV to work but if you like silent movies its the best. The beds looked clean and made, towels and other things were stocked and well presented. The halls do look run down and needs updating as well as a lingering cigarette 🚬 smell. The only thing that really surprises me was the room doors had a significant gap about 2.5-3in needles to say you can hear everything going on in the hall. People walking by and someone farted twice lol idk the proximity to the door but it was very audible. From my window I could see an enclosed pool and hot tub although I did not use them it looked to be clean. The breakfast was low standard comprised of hot scrambled eggs and round sausage patties. Overall I would stay again. My overall rating is 3 of 5

The hotel is located between the i15 freeway and the train tracks where the Front Runner trains operate on. The location is noisy all the time. The furnishing in the room look worn and in terms of cleanliness things could be better. There was no hot water on the 3rd night of my 4 night stay. I raise the issue with the front desk. They responded by saying "there\'s should be hot water"... Yes there should be, but there wasn\'t. Such non response and non resolution to the problem seem rather tone deaf, nonchalant, and unprofessional.

The hotel is not as picture. You have to walk to a very strange outside onside area to get to the pool with in in like a dirt field in a green house. The pool was dirty. There is no elevator. Also they dont have bathtubs they are showers only

I requested maintenance 5 times on my toilet that kept filling up every 10 minutes and no one fixed it. I had to shut off the water every night to keep it from waking me up. The first 2 nights I also was woken up by hammering. They kept telling me there was nothing going on, so why was I woken up several times and couldn't fall back asleep. It also woke up my grandson the one night he stayed with me.

The property was conveniently located. Exterior looks good, but there were no exterior lights when I arrived in the dark. The first room I was in didn't have heat, I dealt with it that night because it was late and wasn't that cold. I told the gal at the front desk and she was very helpful and friendly and said they would move me to another room if they couldn't get it fixed. I arrived that evening and was told they moved me to another room, I went to my previous room to get my things and they were gone,I thought maybe they had moved them to the new room. I found they had locked them in the laundry room. They did not have my consent to touch my things. Once I retrieved my things, I noticed my blanket was missing. I spoke to the morning clerk and she stated that my things never should have been moved and anything that was left in a room is supposed to be brought down to the office, never locked in the laundry room. The hotel was average, the location was convenient, the breakfast was average for this type of hotel, but I think they may have some not so honest people working there, so don't leave anything of value in your room.

Breakfast was excellent. They had a variety of food choices every morning. Dining staff was great Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and smelled great when we arrived. The maid service was lacking. We stayed for 11 days and had maid service only twice.

We checked in, they gave us a key, and we went up to unpack. We unlocked the door to find it chained and immediately got yelled at by a different guest who was already using that room. We hurried back downstairs to let the desk know. They were very confused, and it looked like they were keeping track of guests and rooms on a little piece of paper. They gave us a new room. It had two full beds instead 9( out reserved queen bed, I almost immediately stepped in something sticky and ruined my sock, and there was no chain on the door, so if they mistakenly assigned someone our room again, there’d be nothing stopping them from barging in. At this point I felt a bit unsafe, but it was midnight and at that point we didn’t want to find a new hotel. The desk got us another new room with a chain on the door and a queen bed. I am grateful that the staff was apologetic and able to accommodate us in the end, but these mistakes were unacceptable and dangerous. Everything else was what you’d expect from a cheap hotel. Room was hot off and on and the AC woke us up multiple times. Bed was fine. Breakfast was actually pretty good.

The front desk attendant took my credit card and id and asked for my phone number. I believe he ran a credit check. After a few minutes he turned the touch screen around for me to verify the information and then to sign. The screen had some else's name, "Derrick Berrie". I said that is not my name, you need to fix that. He wouldn't fix it. I said, I won't sign that until you enter my name. He reached over and scribbled on the signature line and then entered it for me, without my permission. I told him I was leaving, would never stay at Sleep Inn again and would be calling the Police.

Owners and staff were friendly, but room did not get cleaned when requested. Main area/dining were clean but room was "tired and worn" and sometimes the hallway smelled bad. Neighbors had a fight one night and there are squatters on the property immediately behind the hotel, which made me very uncomfortable.

Property was disgusting and smelled. All the fixtures in my room was loose and coming off.. the staff doesn't speak English and there was no water pressure on the shower. Beds are hard and uncomfortable and the ac/ heat unit smelled horrible and was loud. There was a homeless encampment right behind the hotel parking lot. This property did dot feel safe.

I found that the traffic was busy around the Inn and that getting to the Inn was a bit difficult. The Inn was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was quite and cool. During the current heat wave it was nice to have a cool place to sleep and recover at.

It worked for a cheap last minute booking. Checkout process wasn’t great because the desk attendant disappeared and it look a while for him to come back. Breakfast food was good but the space was cramped and really hot making it uncomfortable. The room its self was simple clean and comfortable.

Not as clean as i hoped, felt dirty once checked in the room with the no so friendly check in, once in the room smelled mold, old and stuffy air, used shower and noticed someones old nicotine patch stuck to the shower wall. Overall just disappointed in cleanliness and smell, and continental breakfast was disaapointing, no coffee, two coffee pots empty.

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Had a few things out of order like the ice machine and the hot tub, but those were no big deal. Hot tub was being repaired, so no reason to complain. Breakfast was the exact same thing each morning, egg omelette with cheese in the middle or an egg muffin sandwich. Wish there would have been a little variety each morning, so we opted for the nearby restaurants instead. Staff were friendly and helpful.
