Staff was nice, breakfast is great, enjoyed the 12pm checkout. Parking is a pain especially if you are in an oversized vehicle. The oversized parking is very limited and based on what you drive you could not fit in parking garage. Great stay overall

We booked a room, and at the last minute, had to add another for our daughter and her family. The staff was very accommodating in putting our two rooms next to one another. Breakfast was awesome, but crowded. The pool, hot-tub and the workout room were all crowded, but clean and functional. Just wish they were larger!

We loved how convenient this hotel was. We were with a group and being able to have the restaurant, pool and lounge area all together made the trip nice.

Beautiful hotel. Warm hot tub, cold pool, didn't feel like the heater was on unfortunately. Also, we got a suite and the heat only went to one side..... the other side was cold and kids said too cold to sleep

This property is new and is a business area which makes it quite and safe. It is easily accessed right off the freeway in a central location of the valley. The bed was not the best bed but adequate for a hotel. I did not appreciate the extra cost for parking, an additional $10 per day that was not disclosed until check-in.

Awesome breakfast, great rooms, and parking garage

Pool and spa were small and not ventilated well, very loud and hard to breathe in there. Food was great especially the omelettes but the two ladies who made the omelettes were not friendly. Staff was otherwise friendly and helpful. The evening reception was nice too. Strange location!

Stayed here to go to a show at the Sandy Amphitheater. The property is in an area surrounded by office buildings that are fairly new. Parking required a fee because of all of the other businesses in the area. You will need to have transportation to stay here if you are interested in grabbing a bite to eat. But, the property has everything if you don't including a restaurant and bar. Breakfast was included with made to order omelettes. Rooms are very spacious and the entire property was very clean. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Very clean!

I had a two night. When I paid for it online the total cost for two nights was supposed to be just under $300. When I I checked in the total cost was almost $100 more. I asked the check in employee why and is it for parking. He said no it for amenities. This means for me that they are just trying to give me. The bed and room were clean and comfortable. The dispenser for hair conditioner in the shower was completely empty. I thought that the housekeeper would refill it for the next morning. When I got to the hotel after the first night, not only was it not refilled, but no housekeepers showed up because the bed was still un-made, no towels replaced and the trash was still full. However I went to the Continental breakfast on the second morning, it was very good especially the omelette station.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious with a private bedroom. The lobby and shared areas were clean and smelled great. This is a winner in my books!

Hotel was clean. Spacious rooms, with microwave and fridge. Breakfast was hot with made to order omelets/eggs. This hotel will be our go to whenever we are back in Salt Lake.

Great staff, but the property itself needs a once over. The floor in my room was sticky and dirty, I know because I cleaned it with a paper towel and it was gross. The carpet in the hallways was way overdue to be cleaned. There were stains on the furniture. I like Embassy properties and this one wasn't horrible, but needs a spring cleaning. Nice gym, nice happy hour, nice breakfast.

I wouldn't stay here again. Room was not clean, no one came up to reclean room after front desk said someone would. No other room avaliable to switch to. Used a bed sheet to put over the sofa and spend over 1hr wiping down the room. Maybe other rooms are updated to look like the online picture but ours was not. No bed bugs so that was a plus. Still there are cleaner hotels in the area to check out before committing to this hotel. Bring cleaning supplies.

The bathroom was covered in hair! It was vile. Hair on every surface, towels, shampoo bottles, sink, floors, you name it! The staff when I told them just said oh sorry. The parking is terrible if you have a lot of luggage or children. The lobby was nice. I will however never ever stay here again.

This stay had zero demerits!! Great room, cleanliness, staff and amenities. Breakfast was excellent and above your average hotel fare.

Our room smelled very badly. Room service forgot all side items, said they would return to the room with them and never did. Carpet was ripped up and frayed in the room when we arrived. No bar soap. We were staying in the largest master suite (which is very rare bc we typically cannot afford that). Don’t spend an extra penny if you don’t have to. Staff is very kind, but we would not stay there again - do not recommend.

I liked the hotel a lot, the rooms were pretty big, and a small comfortable kitchen. Also had a very big bathroom. The breakfast was deliciously good. A hotel I would recommend for a long time stay.

The hotel was very nice, spacious rooms however toilets didn’t flush right, shower was so weak I could hardly rinse my hair. They offered in room keurig but not a cup could be found. Breakfast choices were great,

Staff is excellent. Property is modern and clean. Breakfast is above the standard. Nightly reception is hidden in a back room and has 1 staff member working (who is excellent) but understaffed. Beds are so hard we slept terribly for 3 nights. If you’re a side sleeper the beds might be too hard. This is just a personal preference and most hotels have beds on the hard side. Suite rooms provide ample space for families.

Gym, pool area was close to the check in desks. Easy to find and no mazes to find my room. Room was very spacious, clean and the photos did no justice for this room.

Just a great experience. Room was nice but The shower was a little strange not being enclosed all the way?

It was good. The room was clean. The bed was fine for a hotel bed. However there were clothes left in the bathroom from a previous tenant. The shower handle was broken. You had to push it in and then turn to actually turn the water on or else it would just spin. But the water was hot and pressure good.

The room was very nice, and comfortable. We barely heard any other noises.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. The only knock is that the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool at times.

I booked 2 queen beds... got a 1 bed and a sofa pull-out... shower is terrible. There is absolutely no water pressure. But the breakfast was great.

The trip was good. Room was clean and front desk was always helpful. I would say the kitchen staff was friendliest. The breakfast buffet was good. But room service NEVER answered the phone. Terrible service. And they never once cleaned our room in the 5 nights we were here. 2 of the mornings we slept in and had a do not disturb sign.. but the other mornings, we saw them in the hall a few doors down headed towards our room. They saw us, we said hi. We didn’t have a sign on the door. And they never once entered our room and replaced our towels, took our trash, nothing. That was a bummer. One of the pillow covers and my kid’s sheets had an old deep yellow stain on it when we first arrived. The room was clean but the sheets made us a little iffy. Overall though, it was a nice quiet room. Modern and comfy suite, and central location to everything we wanted to see.

So, we had a reservation for our wedding night here. We had made it months in advance, called to make sure that they were okay with a later check in. We made sure every time to let them know it was our wedding night and we reserved a king suite. At check in time, one of the employees checks us in (me and my husband all dressed up and hoping to get into the room to get changed since we were out all day and exhausted) We get to the room to find we were in a two fulls room???????? I was livid. We went back to the front desk and asked hey we paid for a king suite because is our wedding night we don’t need two fulls, we reserved and confirmed a bunch of times for that specific room… only to hear “oh, yeah, we are overbooked tonight on king suites, sorry about that”. Literally ruined our WEDDING NIGHT!!!! Best part about this hotel was the breakfast.

No matter how I asked, over the phone or I. Perso, no one cleaned my room for 3 nights.

We had a problem with our rental car and we were stranded at 11 but check in wasn’t until 4. The lady at the front desk found us a room and helped us check in early. It meant so much!

Staff was excellent to work with. Kind, considerate, and very accommodating to my situation.

THIS Embassy has a snotty front desk girl that works day shift. She wasn't only rude, but she also lied to us 3 times! When I asked the individual the day before (as always) she said she never heard of that, but it would be up to the front desk clerk the next day. The next morning, we wanted to make sure there wouldn't be an issue. It was, as it always is a Wednesday. We have family there, so we fly back and forth 2-3 times a year, so this wasn't out first rodeo. So, I go downstairs to extend the room until 6pm and guess who is standing there. I ignored her comments the previous day, then asked about it again. She told me directly they were fully booked, and needed the room at checkout, with no exceptions. That trip was actually not a social one, as we went there this time to help my father-in-law with a legal matter. I typed up some documents for him and asked my wife to go down and see if I could send to the hotel printer. She said "that girl" at the front desk was a little annoyed at the question, but said we needed to go down into the business center to print anything. I have stayed at this exact property for years by now and have printed several documents over that time. However, we gathered our things up, went downstairs to the BC, and when she saw the 2 of us get out of the elevator, so vanished. When she finally did appear, she said the internet was down, and we would need to go somewhere else. I called the hotel at 9pm, asked what the occupancy was, it was 35%!!!!!!

Our family met her from various adjoining states for a family reunion of sorts. It was a good base location with spacious rooms, swimming pool for the kids and great breakfast each morning. Location was great for going to shopping, the Living Aquarium and the Maverick Center.

It was a very clean and nice hotel in business complex. There was nothing in walkable distance but we were able to find nice restaurants by driving a short distance. The breakfast included was excellen with a variety of options and omelets cooked on the spot.

It was a wonderful experience. It was in a convenient location.

If your staying in the West Jordan area or salt lake in general this is the best place! We have stayed here twice and will continue to do so anytime we have to stay in the area. It is hands down our favorite! I’m very picky on cleanliness and this facility is very clean! We love that it has everything you need to stay comfortable and that the bed is in its separate area. Beds are super comfortable and clean. The location is great! It’s nice and quiet and safe with easy secure parking. I would definitely recommend for any kind of trip your taking and would be great for families

The hotel was very comfortable, the staff was welcoming & friendly & parking was outstanding. The breakfast was really nice- lots of options & comfortable seating area. Front desk staff was very warm & friendly! Liked the hotel so much , we stayed here again one week later on our return trip. The location of the hotel was very quiet & easy to access off of the freeway.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was excellent, as was the service. Two items that made our visit less than stellar: 1. The previous guests had left half-eaten French fries in the ice bucket. A big turnoff. Housekeeping should be more thorough. 2. The shower head has a slow drip which we could hear through the night, and the bathroom sink drains painfully slow.

Really disappointed with this hotel. First we got there and had the wrong room even though wha we booked was correct so our kids had to sleep on a couch instead of a proper bed we paid for because they now had none available. Phone didn’t work, tv didn’t work, charger didn’t work. In room food was TERRIBLE neither my husband or I could eat it and it was cold. Just one thing after another.

Enjoyed the made to order omelette for breakfast.

The restaurant Brookstone has the best food ever but unfortunately the service was the worst! We had to ask for everything like a menu, refills on drinks, to go boxes and even had to walk to find the waitress Tayanna when we were done eating and ready to leave to get our check. I was double charged as well so now I have to play the game of getting my money back. The hotel is dirty and run down, like please replace the torn and dirty carpet in the lobby and please go to the pool and see how much hair is everywhere. Please go to the hot tub and see how uncomfortably hot it is. The pools towels look very used and dirty and stained. I paid a price for a room that i thought was a suite but then it was smaller then the other rooms we have experienced at embassy in other locations. Its so loud with the guests coming and going but there is no fans in the room to drown out the sounds. Just feels like the price isn't worth it.

The hotel was extremely clean and had wonderful rooms but the real deal was the phenomenal breakfast. I stay at hotels often and this breakfast was far superior to 99% of the hotels I’ve stayed at. I would definitely recommend for families, singles, couples and will stay again next time I’m in the area.
