The shower hadn't been cleaned in maybe ever, red mold/mildew was growing up the corners, the floor was disgusting, there were stains on the couch and old food on the utensils in the kitchen-ette. The pool and hottub were closed, and none of the ice machines were working throughout any of the hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the breakfast was awful. Cheap stay, but on the lower end of hotels for sure. Sad because this used to be one of the better ones, and always a standard for us when we travel. This location had really gone downhill. The gal at the front (beautiful long red hair) was super sweet and helpful, but the Spanish speaking manager was on his personal phone making calls, yelling in Spanish in the lobby, and it was super unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

My favorite part about Home2 Suites is the size of the rooms with great kitchen ammenities. Full size fridge, microwave and even a toaster! We stayed 8 nights so eating out all the time is not what we want to do, so the kitchen is very helpful. Plenty of space to store our things and lots of counter space for computers and work. It's a little worn, doesn't feel bright and shiney, but it is clean. The pool area is not the greatest. Small pool and really cold. It's indoors and not heated. Even the grandkids thought it was too cold to get in, although they eventually did and had fun. A couple of the front desk people are very welcoming and helpful, a couple are pretty deadbeat and won't even look up when you come in, but they really don't effect my opinion on whether I stay or not. Breakfast is minimul. It'll fill the empty stomach, but we chose to buy things more healthy to do in our room. It's a great location for the South end of the valley with a lot of food and shopping really close by. Overall, we've stayed here 3 times now and we'll stay again.

Property was located in a quiet corner of a shared parking lot. The employees were extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing! My son and I had waffles and muffins. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor seating, and the fitness room. Our room was very spacious and clean.

The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, there was no one from maintenance at the time, we showered without out the curtain and created a puddle that went all the way to the front door. One of the amenities were BBQ grills...both did not have knobs.

This hotel was just average. It seems older than most Home2Suite I’ve stayed in but it was fine. Front desk staff was great. My issue was the cleanliness of the room. The silverware wa disgusting like it hadn’t been washed. The bathroom counter looked like they hadn’t moved anything to wipe it down . There was lotion instead of conditioner in the shower- odd. And housekeeping came knocking and barging in at 10am. Nothing major but there are better places to stay .

I really like the layout of the room…the extra storage, the amenities, etc. The room was a bit worn and the level of cleanliness was poor. Half of the lightbulbs were burned out. VERY dubious vacuuming and junk on the floors. The bathroom door would not fully shut.

The staff, amenities and location are great. The room should have been cleaner - hair from previous guest on bathroom floor and in shower - ick! Also, a black mark across the very top of the sheets. We've enjoyed previous stays and consider this a "one off" occurrence. We'll be back.

Pro: Rooms clean and large. Con: Very noisy as this property tends to be for people with kids. Great for them but if you don't have kids the property is very noisy. Didn't find control to raise or lower shades on window until end of second day. Control is far away from window next to bath. There should be a sign or clerk should tell you. We complained that shade wouldn't go down and clerk said he will call maintenance and all he had to do was ask if we knew where the control was.

Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on it. Little sleep couldn’t get comfortable and when we did finally get to sleep we woke up so stiff and sore. Other than that everything else was great.

Miguel front desk work sucked!!! Very poor customer service. Called me a migrant and 5 minutes after being in my room he called and said we had to keep quiet FIVE MINUTES AFTER WE SHOW UP!!! Miguel had a problem with me .i had to ask for a refund 5 minutes into are stay!!! Worst customer service experience hotel ever I will never go back .i will never go back to a home 2 home because of miguel

When I went to check in after driving 12 hours I was told there was an issue with my room that I had booked for almost 2 months. They placed blame on on Expedia, but Expedia said they were not informed of the issue before talking to me.

A message to the Property three times on here with no response. We got to the property and they told us that they have no rooms we sent booked a room on Expedia and then went to the hotel and even though we had a reservation through Expedia they still told us that we could not stay there and they would not honor the Expedia rate. I went to Holiday Inn express and got a five star stay

To begin with there was a "Surprise" incidental fee added to your room. ( Portion unused returned in 7 days). If your on a tight budget unavailable funds can be a big deal . The swimming pool was too cold for kids to swim in comfortably. The breakfast was very disappointing. They were out of most everything both days including plates silverware and napkins and very slow to replenish with minimal amounts. For the price it was truly a disappointing experience. Will not be staying at Hilton again anytime soon

Breakfast was so bad we ended up eating at a restaurant instead. The hotel was way to fragrant, I'm not sure how they made the entire property smell how it did. Everything was pretty beat up. Staff was very friendly though.
