This was a really bad location, too close to a busy highway. Also the hotel was under major construction. I was awakened to the sound of noisy drills and hammering. I would not stay there again

The hotel was under construction which made for a inconvenient stay. There was rust in the bath tub, the sink did not work proper, and the refrigerator did not work. The guest laundry and ice machine were inoperable. The hote was book for my daughters senior prom and the hotel fell far below my expectations. The staff was helpful.

The Hotel is newly renovated so it is aesthetically pleasing. We have stayed here before and felt the first time we had a better experience. The water pressure in the shower was not great. The small fridge took quite awhile to get our things cold. We opted to fill up our cooler with ice instead. We travel with food since our daughter has autism and is a picky eater. The fitness area is very nice, a good amount of cardio machines, with a separate area for weights. The pool was also nice, we got to enjoy it all to ourselves most of the time. The breakfast provided has quite a few options, just make sure to get there early as it can get very busy.

Everything was wonderful with one exception that could not be avoided...remodeling construction. However, when construction resumed at 7:30AM Saturday morning in the room directlyabove me, it was very bothersome.

My stay was really nice. How ever the elevator was out of order a lot and that’s not a good thing for people with medical conditions or that have difficulty walking up stairs. That was the case with my aunts and they were not to happy due to the fact they were on the third floor.

I appreciated that there were always breakfast staples there but that the "main dish" switched up from day to day. My bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of parking. The lobby was easy to access from either side of the building. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations, our conference location, and roads taking us to and from Virginia Beach.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights in a suite which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold breakfast fare. The hotel was in a central location for us and easy to find. We would definitely stay at this Fairfield Inn again.

Travis at the front desk was excellent. Very welcoming. The hotel seems like a newer build so it’s pretty much up to date. The hotel was pretty clean, the rooms were clean but the surfaces (lamps, desk, chairs) could’ve been wiped down a little better. The bathroom was clean. Standing shower was clean as well. Will return.

I stayed here with my family for my graduation. My family flew in from London, Jamaica and multiples different states (prior military my friends are all over) anyways, the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They were professional and even allowed us to surprise our moms in the lobby for mothers dah weekend. Mr. David was an absolute rockstar with accommodating every need, offering suggestions and showing us true hospitality. Thanks so much for such an amazing stay.

Pro--The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. My room was very quiet. There were a variety of options for breakfast this morning and food items were quickly replenished when low. The dining area was also very clean. Cons--The bed was lower to the floor than most. The pillows were also very soft Overall I did enjoy my stay and I would return again

I was charged $340 in incidental holds. Booked two separate rooms. My wife was charged $40, somehow they then charged me $300 for exact same room. Why??? No explanation and I am still waiting on my hold to be refunded. Was told by both Hotels.com and front desk clerk that the fee/hold should be $20 - $40 per night. None of this adds up as I was only staying for 2 nights. Why $40 for my wife, then $300 for my room (exact same room type). I have thoughts behind the reason... which I will not say on this review.

All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food. It is located near a highway and you can hear the cars at night. Sink area was small, noticed rust around bathroom door and there wasn’t a foldable stand to place your suitcase on.

A solid property, similar in Quality to other Fairfield’s I’ve visited. My bathroom appeared to be recently updated, bed was comfortable, etc. Close to a mall with shopping and food options, as well as other local shopping and food. Close to expressways as well.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The parking lot was very full at night. I had to really hunt for a space. There were several cars that were parked too close to the parking lines which contributed to the parking problems. The breakfast was okay. I like the bacon day better than the sausage day.

We were here one night before a cruise. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful and the bed was comfy. It's conveniently located not too far from the parking deck we used during our trip. Breakfast was very busy and the ladies were having a tough time keeping the coffee dispenser filled. They could have used some help. Would stay here again.
