Now this property is top notch!!! I love that it's an outdoor property very convenient to get to your car, grab orders etc... I don't hear dogs barking or smell any horrible things in hallways... It's a very relaxed place if you're going to stay for awhile! The manager is a very lovely person with a smile that will light up the room, i met her last year at another property so believe me it's worth the stay!!!

I had nice stay at this hotel! It was super easy to access from the road, which made our arrival stress-free. The hotel was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The lady forgot to asked her name , in particular, was amazing she was so friendly and took the time to make sure my family and I had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.. One of the biggest highlights for us was that the hotel is pet-friendly such a big plus for my fur baby! I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again in the future!

I was pleasantly impressed at how clean this hotel was. We came in a little late, around 7:30, Hosan(I think) was very nice and took care of us. Our rooms were a really good size, very spacious for 2 people, an infant, and a small dog. Yes, it was very pet friendly. Everything was pclean, I was impressed! The location was close to all of the restaurants. Not right in the mix, but close enough so you're not close to the highway or traffic. Overall, we had a great stay!

I was pleasantly impressed at how clean this hotel was. We came in a little late, around 7:30, Greg (I think) was very nice and took care of us. Our rooms were a really good size, very spacious for 2 people, an infant, and a small dog. Yes, it was very pet friendly. Everything was super clean, I was impressed! The location was close to all of the restaurants. Not right in the mix, but close enough so you're not close to the highway or traffic. Overall, we had a great stay!

when i arrived my reservation got cancelled but i was able to checked in . Front desk was helpful and professional.My room was clean and bed was comfy . That hotel specifically is in my budget . Also it is exterior property . Property was quit. Good experience.

Never forget to read the recent reviews of a hotel. The two most important questions in a hotel are Is it clean? And How’s the mattress. The room was filthy. The sink and tub did not drain properly. Walking in sock feet a few feet around the room left the socks black. Coming into the parking lot we spotted a rat running from the building to the woods across the road. I did check the mattress for bugs, however I did not find any evidence of bugs, so we stayed one night and did sleep well on the mattress. That does not make up for the filth in the room. I did not take pictures. I do not want to remember this room.

We saw a rat running outside first thing..there was no soap or necessities in the room and to top it off we saw a roach.. disgusting and we wont be returning

The towels and pillow cases were dirty. There was pizza left in the trash from the person before. No toliet paper in the bathroom. The first room smelled like dog pee. There were roaches in the shower. Disgusting stay!!!

I booked a room at 1 AM. I had to wait until someone got there at 9 AM. Room was completely filled with roaches. If I didn’t have anywhere to stay during the snowstorm, I would’ve requested a refund and made it a big deal. I left all my clothes and items in the car. The roaches were so bad they were infested in the bathroom and crawling on the wall during the daytime.

I feel compelled to write a review because I saw some negative reviews, and I couldn’t disagree more. I had a great stay. The room was great - clean, spacious, great TV, good WiFi, comfortable bed. The location was so much nicer than other reviews have said. Right across the street from a nice shopping/restaurant area. It felt safe to me.

I selected this hotel because I was looking for a basic hotel room to grab a good nights sleep while traveling. I’ve had good luck with this brand in the past but my luck ran out on this trip. From the moment I opened the door to room 309 I knew I had made a mistake. The stench of cigarette smoke and cheap air freshener was so strong that my throat hurts from breathing it in. The overall condition of the room, from the stained carpets to the broken bathroom cabinet door, made this $120 a night hotel the worst night I’ve spent on the road in 25 yrs of travel. I will not be staying at this brand again. Don’t waste your money!!!

I purchased the room through Expedia. When I arrived to check-in. The clerk confirmed my reservation, but then said unfortunately they have no rooms available. Why take my money knowing you didn’t have any rooms. A waste of time and now I have wait 7-10 business days to receive a refund. I will never try to stay there again.

I request to speak to a manager. I have reserved the hotel in advanced for a show due to out of town travel. Open check in the personnel working could not find my reservation and did offer any support or accommodations. I specifically showed him what was reserved and in my app. Totally, messed up my visit and had no options to stay due to the latest of the show.

t check in was very helpful and patient with my booking dropped the ball, however he was able to accommodate me and assist me through my situation. Also while staying there I really need a document and extended time due to business meeting. And safi were there to assist me and help me with all issues I "personally" had. This is my second stay. And I will be returning. Thank you.

As soon I arrived to check in they tried canceling my reservation telling me they were fully booked and couldn’t honor my reservation. After some back and forth, I was eventually given my room for the night. They tried to convince me that the room did not have working AC and would prefer not to give the room to me. Unfortunately, I had no other options or anywhere else to go so I told them I’d suck it up, I just needed a bed to sleep as I was exhausted from my travels. When I finally arrived to my room, surprise surprise, the AC worked just fine. The staff seemed to be having some type of personal party in the back and seemed bothered my arrival to check in. I will NEVER stay here again.

Upon arrival, learned from a piece of paper tacked up in the lobby that breakfast is no longer available. Room was dingy, cabinetry in rough shape, refrigerator had rust. Bathtub had mold in the usual spots (under soap dish, etc.). Smoke detector battery was beeping low, but to their credit they replaced it within an hour or so. Microwave was clean, bed was simple, but comfortable, and clean.
