Dining in this area was an issue. They did not disclose the over $500 incidentals charge prior to stay….that would have been nice to know ahead of time. Gym access could have been better and 24 hrs.

Right on Lake Washington. Fabulous views. Love sitting outside around the gas fire pits, sipping complementary champagne. The staff here is very warm and welcoming. Restaurants have amazing food and right on the water. It’s a amazing experience staying here. At night I can see downtown Seattle lights in the far distance. It’s our favorite place.

Worst value - how much you pay vs. what you get - that I’ve had in a long time. Noise from events the floor below was terrible - couldn’t sleep. “Fitness center” is a joke - you need to replace your key with another fob then wall half a mile in an underground parking garage and if you’re lucky you find the door to some corridor maze that should take you to a fitness center in another building. And half of that structure is under construction. Then the toilet in the room broke - and it took three calls to the guest services for someone to come and fix it. And no pool or hot tub. Stay away. Top dollars for bottom experience.

Great location. I loved the customer service. Paid $700/night Canadian with all the fees. Was a bit pricey for not having an outdoor or indoor pool. I had to ask for some amenities, to be brought to my room (slippers). I feel like for the price should already be in there. The washroom could use more amenities. The pantry room was excellent. Nice treat

Charming and elegant property right on the lakeside. Good restaurants in the hotel area (an Italian and a maxican restaurant). Great spa (excellent massage and facial). You have to walk through the parking lot for the gym.

The room bathroom was had stained counters and broken shower curtain. Crumbs and hair in the seats. Paid $70 for my dog to sleep for a dirty bowl. Champagne glasses lined along the hallways. The spa was below average. Masseuse spoke more about add one rather then how the massage was or if the strength was ok. The men’s locker room only has one sauna and each client stayed 30 minutes. I would’ve had to wait a long time for my turn. Champagne glass broken in the men’s locker room.

Bathroom door was sticky, toilet paper was not easy to reach. Single coffee machine was not working and replaced but coffee was just warm. No microwave to heat it up. I have been here several times and this was my favorite place. This time I was a little disappointed.

Lovely property - comfortable & spacious room. We were upgraded to a junior suite with a balcony & waterfront view which I’d highly recommend for longer stays. Very peaceful looking out over the lake on a misty Seattle morning! Comfortable bed, thick & fluffy towels, and nice toiletries. The lobby happy hour was really fun: comfy and attractive seating, and of course the location is great for walking and super close to downtown Kirkland for shops & even more dining. Savvy traveler tip: the rooms have Keurigs & a mini fridge so if you have a particular coffee or milk you like it’s easy to bring your own!

Pros: - Lake view, nice place to take photos Cons: - Very noisy - there is some machine (not my air conditioner or refrigerator) keeps running during the night, very annoying. - Clock alarm by default is set to 12:00AM middle night! Woke up my family just after we fell asleep - Room housekeeping knocks my door at 8:00 AM! What a combo!

A nice, small waterfront resort. Stayed one night with my wife. A very comfortable and restful stay. A beautiful view of Lake Washington and even saw snow capped Olympic Mountains in the morning. Mostly cloudy and rainy though. The room with a balcony on the second floor was spacious. The king sized bed was very comfortable. There was a wedding reception that started in the early evening and it was quite loud and kept going until past 10 pm. We could hear it from our room. The large white tent in front of the building obstructed the Lakeview. The front desk was great.

The location of the Woodmark is exceptional. Our room was substandard and the property had lots of vacancies. We were given a room that must’ve been next to a mechanical room of some sort as we heard a loud humming all night long. In addition, there is no room service of any sort in the evenings, we got in a bit late and at 10:15 PM. We’re hoping to find something to eat. They had a closet with some chips and cookies and even though there are three restaurants in the complex none were open. The property could use some updating. Staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, but unfortunately the services are just very limited.

Loved the outside area overlooking the water. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Unfortunately the room we had was susceptible to vibration and noise bleeding over from the elevator system. Every time the elevator moved between floors, the vibration and noise came into the bedroom in our suite (326). This discovery was unfortunately made late into the night after we had had dinner and enjoyed the spa downstairs. It was too late to change rooms so we had to grin and bear it. I was able to make do but my wife was not. No sleep for her unfortunately. Will be requesting our next room as far away from the elevator as possible during our next visit this summer.

The Woodmark was simply stunning!! I got into town very early, and the staff was more than happy to accommodate my early check-in. They went out of their way to make things as wonderful as possible. Every single person I interacted with was so kind. Honestly I wish I could have been a secret shopper because everyone on staff deserves a raise. Well done Woodmark!!!!

I love staying at Woodmark Hotel. I stay here every time I am in WA. The remodel is beautiful. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. Restaurant has recovered nicely. Love the outdoor spaces with heaters to enjoy the evenings.

There was an issue at checkin but the staff and GM made it right. They called to let me know that they recognized the VIP status and the GM, Gene, called to follow up and put us up in a nice room. Come to find out the upgrade was so appreciated as to my surprise, we got engaged during our stay. The staff sent us a bottle of bubbles with a nice congratulatory note, which was sitting on the coffee table upon our return to the room. We were able to toast our engagement and enjoy the view from our balcony. Thank you so much for making our trip annd engagement extra special.

Beautiful surroundings. Very walkable into town. Like our last day the hotel is great and the staff are mediocre. They do not make any effort to go out of their way to provide you with a common request. A normal position for young people. But we’re old people that are used to “service with a smile.” Not happening at the Woodmark! We will return for the positive reasons. But we have very low expectations of the staff.

The Woodmark always delivers. Loved getting connected rooms and that they’re still pet friendly and are keeping the pantry well-stocked. Love walking around the lakefront and being so close to both Downtown Bellevue and Kirkland.

Friendly, welcoming staff and perfect setting for a relaxing, quiet staycation. Very comfortable room with a lovely bonus view of the marina. The only downside was availability of a late lunch after spa treatments ended at 2:15. With 4 restaurants in the vicinity, the only option was Starbucks.

What a wonderful experience! We loved how welcoming the front desk people were and the room was fantastic. I received late check out from booking on Expedia and also got my credit to the AMAZING cafe across the street. I loved the bonfire experience at sunset.... Everything was wonderful in the room and we will definitely be staying here again!
