Quiet and clean. No pool, which there used to be, laundry out of service, not very friendly front desk staff, 2 sheets left in the tissue box and truly awful one ply toilet paper.

Hotel is comfortable but they were understaffed for the long weekend crowd they get. Located close to QFC where I could get a grab and go meal. They do have a restaurant inside which was okay for the breakfast. The gym is nice clean with functional equipments.

This is about what you'd expect from a Courtyard. Three things stood out that could use improvement: the living area of our room was huge, cavernous and had undersized furniture that made the place look bare and very Spartan. They were blaring pop music in the lobby, lounge and hallways. They charged us $20 for parking which is the first time I've ever seen this done in any suburban hotel with plenty of parking space.

This hotel was an utter disarray. No amenities that were advertised were actually available. There was no gym available. No pool available. No bistro or food available. No coffee bar available. No printing available. Absolutely, Nothing was available in the hotel as advertised. When I spoke with hotel staff, they couldn’t answer any questions it was all just vague answers of, I don’t know.

Pretty disappointed with the property. They advertise a pool but when I asked staff where it was they said there is no pool. Just looked at the property online a there is a pool pictured. This was supposed to be our end of day relaxation after a day hiking. Kids and I were pretty disappointed and more than likely won’t stay again.

The ‘suite’ was just a badly lighted room with a couch and tv, not really the same vibe as most suites I stay so it wasn’t that useful. Some hair in the tub and bathroom but overall housekeeping was good service.

The first room I was given had dead bug larvae on the boxspring and mattress. There were multiple bugs, a lot of dirt and bug debris, and human hair that had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. I took pictures and put some of the bugs in a cup for the staff to see. The lady at the front desk was very kind and identified the bugs as carpet beetles. She put me in a new room, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to have the King bed that I booked. While I understand that carpet beetles are commonly occurring and not harmful to humans, there isn't an excuse for not properly cleaning the room and bed. I am grateful for the kind workers at this hotel, but do not plan for myself or anyone else from my company to stay at this hotel again.

A very convenient location, the staff very pleasant, the beds very comfortable. Our one compliant is that the bathroom wasn't very clean. The floor looked as if it hadn't been washed and the room did not smell very fresh.

It was fine, but it wasn’t very clean. Our room reeked of perfume, there were clumps of hair everywhere, there were globs of soap all over the bathtub and walls, something splattered all over the wall next to the toilet, dust all over the mirror, fingerprints all over the nightstand and table, hairs on the towels. Seemed like the maids did the bare minimum to flip the room. Definitely don’t trust that the sheets or towels were changed. Super disappointed. Been looking for a hotel for our monthly Mariner games and unfortunately it doesn’t seem we’ve found it yet.

Does not have pool, request room close to lobby if your hoping for free wifi. Room 368 had no wifi in range & we were not paying 10$ a day for it to be “enhanced” which wouldn’t even work.

The internet was not working. Called front desk several times, they simply gave me a number to call to ask the internet company for help. It never worked. Parking was also pricey. Overall I will not stay here again

Didn’t love it. All the rooms are joined and we had a screaming child next to us. The fridge in the room was so loud it would wake us out of sleep. Had to switch rooms because after 3 maintenance attempts the ac unit wasn’t working. Not going to lie… very irritated about paying $15 (uh it’s now $20) per night for parking. That’s blatantly screwing people. Overall I wouldn’t stay again but I will end on this… every single person working at the hotel was lovely.

The AC unit did not respond properly to the thermostat. I set the temperature but the wall AC unit would blow out the wrong temperature air. I had to turn the thermostat completely off at times to stop the very cold air from coming in, which was a problem since it is right beside the desk and chair where one would sit to read.

Lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all. AC was broken and when I called front desk, she said to wait 15 minutes…. 30 minutes later still not working. Called one more time for some help, she had an attitude and said to wait 15 more minutes. I tried to explain to her that it’s not the temperature we’re waiting for, the AC is just not turning on but she seemed annoyed and still said to wait 15 minutes…basically went the whole night without AC. We tried to fix it ourselves but nothing worked. Our whole stay at the property was good except for her.

Charged my credit card twice for incidental. When I called. I talked to three different people. The last person was so rude, after I told him I only authorized one hold for incidental. He told me he can't do anything and I had to dispute it with my credit card company.

Gorgeous, great staff and everything you’d want in a hotel, but this has got to be the last place in this price range not even providing complimentary coffee (let alone a breakfast). Maybe I’m just too used to the other team hotels we choose. In a weird way, I could see this impacting future travel choices—despite everything else being amazing and clean and friendly. Weird?

I booked this hotel for my in-laws who came to watch their granddaughter play in a soccer tournament. First night they were woken up in the middle of the night by people screaming outside of their room having a fight. Then receptionist tried to tell them breakfast wasnt included in their reservation (it was). It took showing them a screenshot of the reservation to get their food. Breakfast was inedible. Pre-made sandwiches on bread so burned my mother in law said she could not even bite through it and ended up throwing the whole thing away. I dont know what is happening with this property but it seems to get worse with every stay.

We visited Seattle for a family birthday and stayed in the Courtyard in Kirkland/c it was the only handicap accessible room to be found in the area. Kudos to Courtyard! Very nice. My only criticism was that the bar was not open on Sat evening. Sometimes I enjoy a nightcap at the bar. We took public transport to the Public Market and it was easy, bus stop close to hotel, inexpensive, and speedy enough to offset driving. Plus scenic.

The staff was all wonderful, from the front desk to the bistro to the housekeeping. We bought up and included the breakfast in our stay, and it did NOT disappoint!! Large portions and hot fresh coffee. Later in the evening we visited the bistro for dinner and had a burger and fries as well as a grilled chicken sandwich and fries and again, amazing food and great service! Overall the price of the room was a little high for the amenities, and you have to pay for parking ($12 per night), but the room was clean, the hotel and surrounding area was clean and felt safe, and we can’t say enough about the wonderful food.
