The pool area was only open to kids until 9:30. The hot tub was soapy feeling and very cloudy. Overall, hotel was a bit run down, beds need to be replaced and when repairs are made, more care could be taken to do a better job.

We travel a lot. As we are booking our hotels, we always make sure they have a pool, hot tub, and breakfast. When we checked in, we were informed that the pool was closed, and the hot tub jets did not work, but we could still use the hot tub????? (Hot bath???). The breakfast was just OK, nothing special. So three of the important items for our stay were non-existent or just OK. Needless to say, our stay was very disappointing. On the bright side, the staff was excellent and friendly.

Hot tub was out of order and we even said something upon check in about how we were wanting to use the hot tub and they didn’t tell us it was out of order. Went down for breakfast at 7:30 and everything was cold. Had to reheat it. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.

There was blood on the counter and someone else’s hair all over the bathroom. We left after only a couple of hours because of the filthy atmosphere. The manager did end up refunding my stay which was nice and said they are remodeling, but I would not stay there in the meantime. The pool and hot tub were also disgusting and my skin reeked for a week like chemicals despite multiple showers.

We checked into our room, it was dirty on things like the light switches, the ledges of the headboards, etc...not like dust, but like black sticky grime of some sort and it wreaked of flowery like chemicals or bug bomb or something, so we opened the window and went out for the day. Got back late at 11pm and it didnt smell any less potent. Tried to go to sleep, ours noses were burning. So my husband went to the front desk and told him we need to be moved rooms and why. We moved our kids and stuff up 2 floors at midnight. Beds were awful in both rooms, dips in the middle of the beds. The 2nd room didn't stink, but when my husband checked the beds, he found earbuds in their case under the pillow. Not sure if they were previous guests or a housekeepers, but still concerning. We slept so horrible, could hear everyone. We went to the front desk the next morning, explained the list of our experiences, let the girl know we already paid for one night, but we wouldnt be staying for the next 2 nights and need our stay canceled. She said she doesn't have authority for anything, but she will give info to her manager to handle. We never heard from anyone, but it was the weekend, so understandable. Monday, comfort inn charged us for the whole 3 nights. we stopped by over there before we left. One girl that we tried to explain, she told my husband i don't appreciate your language, instead of talking about it, then said she was going to call cops cause we were pissed. watch your videos mgr!

When I checked in the staff was super nice and personable. The room was very very dirty, hair in the shower that wasn’t mine, lotion or something of the sort wiped on the bedside table, some kind of make up for food on the lampshade. The room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Staff were excellent. The room was HORRENDOUS! The bed spread was stained, one bed was broken, dirt and grime caked on everything, headboards were filthy with god only knows what. The smoking door at the bottom of the stairs slammed shut ALL NIGHT LONG. I will never stay here again, especially for $1100 for the week.

Breakfast was very good, staff was super friendly. Lobby was always clean. My only disappointment is that we stayed for 5 days and not once did they tidy up the room. I had to take our garbage out twice and 4 times I had to get fresh towels. That was a little frustrating .

Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar, the facilities were outdated, and the accommodation described as a suite was actually just a standard room. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room...could have been better. The hotel stated it was newly remodeled, however, the floor boards in the room were coming apart. Every step you took, noise. We tripped a couple of times on some boards that were raised. The hotel is dog friendly (thank you!) but the dog next door was crying, barking, scratching and kept throwing itself against a door/wall. There was mold on the shower ceiling. Location was nice, close to restaurants and such. The breakfast was very good. Probably would not stay there again.

Bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows are tiny and lumpy. Our shower drain was clogged which was gross. The toilet paper and tissues were not restocked in our room and we promptly ran out of both and had to ask the front desk for more. There are no no-dairy options for breakfast/coffee which was very disappointing. Stains on the carpet and a slower than molasses elevator. The staff are unfriendly and just there, all seeming very bored to be there. I asked for a bandaid and not a single one could be located. It was just a lot of little things. I would definitely not stay here nor would I recommend anyone else stay here.

Wish i would've checked reviews better before booking. While the staff i encountered were pretty welcoming, the rooms were not impressive at all. At check in clerk was in the office screaming at her boyfriend that she “hates him”. After waiting a good 5 minutes she came out and was very distracted, took my card and did not speak or give me any information about the hotel. I was in the lobby area 3 times during the evening and each time she was not present and the office door was closed. Stayed on the third floor and there was construction equipment and huge fans blowing. Probably won’t stay here again.

Scheduled a cleaning being flexible about when that’d happen…no cleaning and when I called front desk staff was rude and had zero explanation why no one came. A few days later in the middle of a shower, the hot water and water pressure disappeared. Called the front desk to be confronted by the same rude staff person. Also tried to charge me for a late check out after all that.

Beds are not really comfortable. They don’t clean the room unless you ask, a fact that no one told us when we registered. When I asked about why the room hadn’t been cleaned she told me there is a sign that tells you that on the front desk. We arrived at 11:30 PM, after working all day and then taking a 5 hour flight. Who’s reading anything at that point? Breakfast area has insufficient seating so people are milling around with their lukewarm eggs trying to figure out what to do. Meanwhile, the line at the waffle maker turns into a crowd bc the layout is so ill-considered. Also one person trying to keep the coffee full, check the food, etc., bc they are too cheap to hire an extra person. One of the things you pay for with a hotel is having a clean room, without having to request it every day. Never again.

An older property that is showing its age. Vague underlying musty odor and tired carpets and scuffed walls reinforce the impression of decline. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, easy location adjacent to I-5 tucked into a wooded location that belies a busy urban setting. Priced right especially for a single night’s stay.

Well I wish I would have known what kind of area this was in. And what kind of people were running around all night long keeping my baby and dogs barking all night.. It's in a very convenient spot in Lacey with a lot of everything nearby. Food, gas, convenience, and easy access to I-5. Hotel itself is quiet, looks a little dated but it's charming and tidy. Staff is very pleasant and was very helpful! Parking lot doesn't seem quite large enough, so if you show up after 8PM to retire for the night, finding a parking spot is rough. I'd say that's about my only complaint.

If you in town (Lacey - Olympia) and you just need a place to sleep and have breakfast, this is the place. Clean room, good microwave, fridge as well. Breakfast was simple but good (eggs, toast, fresh waffle, coffee, sausage patty/links). Just a regular INN to sleep in.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Pool was great. Clean rooms, the only downer is the breakfast. It’s the same every morning and I’m sure everything is out of a can or prepackaged frozen. The best option is to stick with the cold cereal and toast.
