We stayed one night on a road trip from Olympic NP to Rainier NP, and it was a great place to stop. There are limited restaurant options in the area, but we found a great sushi place nearby called Trapper’s - super happy hour specials until 6 and very fresh sushi, with vegetarian options. The hotel was very clean & had on-site laundry. They closed the laundry from 8pm until 8am, which threw us off a bit on our planned early morning start time, but it worked out fine. It’s a convenient spot right by the freeway.

Also, one of the reasons we chose this property was because we had enjoyed the hot tub last time we stayed. The hot tub was broken. I think we might explore other properties next time we’re in town.

Overall the property was great. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The property itself looked very nice and clean, but our room was lacking in a few areas. We had some dirty towels and trash left in the room from the last people and tons of hair in the shower. Otherwise the room was clean which was odd.

I've stayed at this property a frw times and it was nice. It is now worn-out and dirty. The room was gross (hair in the shower and film in the sink) and the walls need paint, stains and chips on the furniture and the room smelled like oil and gas.

This was a very clean, safe and comfortable hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable with spa like linens. The staff was excellent, friendly and efficient. We will stay here again and highly recommend. We have family that lives close by and this is a perfect location. Great breakfast and close to shopping and coffee etc.

Room was not clean and dirty wash clothes were left hanging over the shower rod from previous customers. Hair was in the bathtub and sink and no soap was provided for washing hands. Had to ask multiple times for towels. Wasn’t the best say but the front desk was friendly checking in and out.

We struggled repeatedly with the Wi-Fi. The place was very noisy, dogs barking beds creaking people upstairs making noise. I don't think I'd stay in the best Western again

Everything was great, except the bed. Wonderful service, great continental breakfast, area felt relatively safe. There is a big empty lot near the parking lot, so I’d imagine that may attract a bit of trouble, however we didn’t notice much when we were there. The shallow end of the pool was a bit deep for my young daughter, so that was a bit disappointing for her. The bed was also very uncomfortable. Very firm. I want to give a higher rating because there was a lot of great stuff about the location, but I didn’t sleep well and had a sore back because of the bed. If you like firm beds, you may be fine though.

Someone should go clean that up. Staff seemed annoyed to be working today. Didn’t fix the question about the wifi and it didn’t work so I had to use my phone and cellular data to do the Zoom meeting I needed to do after I arrived instead of my computer that couldn’t hang on to any meaningful wifi. I called the front desk and the kid working could not have cared less. Overall disappointing checkin and service. I hope he has a better day tomorrow!

Person up front in the reception morning on 11/5/23 very unfriendly trying to get late checkout, that’s why I don’t stay when iam in town in Lacey this hotel! It was like for her a hustle to asked a late checkout!

The front desk lady Sophie was rude, unapologetic, unprofessional and dismissive. Our reservation was apparently unconfirmed even though we had the itinerary number and the money was taken out of our account. She could physically see on the screen that we had a reservation for that night but told us there were king rooms left available. Expected us to call Expedia to get it sorted out. Then she downgraded our room from a king size bed to two queens and gave the last king bed to the guy behind us!! There was absolutely no compensation offered whatsoever for all the trouble we were put through! What’s the point of having a single night away from the kids if you and your husband can’t even sleep in the same bed?! We should have been given a free upgrade or free snacks at least but we weren’t even given complimentary water bottles like every other guest we saw checking in!

The BW staff are fantastic, and they were very attentive to my requests! The hot breakfast was great!! Great location, with some road noise, due to its proximity to the I-5, but close to shopping and entertainment! I will stay there again - highly recommend!!!

This is the Best Western is one of the nicest we n have ever stayed at. The staff was wonderful. Loved the traveler's prayer they left in room. The breakfast is the best . Made to order omelet and the waffle with strawberries was delicious.

Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean, bathroom was clean too and of course clean towels is a must and they were!! Room was very nice and comfortable. The only gripe I have is the WiFi was horrible. Too slow and kept knocking me off, still everything else was good, even the decaf coffee in the room was good. Breakfast was good too, lady taking care of the breakfast area was on top of everything, if it was low, she was filling it up. Nice place to stay

The hotel is still a good choice for Lacey, and I will most likely stay again. The free breakfast was not as good as I recall the last time and the espresso machine never worked while we were there. The coffee that was available was not very good so we just ended up running to Starbucks.

Great breakfast options, different each morning. Conveniently located within miles to the RAC, where we had an all weekend softball tournament. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Pool area was clean. No issues.
