This was probably the worst Marriot I have stayed at. We booked here as they were one of the few options we found with an indoor pool and hot tub and we found out upon wanting to go to the pool and hottub it was closed for the weekend. Hotel staff was all amazing and helpful. The food was delicious and staff were great for both our dinner and breakfast. Needs a lot of updating and since we booked on Saturday it would have been nice to have it updated on Expedia as it appears the pool was closed for a day or so by that point.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly, the facility was really clean and the room was spacious. We loved the fact there was an indoor pool and hot tub on site as well. It was convenient since the link rail is across the street, making our stay really easy to navigate Seattle. I request a crib for our room since we were traveling with our 8 month old, and the crib was easy to set up and was already in our room before we got there. They also gave multiple sheets which was appreciated. The only feedback I’d give is that the rooms could use an upgrade or refresh to match the modernness of the downstairs entry/breakfast area. The rooms seem a bit dated, however the mini-fridge and microwave were perfect for our stay. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan so lots of moisture in our room after our whole family had showers. The 12pm checkout was really appreciated since our flight didn’t leave til late and so that gave us extra time in our room to relax before making our way to SeaTac. We will 100% stay again and would recommend the hotel.

Rooms were a little dated but beds were comfy. Pool was nice. Liked that there is bar/restaurant in the evening. Next time would stay ground floor close to pool with the sliding doors next to community bbq with tables,chairs and fire pit. Close to alderwood mall.

The customer service was terrible. No sense of urgency for the customer. It was quick taco bell kind of service where they make you feel like just another transaction. The property itself is very dirty nothing like the pictures shown. Landscaping was gross and made you feel like you were in a desert. Grass was all dry, yellow, and dead. The pool area never had towels available. Water was everywhere outside the pool and hot tube area in an excessive manner. Trim around the pool area was missing or rotting. The pool and hot tube water was so dirty it looked like people showered in it and peed in it. We let the staff know it smelled gross and was no clean but of course nothing was done. We were told breakfast lasted until 10 but by 9 it was closed off. Even the day we got there early, it was messy and un appetizing. We didnt get any room service on lur 2 night stay. All "premium" hotels have given us room service even with only 2 nights stay. So if youre okay with motel quality, then this place may work for you.

I want to support hotels that value employees. While there is a sign on the mirror in the bathroom stating we pride ourselves on keeping your room tidy, house keeping was non existent. Their idea of house keeping is to clean the room between guests. I don't go to a hotel and expect to have to make my own bed, or change my towels. I'm tired of hotels that charge high rates and then don't hire people to support the clientele. The hallways and elevator were dirty. The ice makers didn't work. Granted, when I brought all this up at check out, they gave me a discount, but it doesn't prove they're going to change their ways. I won't stay here again.

The property is very tired. Water pressure in the showers was weak, almost like a squirt gun at best. Toilet made sounds like it was in agony. Worse of all the smell of urine in the bathroom. This applied to both rooms which we used for three nights.

Staff at the front desk were friendly, and checking in was easy. Location was great, close by the light rail station and restaurants. Other than that, the property is a dump! Same quality as motel 6. This property should not have the Marriott name on it. The room that I was staying in was very old and bathroom was dirty. I had to wipe some pink water stains off the shower walls (I always carry Clorox wipes when traveling), and sink. And the room reeked like cigarette smoke! I got in very late, was too tired to complain, and to ask for a different room. I only stayed for two days, and I will not be staying there again in the future.

This hotel is disgusting. I've stayed in cleaner Motel 6s. The floor of our hotel has sticky spots everywhere, the bathroom is full of mold, and the comforters are very clearly dirty. They didn't even have a clean comforter to give us.

The room smell like cat pee and we're outdated. The hallway had garbage left from either the maids or somebody like garbage bags and ants were crawling around the lobby areas. Our bathroom got clogged the shower. And you smelled cigarette smoke all throughout the hotel

Great staff. Great pool. Rooms look a little rundown. My room had old chewing gum on the carpet that had turned black and was just left there. Essentially the carpeting is scary and the room had an odd smell.

When we arrived in our room, we found a piece of broken glass on the floor. Very concerning as we were in a dog friendly room - our puppy could have easily found and swallowed. We were not aware of the USD$100 pet fee. We were not told about this fee when checking in and were only advised after our card had already been charged. Hotel is older and definitely needs some maintenance, but the bed was comfy. 20 minutes from downtown Seattle which is great. Due to the surprise charge and glass, I don’t think we will go back.

Let me start with the positive things the staff was great, and plenty of parking spaces. The negative is The room is very outdated, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, and it looked very outdated, the bathroom tub looked old. The AC unit was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Personally, I could just stay there again

It is easy access to I'5 and the 405 freeways. Speedy check-in, friendly and professional. The housekeeping of the rooms were above and beyond. The rooms are spacious with a relaxing atmosphere. We like staying there. This is our choice when we come for a visit.

Although we had a reservation, the clerk told us that the hotel had overbooked and that no room was available for us. We were sent to the hotel next door. Prior to trying to check in at the Marriott, we had to park a distance away (due to lack of availability of parking near the building), so an extra frustration was having to schlepp our luggage a long way back to the car before driving over to the hotel to which we had been redirected.

I had checked in via online and got a follow-up email that said I would get a text once my room was ready. Never got that text until I checked in physically at the hotel at 7:30pm. Was hoping my room would be ready after 1 or 2pm so I could put my bags in there before my event. I wasn’t asked about my Marriot Bonvoy number, and had to bring it up and was told "Ummm, yeah, I guess I can take that now" Also had no towels in my room. When I checked out the next morning, I let the front desk person know. He was very nice and apologized, and let me know he would add points to my Bonvoy acct to make up for that. He made the whole experience better by doing that for us!

Was hoping my room would be ready after 1 or 2pm so I could put my bags in there before my event. I wasn’t asked about my Marriot Bonvoy number, and had to bring it up and was told "Ummm, yeah, I guess I can take that now" Also had no towels in my room. When I checked out the next morning, I let the front desk person know. He was very nice and apologized, and let me know he would add points to my Bonvoy acct to make up for that. He made the whole experience better by doing that for us!

My husband and I booked a room at this Marriott location so we could attend our daughter's baby shower. The shower was originally schedule to be in a park, queue torrential down pour and rain. First thing the morning of the shower, I asked Jenny at the front desk about the possibility of renting one of their rooms given the short notice. Jenny was amazing and had the room ready for us incase we needed it. We gave her about an hour notice that we would be needing the room and she didn't break a sweat. The room was the exact right size for the number of people attending and we were able tote in our own grill to BBQ burgers and hotdogs. Everything went off with a minimum amount of hitches on our part. At the end of the event Jenny had already left and Becky took over making sure that we had everything we could possibly need. All in all, the hotel went way above and beyond to help us make the baby shower a success. Thank you all very much!

The customer service here was probably the best customer service my husband and I have had at any hotel we've stayed at! They were super friendly, helpful and positive. I really can't say enough about how great the staff were! It was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were a little dated in comparison to the updated lobby area but that didn't bother us. Thanks for the great service!

The customer service was terrible. No sense of urgency for the customer. It was quick taco bell kind of service where they make you feel like just another transaction. The property itself is very dirty nothing like the pictures shown. Landscaping was gross and made you feel like you were in a desert. Grass was all dry, yellow, and dead. The pool area never had towels available. Water was everywhere outside the pool and hot tube area in an excessive manner. Trim around the pool area was missing or rotting. The pool and hot tube water was so dirty it looked like people showered in it and peed in it. We let the staff know it smelled gross and was no clean but of course nothing was done. We were told breakfast lasted until 10 but by 9 it was closed off. Even the day we got there early, it was messy and un appetizing. We didnt get any room service on lur 2 night stay. All "premium" hotels have given us room service even with only 2 nights stay. So if youre okay with motel quality, then this place may work for you.

Great place to stay if you are looking to stay just outside downtown Seattle. Staying downtown can get quite expensive and this is an easy train ride away. The light rail station is right outside the hotel and the best way to get to and from downtown. Also parking is free which is an added bonus. Would recommend!

I liked the property but the area outside did not make me feel safe. There were at least 3 individuals that were in the process of "nodding" and coming through a high fix . But the rooms were cleandatrd but very clean and the front desk staff were terrific and the restaurant staff were amazing. Thank you

Great location close to Interstate and shopping. We had free breakfast as we were there for a hockey tournament but otherwise it would not be included. Room had a slight odor but staff came in and sprayed for us. Room temp was easily controlled.

It is easy access to I'5 and the 405 freeways. Speedy check-in, friendly and professional. The housekeeping of the rooms were above and beyond. The rooms are spacious with a relaxing atmosphere. We like staying there. This is our choice when we come for a visit.

The overall stay was very unpleasant. I don’t blame the staff. They are kind and welcoming. When I arrived there was a terrible odour in my room and the heater wasn’t working. The hot tub worked the first day but the second day it was barely warm. The food is extremely over priced. I was in the middle of eating and the staff removed the candle from my table because he was closing. They wanted to charge 6.00 for two slices of bacon. Housekeeping didn’t come into the room my first morning and I was out of body wash. They did try coming into the room on the day of my check out despite my having the do not disturb sign in the door. I didn’t need housekeeping when I was checking out. I won’t return. Courtyard Marriotts have really deteriorated and are inconsistent.

Rooms were a little dated but beds were comfy. Pool was nice. Liked that there is bar/restaurant in the evening. Next time would stay ground floor close to pool with the sliding doors next to community bbq with tables,chairs and fire pit. Close to alderwood mall.

Ed Villacorta on the front desk was very helpful, polite and courteous. The check in was smooth and he has even upgraded us to a bigger deluxe room as there were 5 of us. We would definitely go back to this place as the experience is awesome.
