My stay was very nice. The service was excellent especially the actual room service every day. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue and its minor is the garage exit system. Why have a ticket if you always have to get intouvh with the front desk to get out. No comprendo!

The room was clean and well appointed. the bed was comfortable, and we had pillow options which is always nice. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel around 1pm to see if we could drop our suitcase off to go do some shopping before check in, and they checked us in and gave us our room right then. The only complaint I have is a little sleight of hand with parking. The room rate was very reasonable, it's one main reason we chose this hotel. It had a view of Lake Union and a museum building right across the way, this is the other reason we chose it. I'm very happy with our room. However, it's a little sneaky to give a great room rate but them charge $40 for overnight parking. It defeats the purpose and now you're there checking in and "oh by the way" there's an additional $40 added to your bill. Just include parking when advertising the rate. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms go for double or triple what we paid in the summer. If they had included the parking in their advertising, I might have still chosen it but there were many more options for hotels that included parking. It's just kind of cheesey for such a nice property.

I liked that it was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The walk/bike path across the street was very convenient. The “lake view” wasn’t as clear and unobstructed as I was expecting, based on the pictures. There is a lot of traffic on the road in front of the building, so it was occasionally noisy from that. But within the hotel was relatively quiet. The front staff was very helpful and even arranged a 3am ride to the airport. The only complaint I had was that the shower was dirty (dirty fingerprints, a booger, and other strange smudges on the wall, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bracket attached to the shower wall had lots of built up dust and grime, as well as a hair, so it looked like it had not been wiped down for quite some time. I went to the front desk and explained it to the staff, and they said someone would come clean it within the hour. I left for dinner and when I returned, it had not been cleaned, but both toilet seats had been lifted up. Not sure if they got the wrong message and someone cleaned the toilet instead of the shower.

False advertisement on the website shows a swimming pool and don’t have one. Parking is extra 50.00 outrageous, no microwave plus the showers was super dirty hairs everywhere. I would like a customer service to give me a call please. Thank you!

This Marriot excels in customer service...the staff is polite, they smile, have confidence when answering questions...I'm not saying a few, but all the employees I came in contact over our four day stay. A deep cleaning should be done; baseboards, corners, television cables, shampoo carpets, etc. The one thing the was almost a "deal breaker" especially for a married couple in their seventies...coffee packets every other day..."ouch" (smirk emoji). Sincerely, Carl Huston p.s., We're planning on coming back to your facility in October.

Location is convenient for us as we are pretty much spending most of our time downtown. Quiet just by the lake. Would have give it a higher rating of they can improve on the cleanliness of their beddings. Found a couple very noticeable stains on a few of their pillow case and there is a faint smell of smoke too. The staff that I met at check-in was very nice but the other staff was not too friendly. Was asking for price of an item from their convenient store and the staff there was busy doing inventory and not very willing to help. Called to asked for 2 extra pillows and right after I hung up, they called back and ask if we wanted pillows or blankets? If you are travelling with young kids, may want to consider a more kids friendly location. Requested if they have bed railings but they replied saying they only have cribs and there are nothing they can arrange for us. Our room is for 2 adults and 2 kids, we added a surcharge for breakfast and parking. Did not notice that the surcharge we paid only includes breakfast for 2 adults, they included a $20 food and beverage credit which we can use towards the kids breakfast but a strawberry cup is already $9...... Overall experience is ok but did not quite meet our expectations.

The front desk staff were outstanding and it was incredibly convenient and close to Pier 91 if you are cruising Princess or Holland America or other cruise lines. The hotel was super clean, modern and our room had a stunning view of Lake Union which was a lovely surprise.

The hotel was generally in good condition and excellent area. I did not like the comfort of the bedding, the pillows seemed very low quality and uncomfortable. The AC unit was also not very functional, it was a hot day and we set the temperature to 68 and it would not go below 72 so it was warm even at night.

The hotel provides you with free Netflix and free MAX but our TV would not access the internet and we were having problems with the internet on our phones as well and so even though the front desk guy tried to help us several times, we were unable to watch movies as we had planned. But they gave us a free breakfast. however I had already paid for two out of three of us but hey... We liked our view a d its waplable to the space needle

Great location. Wifi was terrible. The ticket machine at the parking garage was located such that you couldn't operate it from your car upon leaving. It also didn't work the 3 times we used it and we had to notify the front desk to let us out. The front desk staff were not informed about the lobby bathroom code, wifi usage, or the parking garage. Their attitude was also one of boredom and surliness.

The hotel was lovely. Great location. I got breakfast and parking included, which was a great deal. Breakfast is made to order in the bistro. Only downside was that the beds were way too firm and the pillows were awful for a nice hotel. Literally the only downside, but kind of a big one.

It was surprising how poor the service was. I’ve stayed at Marriot Bon Voy properties all over the world and usually the staff are great. At this property the front desk staff were abrupt and rude. The gentleman running the Bistro was loud and rude on a couple of occasions. The food in the bistro was aweful.

The front desk clerk Mosjh(sp) had a snobby demeanor! It was unpleasant interacting with him. He treated us as if we were beneath him and as if it was exhausting for him to be in our presence. He questioned why we were there in the first place. He offered a complimentary breakfast when we checked in and when we asked him about it the next day he treated us as if we were begging for a handout. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and often choose the Marriott because we can expect a certain experience. This stay did not meet our expectations at all. This stay was the 1st time our 11 year old son was old enough to remember the stay. The fact that this desk clerk chose to behave this way in front of our son compounded our displeasure.

He offered a complimentary breakfast when we checked in and when we asked him about it the next day he treated us as if we were begging for a handout. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and often choose the Marriott because we can expect a certain experience. This stay did not meet our expectations at all. This stay was the 1st time our 11 year old son was old enough to remember the stay. The fact that this desk clerk chose to behave this way in front of our son compounded our displeasure.

The front desk staff were outstanding and it was incredibly convenient and close to Pier 91 if you are cruising Princess or Holland America or other cruise lines. The hotel was super clean, modern and our room had a stunning view of Lake Union which was a lovely surprise.

I looked for a few hours over the internet for a place to stay in Seattle. We have been before and I wanted a better experience. This place ticked all the boxes, the staff was wonderful, the room was super nice, updated, view on the lake on the top floor. The parking was also perfect. I had booked a deal with parking and breakfast included. The breakfast wasn’t a buffet but that was even better, you get to pick from the menu and I feel like there is less waste. The food was great! I will definitely book there again. Walking to the museum and Space Needle was so quick too.

Pros: conveniently located if you’re attending a concert at Climate Pledge or something near Queen Anne. Lakeside rooms have a lovely view of the float plane activity and water. Beds are comfortable and sheets are nice. Walk-in shower and bathroom have a good layout and were very clean. Cons: I’m not sure this is really a “con” per se if you want convenience and walkability in the heart of a large city, but it’s not necessarily quiet late night on a weekend, or as tranquil and safe feeling on the outside. You definitely feel secure inside the property, but there’s a lot going on outside and you need to watch yourself. Marriott mobile key didn’t work for me and I couldn’t get contactless check-in.

Generally a good stay. Location by Kenmore air is outstanding. Walkable to a variety of restaurants. TV Turing on in the middle of the night by itself (?) was not a favorite, and the area is on the edge of less desirable sections of town.

Great stay. Room was anazing, loved the view. Staff friendly and fun. Breakfast was not great. Food was tasteless, and portions small. Who serves a breakfast sandwich on a small stale hamburger bun. You would be better off doing a lovely continental breakfast.

It was surprising how poor the service was. I’ve stayed at Marriot Bon Voy properties all over the world and usually the staff are great. At this property the front desk staff were abrupt and rude. The gentleman running the Bistro was loud and rude on a couple of occasions. The food in the bistro was aweful.
