There are at least two elevators and parking garage, and they are very confusing. You cannot get to your room if you are taking a wrong elevator. Some signs or layout map explaining the configuration will be very helpful.

Rooms comfortable. Well furnished. Did not try buffet breakfast. Parking is confusing as there are 3 parking garages. I never did park in the correct one. Parking spaces are tight. Be warned if you have a larger vehicle. Also entrances to garages are short.

This hotel is in a great location with restaurants and a nice grocery store across the street. They offer a nice breakfast and a paid shuttle to the Cruise Terminal (which we needed). Our suite was quite pricey so I would have expected a slightly more elevated experience. One item I truly appreciated was they allowed us a late check-out by one hour which I thought was very gracious. I'd stay there if the circumstances warranted, however, I would not make a point of going back.

The property advertised EV charging available. That is not correct. There was not EV charging a available. That at is the only reason the property was chosen. When I inquired about it...the staff was very dismissive. The shower was dirty with hair on the floor. The bed felt like sleeping on ply wood. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The evening check in gentleman was kind. The location was good for what we needed However we discovered there was mold on the ceiling of shower When reported to girl at front desk she said gross I will let management know

We got there and there was no soap in the bathroom. I had to go to the desk and ask for soap. Also the bathroom door scraped the floor and left a big mark. I told them about that as well. No one ever came. The biggest thing is after I check out and started the last leg of my trip, I drove about an hour and a half and realized I didn’t have my wallet. I called them and they said they had it. Why didn’t they call me sooner. So I had to drive an hour and a half back and then start all over again. They knew the room where it came from and they knew who was in there. They also emptied out our trash cans and left the bags sitting in the room. They didn’t make y daughters bed either.

Room stinks like mildew and pinesol. Bed very hard. 1230 am i am in the lobby laying on the floor stretching my back out trying to get it to relax. Will never stay at this chain of hotels again. I have stayed in this chain of hotels 4 times in a row, your beds are complete CRAP!!!! Cheap and that will cost you my business.

Property is very loud. Bring a sound machine. Staff was polite but they are very busy. The accommodations in our room had mold in the showers and the room could not get rid of the damp.

The room was not cleaned well. Though looked good on the surface, there was a dog toy under the couch, dirty underwear on the safe, dirty Qtip in the closet, garbage on the fridge. We didn\'t search out these things. Parking underground is very tight and the electric charger is only Tesla so didn\'t work for us and expensive daily rate. Breakfast was good, though everything was on disposable plates and cutlery which doesn\'t seem "ecocertified". I did not feel like it was environmentally friendly. The king suite is a large space. Beds were ok. Bathroom was noisy (door stuck and toilet was loud). We were ground floor facing out and that was also a bit noisy, though luckily not a busy street. Best thing was location for tourist attractions; wouldn\'t stay there again

We really liked the location as it was easy to walk to the space needle and train. The room itself was great except for the foldout couch situation. The mattress on it was so thin my 17 year old son said it was like sleeping on springs.

Reserved the two bedroom suite, loved it! Fireplace and two bathrooms, tons of room for the family! Very comfortably slept 4, 5 wouldn't have been a problem. Great continental breakfast, two restaurants and a coffee shop across the street. Located close to the climate pledge arean. Best of all felt safe walking around in the evening. Listed as a 3 star hotel. But honestly I would rather stay here than some 4 star places downtown.Felt safer and more comfortable.

Service was great from reception to the janitorial crew. A little confusing with the two parking garages as I had a suite for our visit. Refrigerator didn't get very cold, which lead to my not wanting to store anything perishable in there, even though it was a full sized fridge. The two A/C units in the space sounded very old and on the verge of breaking down almost the whole time we were there. Took a bit of messing with the remotes to get them to even work and blow cool air, and not hot air.

Blew away our expectations! I walked in the room knowing its amenities and still marveled at how spacious and cozy it was. Loved the balcony, living room setup, and private bedroom with walk-in closet. Zero complaints! Front desk staff was super flexible and helpful despite being inundated by cruise ship passengers and concertgoers and sports fans. Very patient. Great breakfast, too! Chose it for proximity to Seattle Center and I-5, but will absolutely make this our new go-to when in town!

The building is pretty old, and it shows. Rooms are down long halls. No warm feelings. Breakfast was the low end of powdered eggs and packaged foods. Parking was difficult to get in and out of. Other than check in/out, the only people we spoke with were housekeeping, and that needed to be in broken Spanish. Not real family friendly. Not warm and comforting. Fine for a night or two business stay, I guess. Beds adequate.

The hotel location is the reason I booked. Very close to Space Needle and the museums around it. It is clean and nice managed. Parking garage is covered and plenty of space. Breakfast has plenty of choices. The only downside of it is the noise isolation. Room to room noise is not much, but the noise from the corridor and street is quite annoying. Noise from cars and plane, and people talking from the corridor can go in the room. Air conditioning unit is also noisy but it controls the temperature well. If you need quietness, this is not your top choice.

The room was clean, we had a great view of the Space Needle, and it was close to restaurants. Breakfast was great with many options. My only complaint was the sofa bed. I booked this room because it slept four. We were only there for two nights as we were going to Leavenworth. My husband and I took the sofa bed. I am using “ bed” loosely, it was nothing but springs with a mattress pad. I don’t think Paris Hilton would let her dog sleep on this. I have never been so miserable trying to sleep. My husband ended up trying to sleep in the chair and I used the sofa cushions that were so hard you could bounce a buckle of them. Whomever is responsible for the purchase of these should be made to sleep on this for a week. The staff tried to be accommodating and gave us extra padding. It did not help. Moral of this story is book two rooms. I think a bed of nails would have been more comfortable.

Staff was very helpful, we arrived before our room was ready but they offered us temporary parking and offered to keep our bags if we needed them too. The front desk staff set up our airport shuttle for us and even helped print a document that was needed when we were having trouble. Great experience.

They only had 2 people at the front desk to check in customers . The line was out the door and the wait time to get through was too long. the amount of people coming in at check-in would require at least 4 people. There were literally 30 people waiting in line

the staff were quite unfriendly and not helpful at all -- after an extremely long drive I had a few questions as a first timer to Seattle ! I heard wonderful things about the hotel and city! I asked a few questions and after receiving sighs several times and told to download and app and "figure" it out ... I will def not stay at this hotel again - in hindsight the room was spectacular and walking distance to everything -- worst staff I've encouraged- and I travel a lot due to kids sports and vacationing -- 0-10 staff 10-10 everything else

We stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites for 5 nights and had no issues! The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was on point and even called us near the end to ask if we needed any service before our checkout day. The breakfast was a huge plus! Eggs and meat every morning on top of bagels or pastries. We had a kitchen stocked with plates, bowls, and flatware as well as pots and pans. The neighborhood was good and walking distance to a lot! There is a grocery store nearby that we went to often. There are also a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The next time we are in town, I will book here.

We booked a car service to pick us up at the airport through the hotel two weeks before our arrival. We received confirmation, but pickup left us stranded in the rain for over an hour. Finally, we called the hotel and they had us call the car service and inquire about their whereabouts. Finally arriving soaking wet. As compensation, we received two bottles of water and a chocolate bar. We called corporate and they agreed we should mot have paid for the pickup. Stating they would get back to us before we checked out.After not hearing back, we recalled and were transferred a few times. The final response was that the water and chocolate was all the compensation we would be receiving. This is definitely not the response we expected from the Hilton hotel chain.

Staff is incompetent and they do not want to communicate with guest. They only say NO ENGLISH. Do not bother trying to request anything. They can’t accommodate that. Suite is great. 4th floor with Space needle view on the balcony. Modern and roomy. $30 Parking is very secured. Breakfast is normal.

I can't say enough how friendly each ever staff member was, From check in to check out to all the silly questions we had. Your staff went above and beyond to make our first trip to Seattle awesome! Our room was clean and neat. Just perfect for our two night stay. The mini fridge was a bonus for keep drinks cold. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower was large and luxurious. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. The location was in walking distance to the Space Needle and the monorail. Great restaurants in the area too! A definite must stay again when we visit!

Extremely convenient and walkable to many Seattle tourist sites such as Kerry Park, the Space Needle, Chihuly Gallery & Glass Garden, and the incredibly awesome MOPOP. There are dining opportunities for any budget steps away or a short ride away. I hosted friends from out of state and we all stayed here rather than my tiny apartment. I plan to do the same any time friends or family visit in the future.

Location was excellent! Just a few blocks to the Space Needle and Monorail to downtown. After reaching downtown Pike Place Market and Waterfront just a few blocks down the road. We walked to T Mobile from downtown. Great shopping and Restaurants around the area. Excellent Irish Bar across the street from Hotel. Staff was very friendly. Free Breakfast was good. Grocery store just down the road. Loved the hotel and surrounding area. Would Definitely recommend. Lots of Cruise travelers at the hotel.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The hotel is located in a safe area walking distance to the Seattle Center and plenty of dining options. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is served from 6-10am with plenty of seating. We had a 1 bedroom suite which included a full kitchen and daily cleanings. The balcony was great but did not include any type of outdoor seating. There is no pool, restaurant, or bar at this hotel. Overall, it was a great stay!
