Bathroom floor didn’t seem cleaned before we arrived, only 1 elevator was running at all times instead of the 3 available, or you were allowed to use the service elevator through a side door.

Great hotel. Very well kept and organized. Only issue is that two of the four elevators worked and of these two working elevators, one was the service elevator. Other than the elevatornissue, this hotel is excellent. We'll be staying here again with out a doubt.

Overall, the experience in the hotel was nice. However, the parking garage itself is sketchy and having to pay for parking on top of the hotel room is unpleasurable. If the hotel managed to have a deal with the parking garage to make it cheaper, and also made the garage less unsightly and safer the experience would have been excellent. Also, the “connection” to the convention center is not always open and available for use. You need to go through a different building for the connection and the building has very limited hours. So you can’t always use the connection. Also, the path is not wheelchair accessible.

The breakfast is great! They had a great selection. Check-in was fast, still dislike that it is so late. HUGE problem, the next day, only one working elevator to and from the room floors. Tons of pissed people, long waits. Asked about stairs and was told yes they have them but would have to call maintenance to unlock them. That is a major safety hazard.

Amazing staff and service. Very clean room. Great location. It was my first time staying here. I especially appreciated the 24 hour gym and the bathroom bidet was a nice touch. Great views, nice size tv, and shower shoes for guests in xase you forget yours like i did. Awesome hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Well worth a few extra dollars for a good breakfast and access to the executive lounge. Walking distance to Pike Place Market, subway, monorail and various theatres. Will definitely stay here again.

You had to ride the elevator to get to the lobby. Unfortunately only 1 elevator was in operation so the wait time was very long. Lucky for us, the room was ready when we got there at 11 am! Nice room, big bathroom. Very nice stay. Would stay again. Went to the game and it was only a 3 block walk to the subway. Close to Target and numerous places to eat.

The room was not very clean, very dated, and smelled. The staff was not kind. They seemed upset that they had to help you. The AC unit was broken and did not cool the room below 73 degrees and made very loud screeching sounds. The area the hotel was in was ok. It was relatively close to major sites like piles place market. Be warned that if you park a car it will be $55/per day.

The property was walking distance to the light rail. There was a parking garage in the same building was a little spendy but convenient. We came for a concert. My only complaints are no water pressure in the shower and you can hear people in the next room laughing and talking.

Pros: Staff was great- very friendly, polite and helpful. Great view out our window! Perfect for traveling with family. Room was clean, linens were clean. Location of hotel was close to everything. Cons: Windows in working order, but one was drafty and there was garbage outside of our window on ledge. Pillows were terribly uncomfortable, offered no support. Climate control was inconsistent so sometimes room was too hot.

This hotel has a great snack bar area in the lobby with ice cream, chips, drinks, yogurt etc that you can buy from. The rooms are clean and modern but we were dissapointed with the old TVs. We were looking forward to using Netflix or even screen sharing from our phone but the TVs were dated and unable to use this feature. Having a restaurant inside the hotel next to the lobby was convenient, no need to walk outside. The elevators are slow and super busy.

A true four star property. Clean, modern rooms. Sink drain was clogged and was remedied quickly. Housekeeping does a thorough and detailed job. Walking distance to convention center. Front desk informed us we could check out at 1:00PM but we got a call from the front desk on the day of checkout at 12:04PM asking us when are we leaving. Needless to say, we felt rushed to leave and kindly asked if we could have five more minutes. He politely replied, “yes.” Parking at the hotel was expensive but no issues finding spots during a busy convention center event. Beds were clean and comfortable and the mini-fridge was a nice convenience. Keycard was required to access the floors with rooms. Alex was great and allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us! Five stars all the way!!!

When we checked in the front desk person was not friendly. And we did what we could to avoid her. The rest of the staff was really friendly and always helpful which made up for the front desk lady. Our stay was perfect and we will stay again. Loved that we could walk everywhere.

Coast hotel was a great choice for an overnight stay before boarding our cruise. Close enough to the port to be convenient and close enough to the tourist spots you'll probably want to visit. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. I'd definitely stay again.

Great location! Walkable to all the sights. 3 block walk from Symphony link station from the airport. ($3). Quick walk to waterfront and Pike Marketplace. Westlake station and the monorail to Space Needle just a few blocks away. Room was clean, spacious and club level access to breakfast each morning and happy hour each afternoon was great! Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, toast/muffins and was great. Afternoon happy hour (5-7pm) was a nice treat. $5 wine or beer but free soda and water along with snacks/ cookies /cheese. Friendly staff, chatty doorman, helpful and courteous! Great stay! Will recommend to friends traveling!

Lovely hotel, comfy beds, all very clean. The exclusive breakfast perk and free happy hour was a HUGE bonus. We stayed during the Morgan Wallen concert and it was SO busy. Parking is a bit meh - but great location, walkable to PIKE market and the water. 10/10

The room was ready for us an hour early (we were just going to drop our bags off to hold and come back). Also, I wasn't expecting a free breakfast and it was good. Thick bacon. Oatmeal and toppings. Lots of options.

Service was very good , room was nice except hair on bed and in bathtub. Had to pay early check- in, which was okay until we found food still in fridge, bathroom a little dirty ( hair) and dirty counters. Went to restaurant next afternoon, waiter was nice, but got us some water and then never came back! Sat there for over 20 minutes while he spoke to the only other 2 people there at the bar, waited a few minutes more then got up and left ,he just wat he’d us go.
