The hotel is perfectly located for those site seeing Seattle's newly renovated waterfront or those leaving on a cruise ship. The Marriott staff was outstanding throughout our four-day stay. From valet parking, to the front desk to their in-house bar, we received great service from everyone we came in contact with during our stay.

We were booked in the accessible room for some reason. The air conditioner, for some reason was incredibly loud and turned on and off through the whole night. It seemed like the whole properties, air conditioner, and originated in our room. In addition, the door was not well sealed, and so there was late all around the entire door and you could hear everything very well from the hallway.

The location was perfect! Great access to restaurants and attractions. Rooms and hotel lobby etc were all really clean. Would have rated 5 except disappointed with pool area floors. Understanding that indoor/outdoor type areas will attract more dirt but the floor on the inside was dirty. Checked back for 4 days and no one had cleaned it. Anything that touched the floor was black! Did not want my grandson to get out of pool barefoot on that. Needs attention on some regular basis.
