Came here to unwind. Pretty nice little getaway. Our room was nice and clean. Had the city view. Overall good except no pool to relax or Jacuzzi especially its in Seattle where rain comes and goes and just wanna have a little chill night. But other than that everything is convenient

Choose this property wanted an area downtown and close to locations we planned to visit. Also was the room size and amenities. Did not find out until check in that there is no pool, hot tub or sauna which was advertised. We were told the website had not been updated but the pool had not been there for years I would not have choose this location if I knew this before booking

I stayed here with a friend for a quick trip. It was walking distance (20 min walk to pike place market and space needle and glass museum). Parking was $42 a day which was a bit expensive. Breakfast was delicious and variety of bakery items, oatmeal, and then egg and meat option along with yogurt, cereal and juices. Easy check in and check out process.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great, with lots of options. The room was fine. The hotel is convenient to the aquarium, Pikes Place, and within walking distance of REI. On the negative side, there's a lot of street noise most of the night - motorcycles and cars gunning. We had a noise machine that helped a lot. Also, I'd failed to notice that parking was $40/day. My bad, I'm usually not staying downtown in a big city, where this is probably common.

The cleanliness was noticeable! It appeared to be well maintained and upgraded. Even the furnitures was from a quality well knowned brand! The staff was very helpful and friendly as well.. the only down side is the parking for guests per day, i feel.was high and the parking spaces or the underground parking itself was soooooo compact. It was hard to get it and out your spot and to even get out of the underground parking without worrying if you'll hit a car or not.

Upon arrival we find out parking is $37 a night. Not being from the area and us not arriving until 2 am we went ahead and paid for parking thinking it's going to be cheaper or at least same price. Walking around the next morning yall are charging an average of $12 more than anywhere downtown. Then on top of that it takes 30 minutes of manipulating your elevator to get to your parking spot in the garage. Not a happy customer, with an upset wife.

I paid for parking while making my reservation, and was told at check-in that the garage was full and so I couldn't park there. They couldn't give me a refund either because I had booked through hotels.com. I ended up parking on the street, but in downtown Seattle that is a risky thing to do. Thankfully didn't get my car broken into, but I was only there for one night. Hotel was great otherwise, but they really need to manage their garage better at peak times.

The floors were so dirty. White socks were so covered in dirt in the room. Was actually very disgusting! Was very disappointed. Staff are excellent. Very Friendly. Breakfast was excellent and lots of food! I’m finding more vagrants in the area and around the hotel. Not the hotels fault, but it’s starting to get dirtier in the area.

When I checked in, we were given a room on the 2nd floor because they said the elevators were out of service so we only had the stairs. When we got to the room, everything seemed clean until I checked the toilet. When I opened it, there was feces that was unflushed. I called reception right away and they asked us to move to another room on the 9th floor. By this time, one elevator was working. Deeply disgusted that I had to see all that mess in the washroom. The cleaning staff needs to do better. The front desk staff apologized but I don't think ill be back here.

The building is very old and it shows. Towels and linen were dirty. This could have been much better! Breakfast was extremely busy and congested. Overall, the stay was average but nothing to warrant a 2nd stay.

This property is not worth the price. Not very walkable area. My biggest complaint was my room was not very clean at all. The bathroom smelled damp and smelled like mold or mildew. My bed was not clean as their was a lingering smell of the previous persons body odor around the sheets and pillows. Would not recommend staying at this location.

Staff were very welcoming however cleanliness was not as good as it should have been. The hallways were never vacuumed during our stay. An empty alcohol bottle was left under a chair at the elevators the entire stay. Carpets in the room appeared clean but socks were filthy after walking on them Nice hotel, great staff but cleaning needs to improve

Great location as it is within walking distance to Public Market. Staff at reception was however not welcoming at all. Hotel is obviously dated and some electrical in-room appliances are not functioning - bedside light, TV facing beds. Breakfast was available till 9:30am, but at 9:10am there was already a long line waiting at empty serving containers. Fried eggs were dry and overcooked. Meat patties were very salty. Seats are always full and many had to sit outside the dining room.

Very comfortable hotel. Only downside is if you get a room on the side of the freeway you are right above 1-5. They do provide sound machines in the room, but you may want to request a room on the other side of the hallway if you are a light sleeper.

The property was very nice. The area near the hotel was also safe and clean. There are plenty of dining options near by. We took the bus to pike place market one morning and walked back that evening. It was a relatively short walk, less than a mile. The room itself was very nice and large. Overall, I would highly recommend.

While the majority of our experience was consistent with our excellent experiences at most Spring Hill Suites and Marriott properties, it was hampered by an inconsistent or unreliable internet service on the upper floors. Reliable consistent internet is something, which if advertised, should be provided consistently and reliably across the hotel. The property was well maintained and comfortable.Shuttle service is provided through a third party, which is effectively equivalent to not having any and did not provide any financial discount or advantage to customers. While most interactions with staff were excellent, one desk person radiated an atmosphere of not wanting to be bothered with customer assistance.

We had a spacious suite which was great for our family trip with a toddler. The included breakfast buffet was awesome and the convenient grab and go options on each floor of the hotel were also great. Overall, very walkable to the convention center and fun things to do close by!

Overall, the property is nice, clean, and well maintained. It is within a fair hike to Pike Place and Westlake Station. Our major complaints were for two issues. First, I emailed the property a month before arrival asking if we could be accommodated for early check in. We had to leave our home at 1:30 in order to remotes park, check in, and catch a super early flight. Our adult daughter has autism and a heart issue which makes her tire easily and need frequent rest breaks, and I outlined all of this in the email. I never got a response. When I asked on arrival, they just looked at me blankly and said we could go ahead and park, which was appreciated. It was only 11 am, and we were finally allowed to check in at 2 after I saw another employee allowing others to check in early and asked again. My husband and daughter were trying to nap inside the car in the parking garage until then. The second issue was the AC. Our room never got below 78. We called and were asked if it was set properly (it was) and then were told it’s motion activated and to move around. I replied we had been in the room moving around for 3 hours and instead of getting cooler it was warmer. We tried calling a second time but no one picked up, so we asked at the desk as we left for the day and they promised to send a repair person up. No one was ever sent, and when we got back late the room was still so warm we slept with the door to the hall cracked open to let in cool air. For $450 a night!

Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Easy to get to and lots of dining options nearby. Good breakfast. Only downside currently is that the windows were covered with plastic as they are painting the outside. Not a problem if you’re just staying for the evening time.

The manager Nathan is horrible at people skills. Upon arrival when I asked about parking he told me I could try to find other parking and started to laugh. I never gave any indication that I did not want to park at the hotel o simply asked how it worked. Then when I got to my room my refrigerator and microwave where not working I asked for a different room and his response was “ A hard NO”. They did replace the refrigerator but did nothing about the microwave telling me I was being out on a waiting list.

There was nothing really special about this property, the staff encountered was not pleasant but the room was clean. There was some small issues with the room, such as there being no soap and the light being out, told them upon check out. I forgot my power bank as it was plugged in and after I left i called to get it and was told I needed to fill out a form online and "if" found i would be notified. I know i left it and have yet to hear back from the website, the GM just said i need to fill out the form on the website, even though i already did that. So not much help at this point, which is unfortunate seeing that people pay to stay and get crap service.

The staff went above and beyond in customer service. We arrived late and had a need regarding our next day transportation and they were very receptive and provided great assistance. We also had not had dinner so selected some options from their store, however did not charge us for them. Great staff!

The breakfast staff targeted and singled us out being very rude and ruined our stay. They changed our mind and we checked out right away. We did not feel safe or welcomed at this hotel another day with those staff. The manager on call that day witnessed and agreed we were mistreated. They included a note in our reservation and gave us names of all the rude staff members. Our families and little kids left breakfast and checked out.

Great location — very close to Pike Place Market with easy access to public transportation. As expected in Seattle, parking was a bit chaotic, but the hotel is conveniently near the freeway. We stayed for two days and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, the breakfast was nice, and we had no complaints.

The staff was fine and prompt when we asked for more bedding, etc., rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. Area was a bit inconvenient - more in a “business district” and a longer walk to get to downtown dining and attractions. Also, it didn’t feel particularly safe and inviting in the surrounding area.

My wife and I enjoyed the cleanliness and location. Although it’s adjacent to the freeway, we got sleep without interruption. If traveling to downtown Seattle, the hotel is nestled just far enough away from downtown but close enough for either a 20min walk or 10min bus ride. (We took the Metro Bus everywhere, mind you we had our 10 month old with us). There’s also a 24hour fitness across the street if you’re looking to exercise like I do when vacationing. We’d definitely wouldn’t mind staying again if visit the downtown area again!
