The room itself gets 5 stars, wonderful and would stay again for the room. Front desk attendant was on her phone when I came in, and acted like I was a bother. I had called her previously also to arrange airport transportation and she acted the same. One elevator was out of service with a huge electrical wire hanging over the top of the working one, not feeling that. Can't commit on any other amenities as was only present 4 short hours before flying out at 3 am.

Check in was fine. Room in the fourth floor. One of the elevators was out with a fencing around it. The room was fine, clean, well appointed. Internet worked well. The problem was the second ( and only elevator ) broke so we had to slug up four floors with a baby stroller and bags from shopping. The next morning the cleaning staff set up out of our door and bumped into our door, knocking the door and the walls and carrying in laughing and talking loudly at 8:00 AM. My wife opened the door saying because if travel some people were trying to sleep, they were rude and snotty and carried on without respect or concern. Went down stairs for the breakfast at 9:00 AM ( giving up on trying to get some rest ) we arrived, no coffee. Told the check out staff member about the rude and inconsiderate cleaning staff and there was not real apology. The Fairfield Sea Tac was all in all not a great experience. There are plenty of other options…….. check those out !

The property/ Room was clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast! Free Shuttle to / from the airport and you could also get the shuttle to a couple of the restaurants and they would pick you up. Area is located on a very busy street, a bit dirty, and limited dining, however I would recommend this one over other's in the same price range (as we stayed a somewhere else on our way back). Not really a complaint, but I was charged for parking (but didn't have a car). Called this morning, and they are handling it. I also suggest the Hotel Advertise that you have shuttles that take guests to / from (?) the Port. We were there for a cruise and this wasn't advertised, so I made other arrangements.

It’s a pretty decent stay. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is good. There’s also shuttle bus service to SeaTac airport. The room is overall pretty clean however I did noticed the toilet wasn’t cleaned and there was stain on below the seat. Other than that, the room itself was clean. The room looks like it’s been renovated and comes with plenty of USB charging ports.

Hotel was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Very close to the transit line to ride the train into downtown Seattle. Some of the areas near the hotel could be a little sketchy after dark. But overall the area seemed safe and my car was safe in the parking lot. Would stay again.

One night stay after a 6 hour flight from Boston. The room was very clean and ready for us. While the rooms are relatively small, they are laid out in a way that maximizes the space extremely well. Out of the 4 hotels we stayed in over the previous 5 days, this was our favorite and we would go there again.

Fairfield Inn was convenient. The shower didn’t appear to have been throughly cleaned- blood in shower faucet. The heat/cool unit was difficult to get working which required having maintenance come to get it to work. Wall unit dysfunctional. No GF items for breakfast except eggs and yogurt

The apartments next door had music going late. The bathroom fans are way too loud. Any room next to, above or below using the bathroom creates way too much noise. Not a quiet room by any stretch. Not to mention the strobe light of some sort on the ceiling and the constantly on and off running refrigerator noise.

I want to give it 5 stars as I really liked so much about the hotel. Service was great. Location to tram system to get you around Seattle was beyond ideal. Very close to airport and shuttle was easy to obtain. Room was huge and bed was comfortable. But I HATED, HATED, HATED the bathroom. The sink is outside next to the hotel room door. It has motion sensor lighting with a REALLY loud and annoying noise (I’m assuming the fan/exhaust system?) accompanying it. So if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, good luck doing it quietly. The shower is way too narrow. If this doesn’t bother you, then I absolutely recommend everything else about the hotel and room.

Everything about this hotel was nice. The only complaint was the shuttle service. Once we arrived I called for Instruction to meet the shuttle. I was told to go to island 3c or 1c and to call them back. We did what they said l. They said the shuttle would take 15 - 25 minutes. We waited and at the 15 minute mark a shuttle with the Fairfield name on it drove pass. After two more past by us I called. I was told those shuttles were full or they were picking up for the Holiday inn. After the call another shuttle past that was empty and the another shuttle pulled up as we tried to board we were told that shuttle was going to Holiday inn. I the driver if he knew when the shuttle for Fairfield would be coming. He stated he just drove past. The driver offers to take us to Fairfield and we took him up. We talked to the front desk and they blow us off. Not a great first impression

Although the staff member who answered the phone was not helpful when it came to shuttle information from the airport to the hotel, the staff member I met (after arriving at the wrong hotel and getting an Uber to the correct hotel,) Adam made the trip worthwhile with his friendliness and professionalism.

The guy at the front desk was super kind. I think his name was Luke. He was only working there for about a month or so, but he was very knowledgeable and friendly as for the hotel the breakfast was phenomenal and above normal standard. They even had pumpkin waffles, Ham, and egg, croissants, oatmeal, with all the toppings, quiche, and much more the room was very clean the view wasn’t that great though. The shower was huge and made of glass, the toilet area was very tiny though. I would stay here again and have already recommended it to a couple people on the airplane.

Everything about the property and the staff was excellent. We decided to rely strictly on light rail to get around Seattle. It’s a short walk to the light rail station but the immediate area is sketchy so the best option is to use the transportation that the hotel offers to and from area restaurants. We did not feel comfortable walking in the immediate area.

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable. Staff was great, food in the morning was also good, just as expected. My only critique is that they need more parking, it's very short on parking if you arrive late. I also thought the showers were on the smaller side, I struggled to move around because of how the sliding doors are designed. Lastly, the area in general is on a rougher side of town, so you have to be careful at night.

After reading the bad reviews of airport hotels this one seemed to be the best choice. It balances affordability with a room that is clean, free wifi, free breakfast, and free airport transportation. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, and the houskeepers did a great job every day. About 7 min walk to light rail station for airport and downtown.

Staff greeted me with pleasant smile and was very cordial and had great time checking in and out. Shuttle to the Hotel was a bit confusing to find but shuttle to airport was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. I had very good sleep. The breakfast was very tasty and gracious. I really enjoyed a night here. In fact, that's why I re-booked a night for my return trip.

Easy shuttle - nice driver ---polite desk man. Clean room. Great bed. nasty pillows....Lumpy...and flat.....decent breakfast but Frozen and Microwaved Mexican Burritos and HOT sausage is not what was expected in Seattle. We both ate the oatmeal. The wooden extra condiment containers for the oatmeal should be replaced. Every single person's fingers touch every single lid and set it down and pick it back up, and replace it onto each condiment. THINK !!

Disappointed as expected better from Fairfield. Front desk was low staffed - had to waited 20 min before able to check in late evening. Breakfast sausage was overcooked to point of unable to saw through with plastic knife and egg “soufflé” was so dense and dry, that it is the exactly opposite of what a soufflé should be. Neither was edible…saddest breakfast I’ve had in a long while.

Breakfast was a disappointment. We went at 8 am and there was no eggs left and no gluten-free/non dairy options. We were returning from a trip so I didn’t have any food with me to eat. Office chair was broken and unable to adjust height to comfortable air and use the desk. Bed was comfortable but no hot water for shower.

Beds were comfortable and shower good. Front desk staff good. The breakfast was not the best. 3 out of 4 of our party are vegan and options were limited. No plant based milk was out though when I asked they did find some. There was no plant based butter or margarine however. No ingredient lists for cereals or breads were listed so hard to know what was began. No cooked breakfast options were vegan. It would be so good if for example vegan sausage was available or cooked tomatoes and mushrooms. Finally all the cutlery and crockery were disposable. Surely reusable could be available which are so much better for the planet.
