Room is super clean. Friendly staff. They have free bicycles! I get to ride it around the UW campus. Amazing stay!

Great hotel, nice parking garage. Very convenient to the University of Washington.

The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. But you can easily ask for them at the front desk. They served pineapple shaped sugar cookies daily at the lobby, which give someone who has a sweet tooth something to look forward to everyday. (The staff shared with me that they have the cookies behind their counter all the time, so you can always ask them for it even before or after the afternoon snack time.) The Wi-fi was a little bit unstable during my stay (dropped connection) though.

Beds are very comfortable and room was clean. Amenities limited to Keurig coffee in room, filtered water bar in lobby. coffee in lobby good but only available in the afternoon for some reason. Cafe food and drink downstairs is not good. Expedia listing advertised pool which did not exist. They have a pool at sister location but closed for the season. Rooms have basic cable and ability to cast your own streaming subscription. Good location to campus and some restaurants. Rooms aren’t well insulated for noise but again, very comfortable.

Cool vibe to the hotel. Staff was very helpful. I wish the extra fees were more clearly stated on the Hotels.com website though. $25/night parking fee and an extra “facility fee” of about another $25 nightly.

The only thing that I did not like are the added costs (amenities and parking) that were high and hidden in the reservation.

This is the hotel we always stay. Convenient/safe parking in downtown even with a small fee, cant complain. I love their robe. May purchase on my next visit:)

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice room accommodations for pets and goody bags for them. I did wish that they had a designated walking area for pets though.

Wifi was inconsistent and slow. They charge a lot for no amenities. The trainee was very polite when we arrived but her manager was cold and dismissive and didn't help her check is in. Overall the location was good but I wouldn't necessarily recommend.

This is a great hotel. The price is reasonable. It’s super clean. Staff is friendly. The beds are really comfortable. I will be booking here again when I’m visiting Seattle.

Room was dirty. Lot's of construction going on at the hotel and hard to get around. I had to cancel and rebook to another hotel.

The location is convenient and staff friendly. They also provide complimentary drinks which is a plus. However, they could improve on cleanliness.

Always nice and clean and smells wonderful. My only two complaints are; The TV is way too small. We were watching a movie with subtitles and could not even read them. Maybe the TV should be mounted above the wetter sink on that wall. Just something with a little more size. Also, the shower nozzle is horrible. It is such a narrow spray pattern and it is hard to get totally comfortable in the shower as it always seems like you have to keep turning to get hot water on the other side of your body. Honesty, we love staying there and these things are just suggestions

Room was dated, but very clean. Bed was pretty hard. Parking was easy. Across the street from a market. The staff was AMAZING. They made the stay.

Room was small and I fought the duvet covered comforter all night. We were also facing an alley and the early morning garbage pickup woke us up. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t my favorite.

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean! Hallways were quiet which was a plus!

This is a hotel with personality that is a bit old and tired. The bed was covered in two mattress protectors that don't breath and I sweated all night even though it was cool in our room. The mattress was a marshmallow. I can't sleep on soft mattresses. We checked out one day early to go to another hotel with better beds

Parking was great, as were room amenities and space. My only complaint would be noise. We could hear every step from the people above us. But, is in older building, there isn't much they can do to stop that.

Really great! We got a junior suit the room was perfect! Our two kids LOVED the tub and all the amazing views!!

Stay Pineapple hotels have a friendly yet professional vibe that I like. My check-in person was excellent and he upgraded my room to a corner double. I love the free drink selection when you walk in! The public spaces (lobby and coffee shop) were inviting. Loved that it's only a 3-block walk to Seattle's Light Rail system. Negatives: Pineapple's weird bedding system is not my favorite. Big negative was that it was impossible to keep the daylight out of the room (blinds didn't fit the windows and therefore leaked light in). Because of that I didn't sleep well either night.

My Go To hotel when staying in Seattle. It’s not directly downtown but the space you get in your room for the value of money is great. Also the staff, I should have mentioned them first. They were all so helpful and accommodating. Love this hotel!

I travel a lot for work, but seriously, this was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was super rude, and they hit me with a surprise resort fee of $28.87 when I arrived. We would pay it anyway as they already had our information on file but we were soaked from the rain, exhausted from the flight, and confused about the fee, but the guy at the front desk just demanded payment with zero explanation. No empathy, no nothing. Not even offering us to sit or anything. Zero customer service experience. To make it worse, they saw how tired we were (I had a conference talk and an early morning) but still put us in the room, right under a family with kids and dogs running around all night. Oh, and the room smelled weird too. I went to the front desk to ask for help, the front desk guy was totally clueless about what was going on, and they said, "Oh, we didn’t know you wanted to sleep" What?!!! They moved me to another floor, which was quieter (they had that room empty the whole time but basically did not care), but the fridge in that room was broken and made this awful noise all night. It was so bad we ran to another hotel the next morning. The front desk in the morning wasn’t any better—just grumpy and totally checked out, like they hated being there. Honestly, I’m shocked this place has good reviews because it’s basically a scam. Never never again.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly, efficient and explained all charges. My hotel room was was nice and spacious, we were on the 5th floor, I felt very safe. Bed was comfortable.

The staff is always super friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There’s several restaurants, coffee shops, and stores with in walking distance. For me the biggest plus is the proximity to UWMC

The good. Hotel theme was nice. Good cookies. Staff was nice. Good beds. The bad. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. The room rate was HIGH. Breakfast was OK at best - just very limited.

Lots of graffiti, homeless, homeless mess & nudity, smells like urine in areas. Doesn't feel safe when the sun starts to set.

We used the public transit system on this trip, and it was so conveniently close to the Link. We loved that there were great food places nearby, and it is very close to UW. Your staff was very kind and so respectful. Julia is especially lovely to chat with and so helpful! We look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future.

Loved the rooms. I don’t think we’ll stay again because it’s noisy, outside and even in the hallway. Cafe never had any food which was a problem.

The staff was so kind to my family during a difficult time. Proximity to UW is great & on-street parking can be found if you don't want to pay for parking in their tiny garage. Food in the cafe (breakfast) is terrible so don't even bother though the coffee is good. The room was very nice and felt secure despite the semi-shady neighborhood. Good setup for people with disabilities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with business/medical appts in the UW District.

No breakfast options except the little cafe with very limited options No pineapple water available like Staypineapple University Inn down the street.

Convenient location, clean room and general facilities, great front desk service. Cafe with decent espresso on site, open early. Worked for us.

My boys and I had a great visit to the Seattle area! I really liked the location due to its affordability vs. DT Seattle. We used the Lightrail that was just a few (walking) blocks away and we did a kayaking excursion that was outside of the city but only a 20 min. Uber drive from the hotel. We also found a terrific pizza place w/NY & Chicago style pizza within walking distance. We also liked and took advantage of the onsite cafe for quick breakfast items. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Excellent stay with friends for a local show. Wish they had a regular drip coffee maker instead of Keurig. Otherwise very ecofriendly/low waste.

We liked the refillable water bottle and the refill station in the lobby. We liked being able to have breakfast in the hotel but wish we could have opted for a night's stay including breakfast.

We’ve stayed here twice as it’s close to UW Montlake Hospital. Hotel is boutique size which we love. Easy to get in and out. Staff is very friendly. Parking is an extra $25/day in the underground garage. Towels are plush which is a very nice touch. But pillows are flat. No full service restaurant but small walk up coffee cafe in the morning. Will be back.

Nice hotel but no restaurant
