Paid for a room. Was told no rooms were available. They were all double booked and none were clean yet. This was at. 10pm and my wife had surgery next morning at 7am. How were rooms not clean when check out is 11 am and we were checking into my reservation at 10pm. Also got no refund so paid over 100 dollars for a room and had to go to another hotel anyways. Terrible experience

We've stayed here many times over the last several years. Always clean with a helpful staff but the building itself could use some renovation. Paint, wall coverings anc carpet would go z long way. That being said it's quiet, clean and much more reasonably priced than staying in Leavenworth plus the location is closer to our interest.

I booked with the option to pay at property. They charged me 3 days in advance. I bought my dog and for 1 night they charged me $75US which is the same price as the room. Insane to charge that much. The sprinklers soaked my truck leaving calcium water spots all over it. I had to go to a car wash to get them out. Informed them. They advised me to park in a different spot. It happened again. Spent $50US for both times having to re wash my truck. I checked out the next day and they charged my card twice. I had to call them and they did not help so I had to call my bank to have it reversed. Absolutely terrible service and way over priced. Would rather sleep in a ditch then ever stay there again.
