I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one needs to be said so others know what they’re walking into. This was one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. The “non-smoking” room had clearly been smoked in. The carpet was covered in stains, and the bed had a gritty, sand-like substance in it that made it obvious it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom was worse. There was dried, sticky residue on the floor that looked like bodily fluids, along with visible trash left in the room. It honestly felt unsanitary to even be in there. I wasn’t comfortable taking my shoes off, let alone staying the night. At that point, the room was completely unusable for me and I left. The ONE good thing about this hotel, was the staff. They were amazing, and tried to help me the best that they could within their policies. I checked out within 15 minutes of arriving and went to another hotel to stay. 10/10 do NOT recommend this property.

Our toilet didn’t work for the first night. The hotel was booked out, so we were unable to move rooms. My wife had just had a C section 4 weeks prior, but to use the bathroom she had to go to the lobby. Which was up the elevator and on the complete other side of the hotel. Our tv also didn’t work half the time, and the beds sunk in the middle. They refunded me $50… but honestly that wasn’t really enough. I didn’t want to argue so I just took it and left.
