The location of my room was just terrible. I was placed right next to the elevator and ice machine. So every time someone got on or off the elevator the had to stand right outside my room and it was very noisy. People were using the ice machine as early at 5am. There was not enough seating in the pool area for the amount of people that were there. The AC could not keep up with the heat of the weekend and the room would not cool down enough and the refrigerator temp was not very cold.

Convenient location. We stayed just for a short stay but happy with ease of check in. Nice pool, friendly staff, even though there seemed to be a bit of a shortage. Some minor things missing - not enough towels by the pool, water tank empty in lobby. Happy and would come back.

We enjoyed the outdoor hottub and the ease of electric car charging behind the hotel. This is our second visit here and we are sure to return again because the electric car charging is so accessible.

Nice hotel, needs some upgrading in the rooms. We had to run the shower for 15 minutes before the water warmed up which made the room even more humid. The pool is great, but there again, needs some repairs. My husband didnt see the broken/dispalced brick on the edge of the hot tub and scraped his back. The staff were great and very nice, the hotel was quite clean overall. I am hoping that repairs happen because it would be nice to stay here again.

My room stunk of I don’t even know what initially and then when I got made service on my last evening there it smelled like cigarette smoke. After the cleaning I went to the hot tub outside and bricks were falling off of the edges of the tub really rickety. My showerhead hadn’t been cleaned. I’m assuming in quite some time because there was barely a trickle of water out of it

The hotel is dated, and in need of a serious remodel. The staff was neither friendly or unfriendly; they just didnt seem to care. The room was clean enough, but there was a considerable amount of mildew on the trim around the bathroom door. The hotel offers a "continental breakfast", which they host out of a storage closet. The food selection is extremely limited, and included cheap, prepackaged pastries nad oatmeal, yami yogurt cups served out of an ice bucket, and a couple of off brand sugary cereals. What was once a fun, vibrant hotel, with a hotel and bar up top, is now sad and lifeless. The hotel in The Hot Tub Time Machine comes to mind.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but I’m not convinced our room was cleaned prior to us arriving. The shower had hair and debris in it, a razor cap, and the toilet also had hair all over it. The cups next to the ice container were dirty, and the drawer inside the nightstand had an empty condom wrapper and empty chip wrapper (not from us.)

Room was clean. Good condition. Continental Breakfast was not good. Few choices. No fruit empty containers not replenished. Basically cereal, coffee a few cartons of milk, some sweetbread, microwaved waffles. Overall we had a good stay. Location is great. Close to the market. Very clean. Swimming pool looked great. We will definitely stay there again

Location was great. Close to restaurants, Pybus market and a variaty of shopping. Staff was good. My only complaints are the air conditioner was very loud and we didnt sleep well during our stay. Our door wouldnt open easily as well. Tv remote batteries were dead. The basics decent, but not alot of attention to maintainence, and other details. Btw, there is not a real breakfast included.....

Clean & spacious room. Nice Bed. Bathroom / Toilet didn't have fan. AC unit rattled. Tiny TV. Breakfast was pretty mediocre although the coffee was good. Area around hotel (downtown Wenatchee) pretty dead on a Saturday night. River park over the train tracks (footbridge one block to south) was nice. Staff pleasant / helpful. Hotel is right next to a train station but the trains are going slow so it's not particularly noisy. Didn't check out pool / hot tub but there were a lot of kids / adults down there and they seemed to be having fun. Definitely preferable to the Hilton that was well over two times more expensive the same weekend.

Upon checking in, one of the staff at the front desk was not friendly and was off putting. This person gave me the paper to sign and just push me to move along. I was given no explanation that there will be a fee that they charge for damages but will reverse when I check out. Within 30 min of check in, I got a text notification to my phone for charges from the hotel so I went back to reception to ask them about it. It would have been nice if this staff communicated this in the initial check in since it is a reasonable charge. We took our kids to the swimming pool and the towels were super small and thin so don’t be surprised. Our room with two queen size bed weren’t too bad. It look spacious with just enough room for my family with young kids. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the elevator so we can hear every single person who comes through that elevator at night. Needless to say, we can hear everyone who steps out of that elevator.

The rooms are really small and very dingy. The curtains in our room were torn and tattered. Or room must’ve not been used in a while because the dust settled and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was dry and crusted over.

The room was basic but very clean, the bed was comfy and the view was amazing. The pool temperature was perfect. The staff made you feel like you were actually welcome, not just going through the steps. We have a new favorite hotel. I didn't want to leave.

Every time I went to the front desk, it was if the staff did not want to be bothered and were usually on their phones. No warm greeting at all. I also went down to eat breakfast at 7am and they were “out” there was one carton of milk and cereal left and there was no alternative as I have a lactose intolerance. But for 7am and breakfast went until 9 to be completely out of everything seems ridiculous. Also, the “breakfast” was a sausage egg and cheese muffin that you heated up in a microwave….classy!

The room was exactly like the pictures and very friendly staff. Erik at the front desk was very pleasant and hospitable. Amelia was so helpful in printing our tickets to the Space Needle for us since I had no way to print them. Our stay was simply AMAZING! The pool is awesome and my eight-year old loved it! I would recommend staying here any time you are in Wenatchee.

The staff was very friendly; we were greeted and acknowledged frequently. The lobby fireplace is welcoming. The room was a nice size, not cramped. (The TV was a little small compared to the room size. But we were not there to watch TV.) Very convenient location to main street, shops and restaurants. Very good value.

We were unable to stay here as room not ready at 6:10 pm when we got there and they said if could be hours before the room was ready as they were short staffed. Amelia said we could get a refund so we decided to go all the way back home! I still have not seen a refund??

We arrived to the hotel around 6pm and due to short staffing our room was not ready until 8pm. Check in is at 4pm. There was only one working elevator, which was VERY slow. Everyone was using the stairs. To bring your luggage in we had to wait 15 minutes for an elevator. All in all the staff were very friendly and courteous. Apologized for the inconvenience and was very accommodating.

The staff make this hotel more than worth its already affordable pricing. Our room was great - clean and quiet, and restaurants and shops are in walking distance. I’d definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

The fact fire alarm was going off right after we checked in. We went to go out as it was going off and staff told us not to worry and go back to our room. So we do and then later come down and fire department stated we should t have been in building with alarm going off when the staff told us to go to our room that it was false alarm. I stay here about 2 or more times a year and never have had this issue. But this is ridiculous

Quick overnight stay. We love the area with the bike trail close, great restaurants nearby and especially a great ice cream shop just a block away. The property could use some updating but other than that we have no complaints.

Stayed for a conference. It is close to the riverwalk and good restaurants. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Parking is free and easy. The pool is indoor and outdoor.

The train was almost three hours late by the time my grandson and I got into Wenatchee and our pickup ride was stuck on the pass due to an accident.What a relief to find an affordable, safe and nice motel within walking distance from the train station that late at night.

Room was okay, spacious for Family of Four. Its an Old type of room, with cable TV ,pop corn ceiling. no exhaust fan in bathroom, no water bottle, just wine bottle free. Breakfast is not full breakfast thats fine, but having that many rooms should have decent enough microwave ovens but those are very small 700 watts, For a small bowl of cereal to heat up milk would take 2-3 mins. On top of that , we only get the frozen burgers in small crammed food area. Space to sit around is big but the food we get is very very limited and its takes long time to get a food. Stayed for two nights(Friday & Saturday) Went saturday early to pick up breakfast its just few nutri grain and milk carton, yogurt, egg, bacon/egg buger(small & frozen), two small ovens. Assumed it is early, probably sunday would be better, went around 830 same stuff again but now we have 10 people waiting in queue for grabbing and heating stuff which would take atleast 3-5 mins. Hotel could have provided a micro wave oven in room to heat but they couldn't do that at all. You can understand now how do they really care customers.

Advertising had no indication that the restaurant was closed. Barking dogs in a room next to me for hours. They moved me to another room (no help doing that!) and the dogs continued to bark. Morning #2 there were a lot of people in the breakfast area and it was NOT well looked after! Pastries were gone, sandwiches were down to next to none, no small plates at all, condiment trays were near empty. Yogurt was down to one selection some cream something no fruit yogurt to be had. Compared to the prior day, 7/28/25 it was truly dismal this morning 7/28. Room one had a ripped carpet and the carpet next to the bed felt sticky to my bare feet. Yuck!!! I put the bath mat next to my bed. On prior stays I have been happy and I have left good reviews and recommended it to friends and family. I am most sad to see the deterioration. Ronda Bradeen

Convenient and walkable. Good amenities (missing an in room microwave however). Nice pool area. Breakfast ok. Easy parking. Restaurant closed until fall. This property will need an update very soon. Would stay here again.

The hotel was in a good area. Walking distance to lots of dining places. The restaurant in the hotel was under renovation and the breakfast wasn't good and closed early instead of restocking until the time mentioned.

Everything was great except the breakfast. The breakfast was very minimal and had to wait for it to be refilled. The options were not great and the only warm food was breakfast sandwiches we had to cook in the microphone.
