Room was clean but some repairs definitely needed. The closet doors did not slide (the left side was partly open when I arrived and didn't budge when I tried to close it; same for the other door.) TV remote probably needs a new battery -- several times I had to open the hatch and fiddle with the battery to make it work. I didn't really have any interaction with staff other than front desk (she did point me in the direction of a couple of eating options within walking distance, thanks!) Didn't use the gym or pool.

Pool is open 24/7. I've never been to any hotel that does that. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room we had was very clean and was more than we expected. I would love to stay here again.

The room was immaculate, although shampoo was not available. I always bring some when traveling. The windows required a bit of cleaning from the outside, but it was not a significant issue. The swimming pool was exceptional, but the railings were loose. The staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was warm and delectable, even my autistic daughter, who does not consume much food, was able to enjoy it. We had an enjoyable time with all of my family and myself. I highly recommend this establishment to friends and family. It is an excellent place to stay. One aspect that I almost overlooked but found particularly commendable was that they sent me a message in advance to inform me that the elevator was not operational. They even offered to assist us if we required it.
