We had such a great stay at Avid! The hotel was so clean and welcoming!! Coffee and water available 24/7! The continental breakfast was a great surprise. Lots for us and for our kids to choose from! The pool was a bonus too! Our only complaint was the towels we got had a couple stains on them. We exchanged them no problem! Paul was so wlecoming and suggested we check out the Pybus Market. So glad we did, it was amazing!! Thanks Paul and the rest of the staff at Avid! We cant wait to come back to Wenatchee!

I have stayed here twice and both times have been great. This hotel is fairly new and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative is the pool size is pretty small. Other than that great stay.

Francisco( front staff) has been so kind and amazing! He went out of his way for my niece and I 2x. Breakfast is good and has great healthier options. The pool and hot tub were nice and heated well. Our shower is wonderful! I love that there's Dove amenities! The gym is great too! My only complaint is that I can't stay longer lol! Will definitely be back!

Location is great- right on the main street, close to everything. Hotel is only 1 year old- very clean, no carpet (finally!) which makes it even more clean. There was a hot tub and the pool. Breakfast was provided with decent variety. Nice touch was coffee and hot water/tea available all day. There is also a charge station for EV which was super convenient! I would recommend this hotel.

Easy stay for Gorge concert. Very clean and modern inside, lots of free breakfast options in the morning. Parking was tight with a full house as there are not a lot of spaces.

Booked this place on a whim to shorten our drive from SEA to Chelan for the 4th of July weekend - pet friendly places are usually pretty mid so expectations were low but this place was actually REALLY NICE! The place was super clean and cared for, the property was great for pets but not pet forward (iykyk) the staff was lovely - breakfast was quality, rooms were clean and AC worked great. Will book again if we ever need a place in the area.

I was very disappointed in the front desk being able to take care of issues I had with more than a "Sorry about that" comment. Two days in a row I asked for a 7:00 AM wakeup call and it didn't happen either day. I also called the front desk about kid or people running in the hallway at 10:00 PM and it didn't stop until after 11:30 PM on Saturday night. Again, a response of "Sorry about that" was all I got. The room was so stark and sterile with no place to put my clothes except on a shelf for everyone to see, or hang anything up, and with NO microwave trying to warm up my takeout dinner was not happening without going to the lobby and then bringing it back to my room. Ther was NO coffee available in the room, again another trip to the lobby for every cup. I WON'T BE STAYING HERE AGAIN, especially for the price I had to pay.

While the hotel was new and very clean it is also quite spartan. The rooms have the bare minimum: no closets, just hooks, no glasses just two plastic cups, only one small chair to relax in, no drawers to store things and only one very small table. Very inadequate.

I stayed 4 nights for a business trip and the room was perfect! The only bad thing was my window overlooked the busy street and having to hear the loud traffic all day/night. And there were little kids in the room above me that were very loud. Families with kids should be on the bottom floor for this reason. Paul Priestly at the front desk was very friendly.

New hotel for the area, and it's in very good condition. It has the best window coverings I've ever had in a hotel. Blackout? DONE! The room was very minimalist modern, which appeals to me very much. If you're looking for a long-term stay, you may not like it as there's no closet and no dresser.

Clean, Modern, Minimalistic. Staff at front desk were both quite efficient and one was really friendly. Lobby is cool looking. Being on the main road however does have a bit of noise, though the windows are clearly special cutting down the general noise (loud stereos and mufflers are still pretty noisy).

Property was clean, not too loud from other guests. Decent amount of space in the room. The worst part about it was that being on a main road you hear a lot of loud cars and traffic going by. Also unfortunately do not have microwaves in the rooms, but the pros outweigh the cons.

We made the fully paid booking through Expedia and check-in on July 27th. During check-in, we were asked to provide a Credit Card for $50 incidental, which was fine. BUT It turned out that I had been changed twice by Expedia and Avid for the same night. I have called Avid twice and worked with the Expedia agent twice too. It has been a week and no action. Please don't stay here to avoid the hassle of chasing them for a refund. If you have already stayed then check your bank statement. FRAUD -- RUN

The 2 things that were a big disappointment. The person checking us in was not welcoming at all . Must have had a bad day. Second, the location and parking availability was bad. Very few available spots around the hotel. Busy road .

Staff member who checked us in was inhospitable and not knowledgeable, was blunt and seemed like she just wanted to move us along. Room and bathroom were clean. We were told wifi worked but it did not. Charged a 50$ fee that was not made known to us before booking and the front desk staff said she wasn’t sure if we would get our money back

It’s a wonderful hotel for a quick one or two night stay. Decor is modern and very appealing. Staff was friendly and enabled a quick and easy checkin experience. Access to coffee and water in the lobby is very convenient. Room is spacious and comfortable. A little enclosed closet for storage would have been great. Like most other hotels in Wenatchee, Avid is located right on the Main Street. There could be noise from the road, but inevitable if you are staying in Wenatchee. Great overall experience. Highly recommend!
