Lobby area was clean, but besides that room was ok, bathroom was very old. Outside your room door was very dirty and nasty. All kinds of stuff including bunch of cigarettes. Very poor management. FYI, pool is out of order, it is outside and collecting rain water, not sure for how long. Disappointed.

They tried to have my elderly mom climb their stairs for a second level room. No elevator! Than i got a reply of" We are full can't switch rooms, nor would they let me leave. They did finally get my mom a room on lower level. I had to run up and down the stairs to be of help for my mom.

Very very old buildings. Buildings were old apt complex maybe. Had to go up an old stairway and the room smelled bad. Idk if previously a smoking unit or just musty and old smelling. Pool and hot tub were Outside so obviously not usable. Breakfast was meh, ok nothing special Very disappointing as I expected better from a Wyndham property

Very old and run down. Not maintained well. Broken screens and grilles laying around. Even for winter, when you wouldn't use them, pool and hot tub. Green and dirty and nasty. Inside the room, straight out of the seventies. Bathroom fan failing, room not clean, clearly only superficially rubbed down. Bad for the wyndham reputation.

Not a typical hotel. It looks like the owner bought an old apartment complex and just changed the signage. Office is in what used to be the clubhouse. Not the most updated. - Full kitchen with glasses/dishes. - Apparently my neighbors used our shared outdoor alcove to smoke as they left a bunch of cigarette butts outside my door. - The pool was not working. I was told I could use my keycard to gain access to any nearby YMCA. Don't know if there was one, but didn't plan to go out of my way. - Apparently they offer free bikes to use. - Location was OK. Not too far from anything. - When I got out of my car, it smelled bad, but I figured out that it was actually the river across the street OR a paper mill in the area. - I stayed in a weirdly designed studio. Bathroom was big. - Clean

Staff was friendly, although there were glitches at both check-in and check out. Clerk at check-in had trouble identifying balances or fees that were charged and had to make a call for clarification. (Note: I did book and pay in full through hotels.com.) Front desk manager couldn’t provide a receipt at check-out because someone had already marked the system that I had checked-out (I hadn’t.). Photos of the property are not indicative of the condition of the buildings; they appear much nicer in photos. Stairs to the upper level suite were steep and narrow; not easy to carry belongings up nor down. The room was mostly clean, but very dated. Paint was chipped, gouges in wall over bed, closets wouldn’t stay closed. Wooden desk chair was broken. Beyond the cosmetic items, the toilet had to be plunged prior to first use, and there was a dead fly on the bathroom vanity. However, the bed was soft but very comfortable, as were the pillows. Linens were crisp and clean. Room temperature was adequate. Very quiet, residential neighborhood.

The beds and pillows were horrible. We left with bsckaches. The pool was closed. We asked to leave early and was told we wouldn't be reimbursed so we stayed bc we didn't want to be out the money.

They upgraded us up to a by-level unit because they didn't have the 2 queen bedroom we reserved. That would be great except my husband has issues walking and climbing 16 steps up to the unit and having 14 steps to the bedroom was a bummer. They also "upgraded" tv service while we were there -- no tv to watch for 2 days. The hotel needs loads of repair.

I can tolerate an outdated room, old carpets, or lacking amenities, but filth is inexcusable. This room was a health hazard. Crumbs, smudges, and visible stains covered surfaces. The bathroom had alarming brown stains, and items needed serious repair and a deep scrub (the less said about the rogue googly eye, the better). Between the pervasive dirt, a sagging mattress, and a loudly humming fridge, I got no sleep. Avoid this property until they address their hygiene standards.

By far the worst hotel I have ever been in! Extremely dirty from the front lobby right to room. Our room reaked of Marijuana and cigarettes, there was mould on the doors and hair inside of the fridge. We left this place 10 mins after getting there to get another Hotel down the road that was $15 less and five stars better. Very disappointed..after driving 13hrs and arriving late at night, the last thing I wanted to do was to look for another place to stay. Avoid this place like a plague! This place in one star motel quality. I can't stress enough to stay away from this place if you have any self respect.

I would not recommend this place.Clerk was rude, and not helpful at all. Smell was terrible- like pet urine. Kitchen was dirty, floors were dirty, vents look like there is mold coming through them, the filter screen in kitchen is held together by one screw so you can see inside and the filter looks like it hasn’t been changed in years. As soon as we checked in a message was sent to my phone asking if we needed anything. We had zero toilet paper so I asked for someone to bring some to our room. No response. When I went to the front desk to ask for some- the desk person acted as if me asking for it was an inconvenience. I would NEVER stay here again!

Exception service at the desk. Breakfast was typical, but good and appreciated. The room needed a really good deep clean. The sofa sleeper was full of crumbs upon opening. The bathroom floor was filthy with hairs and cobwebs in the corners. I wiped them with a bunch of tp and it came up black. Not what I’ve come to expect from a Wyndham. Not worth the price.

The walls were dirty, they had a molded pot left in the oven that apparently house keeping didn’t clean. Both toilets had mildew inside of them. The room was big but it looks like nobody cares.

The main office was the only building on the property that was clean and they did serve a decent breakfast. The suites are in need of some serious maintenance inside and out! Upon entering our room we were hit with a very bad smell. I had to go to the office and ask for toilet paper! The room was spacious but very outdated. There were stains on the walls and bedding, items left in the refrigerator and the toilet was not secure to the floor! Thousands of cigarette butts littered the entire property, so disgusting! I would not recommend staying there!

For the price that we paid, we thought everything was really good with the exception of the weak WiFi internet. If internet connectivity is critical, get your cellphone hotspot ready because you will need it. In the end, I would choose this hotel again.

Service was excellent and the room was very clean upon arrival. Breakfast was well stocked and fresh. Condition of overall property was okay but could use updating and maintenance. Biggest gripe was the smell of pot smoke that permeated the room. Maybe it had come from outside but it was strong enough to be annoying (and I don't typically mind the smell).

Have stayed here in the past . 7+ years ago and really liked my stay...Now not so much. Up keep is lacking as well as cleaning rooms..towels ect. Horrible internet connections.

The first room I was locked out I believe it was 1223 or 1221 which ever is just the queen and couch don’t book there the handle does not work and you’ll be locked out until maintenance comes off site to come on site to fix it if the front desk can’t accommodate. Also, the dirt in the room led to me being bitten by small bugs they switched the rooms and the other room was much better but the first night was spent in the other room. They only refunded half due to us booking through the Expedia. It was frustrating but I’ll say don’t rush like we did. Check the room. Then if it ain’t right have them switch you. They will upgrade you. The customer service although that one room was bad the customer service was great! I would go back just will do my due diligence and check the room.also it was blood spot on my comforter.

The staff here is so wonderful and accommodating. I didn’t have a good experience with my neighbors, however. I did not feel safe and ended up leaving early — the neighbors leered around my door/window through the night into the early morning after I asked they turn down their music and that was not great. But breakfast was lovely and the check in check out was very smooth.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the 1st room was dirty and smelled bad. I called to inform the staff of the conditon of our room and Blade I believe his name is, was super friendly and got us into a different room immediately. He apologized profusely. The second room was much better but definitely not what I expected or what the photos represented. With a little TLC, it would/could look amazing!! Again the staff were super friendly, smiling and were always available if and when needed. I did not get the woman's name at checkout, but she also was super friendly. The woman working the breakfast area both days was AMAZING!! She was the only one working and was always on top of it. If you mentioned something to her like low on forks or more coffee is needed, she was smiling and never showed frustration or irritation. She was soo polite and would ask you how morning is going?

We had a very nice stay. The area was quiet and not far from restaurants or other needs and only about 5 minutes from the stadium. Rooms themselves are good though outdated and could use updating. Low flow shower but I have come to expect that at hotels. Overall a nice place to stay.

Very good proximity to Lambeau Field — you can actually see it from the parking lot. We were only provided 2 towels for a 3 night stay. Room cleanliness was an issue but the bed was fine and we didn’t spend much time in the room. Continental breakfast was convenient and what you’d expect.

Good things - comfy bed, hot shower, quiet and spacious room, good breakfasts Not so good things - no maid service, garbage bins outside door that attract flies and flies enter room, laundry dryer didn't work If you just need a good night sleep and hot shower for a reasonable price, this works well. It could be a really nice place but ownership hasn't kept the place nice which is too bad.

Nice little studio with couch area and full kitchen. Property not updated since about 1990 but my room was clean. Sheets were worn and pilling a bit. Free breakfast - eggs, meat, sausage, baked goods (muffins, toast, English muffins), waffle maker; yogurt, apples, oranges, peanut butter, juice, coffee, water., oatmeal. Only weird thing about breakfast is that there were no lids for to-go coffee cups.

Our stay was just OK. The property and the room photos on Expedia must have an amazing filter applied to them because in real life they were dark and out dated. The property could use some updating inside and out. Breakfast was good and filling. Clerks were nice. Housekeeping forgot to put towels in our room so I had to make a trip to the office to get some. The paperwork says quiet time starts at 10PM however there were people outside our patio door at 2AM for almost an hour talking and laughing loudly. Would I stay again? Probably not.
