We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago for a wedding and unfortunately upon returning, seems they have not made many (or any) updates. Overall, it’s just okay, nothing super offensive and it’s acceptable for a one night stay. Notably…old carpet, old doors and trim, dark rooms and hallways. The staff was really friendly and we did see on a sign that their plans to renovate are underway so perhaps we would try it again in the future.

Front desk would not give out bottles of water at night. The two rooms we had did not have closets to hang clothes. There were no hooks in the bathroom. For the money we spent, close to $2000, these rooms were well below that value.

When I booked the hotel for our stay, it was priced as the best for Green Bay. However, when we checked in and got to our room, it wasn't what we expected for the price. The property is very "tired" and run down. In fact, the whole building from the outside looks like the foundations and brick is "rotting". I have traveled extensively and as soon as I stepped into the hotel it felt like I was back in the early 90's at an Embassy Suites hotel. Only, no upgrades had been made. As for our room, it was spacious, but only because every piece of furniture was set as if a centrifuge had been employed in our room with everything up against the wall and in corners. The "closet" which was a run down "armoire" was next to an Ikea looking shelf unit to house the microwave and refrigerator as an afterthought. As for the TV, it was bolted onto a random wall. All the while there was a massive open area in the middle of the room...for what, I have no clue. We stayed in another Hyatt at the Milwaukee airport the following night for half the price and it was much nicer than the one in Green Bay. To say the least, while the staff was friendly, the property is run down and old. Very disappointing to come all that way expecting something much different than what we paid for.
