Hallways had some garbage but not to bad, the worst part is that there are NO ELEVATORS so for many people its hard to carry your things upstairs, The toilet was very loosed and the bottom move about an inch from side to side. One room debater wall was also loosed. the rest was good.

Whatever cleaning supplies they use was so strong I got headaches. Its advertised as nonsmoking hotel but there was obviously someone smoking in a room near ours. The usb outlets in our room didn't work and the room wasn't in the best condition with patched holes in the wall and wall in the bathroom coming apart. Pool area needed some work too. I would not stay at this property again.

Arrived at hotel and found there wasn't an elevator and we were on 2nd floor with a lot of stuff. Traveling with a newborn. 3 stars for staff and service because the person at front desk did help with carrying things. Cleaniness was terrible. Stains all over carpets and smelly. Got in room and one mattress was missing a mattress protector and something was on the mattress. Luckily we had 2 beds. Woke up in morning to open curtains to find BLACK MOLD behind the curtains. At this point we hurried our newborn (3 weeks) out of the room as he was exposed to it through the night without our knowledge. I noticed the room was very humid and at this point smelling of mold. Made front desk aware. They said they would speak with Expedia to give an unsaid amount of discount. Still waiting on that. My biggest worry is just to make sure they remove the mold and clean for future guests.

The bedspread had large stains, hvac filters and housing dirty, black mold on bottom of wall, bathroom tub would not drain, lots of hair. The power strips had refrigerator, tv, microwave and lights on one strip. Refrigerator had to be defrosted. Over an inch of ice. Bathroom fan cked with dust. I made a list and the manager crumpled it up in front of me. I'm contacting the city inspector.

Very friendly staff! Not a complaint there. However the hallways and rooms reek of cigarettes and weed. Our curtains were stained with what looked like human feces. The floor was very sticky and our feet turned black from walking on the floor. The microwave was also pretty nasty. Nice water pressure in the bathrooms, however they do not have a full length mirror as most places do. Overall my only complaints are the cleanness of the room, otherwise great price and very nice staff.

My room was gross. Hair in the bathtub, hair on my covers, hair on the table, the fridge was caked with something that leaked before (something pink). The only 2 things offered were room changing or my deposit back (which I was getting back anyways). I ended up cleaning the room myself because I had already brought my things in and I was not going to move to another room with all of my things.

The room was ok but a little tired. The hallways and stair carpeting was absolutely filthy. Stained and it didn't look like the stairs had been vacuumed in a month. Also our window was broken badly and even missing a piece. The dining room tables hadn't been wiped off and mine had syrup on it so I got all sticky. They did come clean it after I told them.

This hotel was filthy! We had to go through and wipe down everything in the entire room. The entire room and spills and sticky film all over everything. There was also brown smudges all of everything. Toilet paper not on the holder, wouldn’t stay on, the bathroom door knob was just sitting in the hole, not even in all the way: The room had a horrible smoke odor to it walking in. The hotel was very loud, you could hear people making noise the entire night.

The room was great! Big comfortable bed, the room had a couch, the bathroom was beautiful, the TV was huge!, though I never quite figured out how to use it.. the front desk was very polite, they also have a big pool and a huge hot tub! I would definitely stay here again!

There were some issues I encountered worth noting. There was an electrical problem with the outlet next to my bed. It made such an aggravating noise that I had to unplug it. I was afraid it would fry anything plugged into it and as such it was rendered unusable. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor and had significant play when you sat on it. There was cracked mortar in the tile in the shower and on the bathroom floor. There were multiple black stains in the carpeting. There were handcuff keys in the bedside table and somebody’s d*ldo was left in the armchair. Every day when I went down for breakfast there were only 3 sausage patties and no eggs left (I went down well before they stopped serving breakfast). Overall it was what I expected for the price, and nothing more. Would I recommend this hotel to friends or family? Probably not, unless they were on a budget.

Didn’t get the room I reserved, the rooms were very small and uncomfortable. They gave us another room with 2 beds, the toilet was repaired unprofessionally. We didn’t get the price that was advertised on Hotel.com. Then asked for fresh towels after a couple days and found a bed bug on one of the hand towels. My husband ask for compensation and we got nothing. I will never stay in another Quality Inn ever.

Was able to check in an hour prior to three with no extra fee for an afternoon Packers game. The king room was clean and on the second floor with minimal noise late at night. There is a bus/shuttle that makes stops near the hotel but an Uber was <15 dollars.

Room was okay, had issues with a smoke detector battery going off when we first arrived. Staff checked the room and said they didnt hear anything. When we returned later in the night it was again going off. The room just had a musty smell to it, floors felt damp. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was your standard options.

Easy check in. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection of items (no gluten free, tho). The room was quiet! The front desk honored my request for a main floor room (I traveled with my small dog, and the stairs are a problem for him). The room smelled a little 'musty' but was clean. The SINK DID have mold under the rim (I find MOLD in almost every hotel room I stay in), but the DID have a FAN! and that helps with rampant mold issues. Nice location to shopping, dining, and easy on and off of the highway. I would stay again.

The staff at this property is great! We had help with heavy luggage being carried to our second-floor room at late-night check-in, and I needed a can opener and had help with that as well. Our room seemed pretty clean, but we found a milk bottle under the bed and someone's leftovers in the frig. The breakfast is just adequate, but the only fruit was bananas and they were either too green or overripe, milk jug got emptied and not refilled, pastries were scarfed up by some patrons with plates piled high, and not refilled if close to end of breakfast time slot. Coffee was watery and not tasty.
