Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Milwaukee Airport, WI

We stayed here for 2 nights while attending the Renaissance Faire. All of the staff we saw during our time were wonderful. One of them who stuck out above all of the others was Stefan who was polite, courteous, and attentive to each person who came through the door. There was someone ahead of me and the first thing I noticed is how he treated each person with the utmost respect and kindness while maintaining professionalism. He was just as kind and thoughtful upon our checking out. He alone made the hotel feel warm, welcoming, and like "home." You could tell that Stefan is a highly intelligent, trustworthy, attentive, and caring person. Any business would be fortunate to have him on staff. The room itself was spacious which is nice when traveling. But it could have been a little cleaner. There were spots/gunk on the walls which was a little off-putting. But the beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower was hot. We did use the pool and hot tub which were in good condition, and there were towels by the pool to use. I was hoping to use the workout room, but it felt cramped. And the weights started at 25 or 30 pounds and increased from there. If there had been lighter weights, say a 5 lb, an 8lb, a 10 lb and a 12 lb, I would have used the room. We looked at the breakfast set-up and grabbed a quick cheese omelet to go in the morning. It looked well-stocked with cereals, waffles, omelets, potatoes, sausage, and juices.

The pool was not working

Room was clean, breakfast was good which the ladies were constantly cleaning amd refilling anything empty, pool and hot tub was clean. My only downfall was that there were 4 of us in a 2 queen beds and only 2 sets of towels and the one staff didnt wanna give us more but if you have 4 ppl and 2 beds I think more towels would be instant. Other than that we loved our stay.

1. It was not a good neighborhood. 2. They never came in to change the towels or take out the garbage. 3. One day they had no milk or yogurt for breakfast.

Beds were great and comfortable. Hallway and pool was gross.
