When we got there it was fine They checked us in and nothing was an issue until we got into the room apparently the third party places stated they have suites and they do not that was the one downside. The other it may be petty but a housekeeper yelled loudly into a walky and said if anyone needs a cart it’ll be five minutes until I can bring it down and then she said rudely are you done with it I said yes we were going downstairs anyways so I took it down then she shouted loudly again and said nevermind guest is taking it down The pool was amazing it is open 24 hours other than that it was great they do also have a fitness center near the pool and a restaurant attached and it was decent food but it was expensive

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms on the first floor need better attention. Pull out sofa had mouse poop. Red stuff was around the tubs. Showers were hard to work properly. An ice cream sandwich was left in a freezer. The pool area was clean but there were little things floating in the pool.
