We arrived at room 2 sets of towel for 3 of us.Phone didn't work to call front desk. had to walk up to front desk to tell then we need another set of towels and they brought them down after cleaning some.No Wi-Fi the whole time we were so we could not order tickets for pull ahead of time so that cost us $96.00 more.I could not listen to my voice mails.Came back a little after Midnight Saturday night and bathroom floor was wet dryed with bath matt and buddy went in later and floor was wet again so I put waste basket under sink to stop.I have called desk 11 times on phone trying to get manager and left messages to have her call me back but no call back. Wi-Fi was out 2 days before we got there!!

Parking was plentiful and safe. Room was close to parking area for moving luggage. Bathtub/shower unit was grossly dirty and grimy- looks like someone washed their boots in it. The cleaning staff did not catch that? I went to front desk with a photo and the kind clerk immediately changed my room. They gave me an upstairs room instead but that room had no towels. I came back and the kind clerk at the front desk provided me with clean towels. After all the drama, I finally got some sleep / bed was comfortable. Plenty of dining options nearby and also fuel stops. I would stay here again if I’m in the area.

Property is not in great shape. Back of property entry door wouldn’t/couldn’t close due to humidity. A note on door suggested problem was ongoing. Seemed like big security risk. Stair and landing carpeting was nasty as was wallpaper. My bathtub was pretty beat up as were fixtures. Carpet in room was old. At least bed was comfortable and sheets seemed clean. Outside of tub, bathroom appeared clean. Maid seemed nice.

The Front Desk Staff was super nice and helpful and get 5 stars. Otherwise it’s just a typical older hotel where you can hear your neighbors through the walls taking a shower. There is also NO Elevator so you have to drag your bags up and down stairs. They were working on some new tile flooring and the pool was closed. If you want something cheep and decent it’s fine but I think I’ll pay a bit more next time.

I selected this place because of the pool and it was out of 9rder. Then the woman charged a pet fee after I told her my dog had ESA papers. Also the toilet was running and the front desk just said there was a pipe that burst a few days before. She never had maintenance come, or change the room.

Stay started off ok. WiFi in the building was out and were told it had been out for 5 days. Then at 12:39am an employee entered our room unannounced and uninvited. They claimed that they thought the room was vacant…..not sure why an employee would need to enter any room at 12:39am unless requested. Was very unsettling as my dog and 2 year old son was with us on this stay. Will definitely not be returning to any Quality Inn in the future as I do not feel that I will be safe.

Our stay was generally good, but a few things stood out. There was an unusual odor in the bathroom of our room that seriously affected my wife's asthma. It turned out to be the chemicals used to clean the bathroom. We were told by management that if the chemicals aren't used properly, they leave that odor. To their credit, we were able to move to another room. However, the tub in the room was dirty and the tub faucet was leaking. The outside access door to the pool area was propped open at 10 p.m., a definite safety issue.

Terrible place. I arrived after midnight and was very tired. The woman at the front desk was nice and check in was easy. The hotel has been nicely renovated with warm colours, lovely decor, and the corridors are bright. In my room, the floors could use sweeping, the sheets were smeared with makeup, pillow cases were dirty, and one of the shower walls had black hair across it. I’m blond. I called for clean sheets and put them on myself. The next morning I went to have the continental breakfast. The counters were messy. It was all cheap, high sugar, low nutrient foods. No protein at all. At least there was whole wheat bread and I ate a toast. The man at the counter said he was the manager and he clearly didn’t care that my room was dirty. Like a robot, he responded the same as he does to these bad reviews and kept doing what he was doing. He never even looked up. I asked him if he cared that my room was dirty and he repeated his robotic comment. I told him that the staff won’t care about the hotel as long as he doesn’t care. He just ignored me. I will not return to this place.

Very dirty. There was mold in the shower around the handle, floor of shower dirty. The chair at the desk has stains all over it. I know it was pet friendly but back hall way dog hair all over floor. Breakfast ok. Only one waffle maker and some juice basically.

I arrived and 3:30 and was greeted with a tart, "check in isn't until 4 pm." I was allowed to check in but it was not a friendly greeting. The room was OK but the tub was stained and there were no USB charging ports. The plug ins were loose and my phone didn't charge overnight. Kids were running up and down the hallway with a barking dog. Convenient location. Bed and pillows were really nice.

Good location and good bed. Shutting the wall light off at the door also shut off all power to the night stand; a problem when you have essential night or wake up electronics. I just removed the wall bulb so I had my night stand power.

We were locked out of our room ( twice) on Saturday, October 5th, even though we had a 2 night stay for the nights of October 4th and 5 th. Both times we rang the bell at the desk and then called the hotel front desk after waiting for at least 10 minutes! The employee came sauntering ( he was outside smoking a cigarette) in after we called the front desk. Unbelievable it happened twice on October 5th! Very poor customer service.

The staff was terrific! I was staying due to a breakdown. While my truck was in the shop, different staff members allowed me to use phone chargers to bowls for cooking. They had no motivation other than being friendly. The room was comfy and clean.
