We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Our check in was easy and the gentleman assisting us was very friendly and kind. He suggested places to eat. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was extremely quiet. We enjoyed the workout room which was clean and nice. The breakfast was clean and had nice options. We absolutely will stay there again.

The stay was very nice, I was only there a couple of nights, but all of my interaction with the staff was great! The hotel was very clean and well kept overall. The lobby / lounge area was very inviting and I saw several folks hanging around in there.

“Queen” beds were actually double beds. The hot tub was way too hot - we couldn’t put more than our feet in even after minutes of trying. Then two men came into the pool area with beer and just sat around drinking. Then around 10:00 at night, there were people getting loud, stomping around seemingly nonstop and crashing into furniture and this went on for at least an hour and kept my family from sleeping. In the morning when I walked past a room on our floor, there was a large, empty bottle of some kind of liquor. Very disappointing experience. When I checked out, I wanted to let someone know about the noise but the lady at the desk never once asked about our stay or if we had a good night. She only asked if I wanted a receipt. Clearly didn’t care.

Holiday Inn was right across the street from Wal-Mart, Starbucks and the Dollar Store giving us a chance to stretch our legs and walk from the hotel as well as stock up on items needed for the remainder of our journey. The staff was polite and the pool and fitness centre were clean and well stocked.

Our trip was awesome, we were there for a hockey tournament. The hotel is either very new or just recently renovated, everything was immaculate! The lobby is huge, great place for gatherings. Breakfast had a big variety and the people working were very attentive and friendly!!

Our stay was a last minute unexpected visit as we were coming for my grandmothers funeral. We had three different families staying at this property. I can’t say enough. It was exceptionally clean, front desk staff very friendly. I stayed in a king room and it was perfect. My parents were in a double Queen room as well as my sisters family. My niece and nephews got to enjoy the pool area and raved about that. Is really nice that it stays open till midnight. Beds were very comfortable. Right across the street from a Walmart in case you forgot something. I will definitely stay here again!!

This is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. It looks brand new but it’s not. Staff was very friendly - we especially enjoyed talking to the woman cooking breakfast on Friday. Breakfast was very nice too!

The hotel was nice, Clean and well maintained. I downgraded it because the rooms seemed to lack ANY soundproofing and you heard every door shut, conversation and tv in adjacent rooms. This was very disappointing.

The rooms at some of the best designed I’ve ever seen (and I travel often)! Thank you for ample mirrors and places for multiple people to get ready in the morning! The room was spacious, easy to move around, beautifully appointed, plenty of outlets, the blackout blinds were perfection and thank you for the nightlights in the bath and desk!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The lobby is beautiful. My room was spacious and welcoming. I loved the chair in the room with table. The air conditioning worked well. The room was immaculate and bathroom as well. I will be back. Truly felt like a nice vacation.

The only complaint I had was no one was at the front desk which is an important detail and when someone did come they were not welcoming or friendly. After a long drive you want this little detail. Hopefully next visit this will improve otherwise I would have rated it 5 Across the board! If you don’t care about this part the hotel is awesome

We just checked in so haven't stayed over night yet but this is by far the BEST check in experience we have had, probably ever. Kenny at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is brand new, clean, inviting. TV in the room is excellent, great reception, large. Room and bathroom are both well lit. Extremely pleased with this hotel.

A hockey dad came in late at night and was stomping around and dropping hockey bags all night in the room right above us. Was loud all night. Front desk wouldn’t provide us with anything to make up for the night of noise.

The room was clean and modern, with tile floor at the entrance leading to the bathroom. I enjoyed the breakfast with the mini omelets, pancake machine and greek yogurt. Mattresses were my preferred firmness with clean crisp blankets. I'd stay there again.
