Rooms are very clean but hallways need updating. Great bar/restaurant (Mr. P’s) has great burgers and cocktails. For the family, this hotel is also attached to a Perkins restaurant

Super clean - the property could use some upkeep but everything was clean. There is a small bar and Perkins attached so very convenient too. Easy on and off highway. Pool was very large, hot tub and sauna worked, and there is a small courtyard.

We were looking for a good place to stay as we continued up to northern Wisconsin with our dogs. This was a great place to stay with dogs. It has lots of outdoor areas for people and dogs to enjoy with a beautiful view of a pond. It was also a great place to stop because it had a nice bar and grill inside, no need to drive anywhere else. It also had a nice pool. We would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable bed, very clean, and I love that there was an attached Perkins restaurant. My only complaint is that the hot tub was not very hot nor was the dry sauna very hot.

This BW was right off the I-94 and options for gas/eating were very close. The room was clean! Very clean bathroom, always a plus in my book. The is a Perkin's restaurant attached. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the breakfast. I would have liked to know ahead of time the "free" breakfast was a voucher with very limited choices at Perkins. It was ok, but seeing as I had just stayed at a BW in Baraboo not too long ago and they had free breakfast there in a breakfast room ,that's what I thought I was getting again. That one had so many more food options then the voucher. Overall, I could stay again in Tomah because of location and cleaniness.

I had an handicapped accessible room. With my walker i had to carefully manipulate my way around the room. Furniture could have been placed differently. The bathroom was moldy and stunk of it. It needs a fan in there. The rest of the room was clean. The people at the desk were great.

We were there for 8 days and had maid service once. Carpets are worn, windows cloudy with some sort of film cracking and peeling. Mattress was good, but this place needs serious work.

I have a complaint i am not sure you can fix. My room was right next to the back entrance of the hotel. I kept hearing the door open and close throughout the night. Then at 3am to 5 pm it was being opened and closed every 5 minute. This caused me to get little sleep to continue my road trip. If you stay hear ask for another room.

The hotel was right off of the highway with a bar and restaurant attached so very convenient. The room and common areas were clean, towels and shower were nice. My only complaint is that it was noisy with people talking outside my room and a semi that was running outside my window. I turned the constant fan on which helped. It would have been nice to have breakfast but I suppose with the restaurant right there they felt that was good enough. They had a "grab and go with muffins, breakfast bars, bottled water, and fruit. It worked for me.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The hotel was clean through and through, with no orders. I had to unexpectedly leave after check out time for work, that was no problem. Oh, and you get a choice of three delicious different free breakfasts at the restaurant next door. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back.

They did not tell us when we checked that there was no maid service, you have to ask,they should have told us when we checked in. No hot water in the shower, plus when done with shower the floor was soaking wet, & I mean wet, it was a walk in shower but what a mess. Also the 1st night the TV was not working, it would not turn on. Went to front desk she said I will give you a new remote, so as she handes it to me she said you can program it, I am sure it easy, I said no one come down to help, she stated they dont have anyone. Went back to the room it took about 20 mints to get it right. She never call back to see if we got it. The same lady who checked us in on 9/7 was not very helpful, acted like we we making her work for sign in. I hate to say this but not well dress for a front desk person. Saturday when we checked out the at the front desk the man had a big smile on his face, ready to work. We checked out early & he said no problem, just check back with me when the room is empty. He was ready to work because we were there.

The hotel was staffed by competent, friendly Midwesterners and was a cut above other budget hotels we've stayed in recently. Both the pool and hot tub were working, and the breakfast at the on-site Perkins was lovely, offering 3 (free) options. The cheese house and antique mall share the same general parking area. A short drive in to Tomah takes you to a movie theatre, cute town, park, and lake with a lovely walking path along its shore. We will definitely return.

We had a very nice 2 day stay for our utv trip. The location is perfect. Quiet, and nestled on the edge of the woods and a pond. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The property is huge and has plenty of parking. There are a lot of rooms that are vacant so it’s quiet. The property is showing its age but everything was clean and the pool was huge. No weird smells or anything just aging. The attached Perkins restaurant is where you go for breakfast. You get a voucher for a free breakfast or you can use it as a credit for whatever you want. We enjoyed our stay. The only somewhat negative view point I had was I felt it was a little pricey. Id rather over pay a little and be satisfied then under pay and regret it though. We would stay again if in the area.

This hotel was fine. It is convienient off of the highway. The staff was very friendly. It was nice that the Perkins was attached. Our room was clean. The only negative was a couple of areas were cold (not our room). This may have been due to big swings in the weather this week. I would recommend this hotel especially for the price.

We recently stayed at this Best Western with a group of 22 students on our way to Indianapolis. The rooms were decent and met our expectations — clean, comfortable, and overall a good stay in that regard. However, we were very disappointed with the breakfast situation. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised free breakfast. But when our group went down in the morning, we were told that they couldn’t accommodate our students for breakfast. With 22 hungry students expecting a meal, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If you’re booking for a large group and counting on breakfast, I’d recommend confirming in advance — we wish we had been warned ahead of time.

This property is connected to a Perkins restaurant that you are given vouchers for breakfast. It also has a great little pub. Mike, in the pub is great and the burger and pretzels he recommend were excellent.!

We didn't like this facility very much. It's dated and needs to be refreshed. The "free breakfast" is a $6 voucher for the Perkins restaurant next door. Beyond the basics, you pay for anything above that amount, which means that the breakfast isn't "included" at all.

Very good property. They announced ahead 1 amenity out of service. The one drawback is breakfast is a voucher with 4 options at the neighboring restaurant and is weak for vegetarian options. Otherwise great place to stay.

Love the pool and the hot tub. Because of that and the super friendly staff we will continue to choose this hotel anytime we are in Tomah. My one and only complaint is that the hotels breakfast is so sad. The grab and go leaves alot to be desired and after paying for the room I really don't want to pay for breakfast at Perkins after that. Please start serving a breakfast more fitting the best western name.
