Disappointed upon arrival by a sign at the front desk that pool and hot tub were not available due to renovations. Wish website would have informed that these two amnesties would be available to us. I expressed displeasure to front desk worker who didn’t even seemed like he was listening to me or cared. He wasn’t very sociable. After giving me our room key just turned around and went back into the office .

Not really handicapped accessible. Parking is right next to the door but there is a step to get in the building. A wheelchair could not get in that door. Also there is no elevator.

The hotel was better than expected, but we were very disappointed to find out the hot tub was not available due to renovations. We chose this place for its hot tub. Very disappointing. Otherwise, it was better than expected aside from that.

The hotel was in good shape overall. There is no elevator, wish we had known. The toilet in our room had a shim that it balanced on. You had to be careful because it wobbled. Also, we had to get new room keys 2x because they stopped working the next day. The pool and hot tub were great.

The area was questionable at best. The floors were filthy, and it smelled heavily of curry and air fresheners. The awning had clearly been hit by something and was in a state of disrepair. The prostitute dressed like a cowboy out front provided some comical relief but definitely not a place we would revisit

Noticed getting out of the shower that the toilet on the bottom was not clean. The breakfast was good and I was sitting enjoying my coffee and then I saw one of the food preparer's touching the back of each chair she walked by with a food prep glove on and then she went and touched some food. Have we not learned anything about cleanliness from this Pandemic??

We had a hot tub suite. The room was right next to a door so we heard it open and slam close all day & night. The hot tub is in the bedroom area which is okay but the shower is set up in there as well. So that was really noosy and inconvenient. There are 2 large tile steps to walk up/down from the tub which is also deep. The water comes out orange. The walls in the bathroom were filthy. We had to unplug the fridge because it would rattle from time to time and is very loud and mimics an alarm. The air conditioner fan blew the curtains around so light would come through in the AM. The breakfast area wasn't well kept and the floors were dirty yet we were the only ones there.

The room was okay enough. Not even basic housekeeping was provided. We had to go down to the front desk for clean towels and more coffee as nothing was replenished. The bed was comfortable, not the best, but we got good rest.

Spots on the sheets. Carpet not clean. Very unfriendly man at the front desk. Our keys stopped working in the middle of our stay and we weren't able to get to our belongings when our toddler needed new clothes and her special food. Took a while to get in. No apology or anything. Wouldn't come back. Pool was nice though.

The property it's self is in a very convenient location plenty of restaurants and shopping centers and things to do but the house keeping in our king bed room was not very well kept the bed and blankets were somewhat dirty and the worst part was the Jacuzzi tub was not cleaned before we got into our room the water turned yellow when I filled it up so I went and bought some cleaning supplies and after I cleaned it good the water was crystal clear probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone sorry but for the price I guess I expected better

We couldn’t find the remote control for the TV. When I went and asked the front desk, they told me that they couldn’t replace it or do anything about it. They told me to look harder in the room that maybe it fell between something. We never found it after turning the place upside down. This was a disappointment for my son who would plan to watch the Brewers game when we got back to the room.

Property is right on the interstate, so rooms on that side of the building have traffic noise. As hotel was less than 1/2 full, I would have expected to be given a room on the side of the building away from the noise.

asked for a room on the side of property away from interstate traffic noise, told nothing available. there were only a few cars in the parking lot this morning at 6:00 am so had to be rooms available. So loud in room that might as well have been in a tent by the side of the interstate. About 3 hours sleep

I reserved a single King, the room was great, clean, the bed was comfortable and the layout was fine. The bathroom shower was really nice and an ample supply of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in large dispensers. Convenient! All of the single kings are located on the highway side, so if you're picky about sound, you'll want to consider that. Personally, with the drapes drawn and the fan running, it did not bother me. The pool was nice, clean, and the hot tub was good. Breakfast was okay, there is a waffle machine, a hot breakfast option along with the standard muffins /bread /cereal. All day coffee though! The staff was wonderful; both helpful and pleasant. The online check-in process made it even more convenient. I will definitely stay here again when in the Wausau area!

I don't think a night there is worth $140. Front desk admitted to "forgetting" to reserve my room which they scrambled to diffuse with "humor" for 20 minutes. The hotel itself badly needs a face lift. The windows to the hallways were open rather than AC being used on one of the hottest days of June.

The front desk couldn't find my reservation so they created a new one. Then I was overcharged - a refund was made but it takes 5-7 business days to go through. The TV in my room didn't work (it turned on but wouldn't change channels). I asked the front desk person & they didn't know how to fix the problem with the TV. This weekend was supposed to be a relaxing and fun quick getaway for my birthday & it was more irritating & stressful than if I would have stayed home & went to work! I'm extremely frustrated!!!

Waited nearly 20 minutes at the front office for someone to get us checked in. Finally called the hotel phone number to get someone to the front. He then took nearly another 20 minutes to get us actually checked in. Along the way he charged us an $84.00. That was resolved the next day with a different person.

I put in to change my reservation a month before my stay through Expedia, but the hotel would not cooperate with Expedia to refund me for the night I did not need at the hotel even though I had proof that I requested the change within the cancelation timeframe. The manager seemed to be more concerned with sticking it to Expedia than helping me - the customer. Very disappointed with the hotel and will not stay at this one ever again.

This was our 12th stay at this Hotel. Management and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and fresh. Pool area was nice and complimentary breakfast's were good.

They were remodeling their lobby/breakfast room -- so the advertised breakfast did not exist, but at least they offered a free breakfast sandwich, muffin and banana, which we appreciated. We also appreciated the clean, hot, whirlpool.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, cool! The staff was friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was not only free but wonderful with lots of variety. My ONLY complaint is the coffee needs some help to be more like coffee! That is my ONLY complaint about this hotel. We loved our stay!

For $120/night I expect my bed to be made up every night. They also advertise breakfast, however, that has been taken away and left with a couple of vending machines. The whole place reeks with cost-cutting cheapness.

Good service and courteous employees. Comfortable beds. We just got tired of same 2 breakfast items: scrambled eggs/sausage and biscuit/gravy. May look for other hotels in area next visit.

Our room 101 needs some remodeling. New mattress/pillows, drywall needs redone, definitely needs a exhaust fan. There isnt one near the tub/shower nor the bathroom!!!!! The breakfast, was a JOKE! No, juice, or water. Only had microwaveable breakfast sandwich, waffles, 2 cereal, toast. And to top it off, it CLOSED at 9! Seriously!!?
