Our room was on the 5th floor. To get there we took an elevator to the fourth floor, walked half way around the floor and took another elevator to the fifth floor. Very confusing. Never did find the pool

Parking is horrible. Usually you give your license plate # n that's it. Nope. You have to go outside to a kiosk n do it yourself. Confused. Not enough breakfast. Empty n alot of people were waiting to fill it. Just sausage everything else was out. They wouldn't print a paper receipt. 1 elevator n stairs blocked. Won't go back.

The location is amazing, right down town and close to the Grand. The room was awesome, two rooms, fireplace, hot tub in the room. The Char restaurant was connected so we didn’t have to go out in the cold for an amazing dinner. I loved the hotel!

For the price of the room, it was shocking. There was a stain on my sheet. The rug in the room was filthy and crusty. The bath didn't drain. The furniture in the room was in horrible condition. People who worked there were nice, but it was such bad shape. Should have been $50 - NOT $200. It was shocking.

Rooms were very nice but the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Very dark in the shower. The bed was the hardest bed I ever slept on. Staff was great! Very friendly and check in was easy. Rooms were really nice. Quiet area and easy parking right near the entrance.

Hair blower did not work. The standing furniture was old and worn, no USB outlets, and weird stain on sofa. If Radisson upgraded the furniture and provided USB outlets it would greatly improve the rooms. Overall the property was nice. The breakfast was simple and so-so, not much to choose from and the same every day. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

We like the spacious, clean, quiet room. The electric fireplace adds a nice touch, and very comfortable furnishings. The TV could be bigger (Had a hard time viewing/navigating the guide). Conveniently located to downtown activites. Would stay here again.

We stay here about six times a year, we really like the hotel, the staff, the breakfast is very good (only if included with your room, definitely not worth $12 if you have to pay). The furnishings really need to be replaced, they are dated and show wear. The biggest gripe is there are no USB ports in the rooms! We’ve stayed in 12 different hotels this year, this is the only one without USB ports!

We’ve stayed here several times with great results. This time however our room was on the Jefferson street side, and the noise from outside was loud enough to keep us awake at night. It was too late to request a room change at that point. Everything else was fine. Super nice breakfast in the morning.

Our room was amazing! Very spacious. Suite had fireplace in both rooms. Huge bathtub with jets - it was wonderful. Very clean room. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Only complaint was that there was a loud humming noise during the night. I'm assuming it was whenever the heat kicked in. Kept me awake most of the night. We've stayed here before, not in the same room, and have never had that problem.

The property is fine, clean enough, but not exactly what I had in mind based on the photos. I reserved a room with a fireplace only to discover it was fake. That was my main reason for choosing this property. Also, if you care about vibes and lighting, please know that they've gone for hospital/prison bright white in every light fixture including table lamps. I actually purchased warm lightbulbs and used them during my stay so I wouldn't go crazy. The toilet/shower room combo was tiny, I hit my elbow on the wall of the shower constantly. Also the soundproofing left something to be desired, kids running through the halls and above our heads were heard regularly. Everyone was perfectly kind and helpful, and again it was clean and safe, but for given reasons I will never choose this property again.

The rooms were very spacious, it was nice having a separate sitting area and hot tub. The downtown location is convenient. The fireplace is more like a nightlight. The furniture showed signs of wear, the pillows were hard, and the shower was tiny, with the spray right in my face and not adjustable.

These rooms are great. We had a beautiful king suite with a whirlpool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They had dishes, microwave, and mini fridge, as well as a sink in case you wanted to eat something in your room. The only thing we found wrong was the pillows are super firm, so it was hard to sleep on them. Otherwise, this is a hotel we would definitely go back to. Oh, and they had a very nice breakfast.

Bar and restaurant were closed the day we checked in. Room phone was not working. We were disappointed with breakfast. Upon entering the almost empty dining room, we found most of the hot food gone, well before the end of the breakfast times.. When an employee finally entered and we asked about more food, she stated that she was "working on it." We were gone that entire day, and upon returning to our room, found it had not been cleaned. Expedia charged us ~$15 per day more than booking directly with the hotel would have.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Jefferson Street Inn. Check in was quick & easy. Room was clean & had everything to make our stay comfortable! Hotel was well taken care of and staff were friendly and helpful. If we are ever in the Wausau area again, this will be the place we stay!!

Air conditioning issue everyday. Front desk only offered to send maintenance to fix it. Each evening it would go out and had to sleep in warmer room. Finally on last evening of stay and a few hours before checkout, they offered to move us to a new room, but by then it was too late. The General Manager asked that I email him when I return home and he would take care of things. I did email the General Manager, but still no reply. Overall, dissatisfied with service at this property.

Our room was chilly. I sent a text stating that. I received a text back saying that someone would get back with me. No one ever did. The breakfast was OK, nothing fancy. Pretty limited choices, and always the same thing. Lots of money for what we got.

This hotel was perfectly located within walking distance to the Grand Theater. The room was spacious and clean. There were no black out drapes though so light poured in as soon as the sun came up. Construction and traffic noise was also an issue. Water pressure was horrible, perhaps because it was a handheld shower head. No recycling evident.

We chose the Jefferson Street Inn to be close to the Wausau Whitewater Park not knowing we'd be a short walk to amazing food and drink and some cool shops. The Inn itself is quite nice with friendly staff, immaculately clean room, and wonderful linens on a comfie bed. The AC is up to the task and the room was blessedly dark and quiet for sleeping.

Great location. Good parking. Comfortable bed. Pretty clean, but issues with breakfast. Serve till 10:00 AM, got there at 9:30. Out of eggs and meat. Eggs came about 10 minutes later, still no meat. Brought out meat 10 minutes after that. Out of potatoes, ready 10 minutes after that. We ate our breakfast in shifts. Out of knives and then forks a few minutes after that. Also I took the last plate. Had to borrow my husband’s knife. Definitely need to hire more kitchen help as well as more people to fill in food, plates, silverware, etc.

We stay here every time we have tickets to The Grand. Its always clean and staff is great. Dont go to the onsite restaurant unless you like food that's foo foo. No salt or pepper on table. There was no bread or rolls with dinner. No potatoes on menu either.

We got a free upgrade as I was an Expedia VIP. Nice large room with hot tub. Breakfast was good but was supposed to be open at 7am but didn't open until 9am. Also, instead of free breakfast it was a $15 credit. But it was nice to order from the menu and food was excellent.
