The hotel was clean and would have been nice however both of my kids got a chemical burn from the pool and hot tub. I called the front desk just to see if anyone else had the welts my 15 and 16 year olds had all over their bodies that were painful and was told no. I was asked “what would you like me to do?” Or “ I am not a chemical expert “ I wasn’t looking for anything but to know the correct amount of chlorine was in the water and why do my kids have burns on their bodies!

This was a great hotel! The entire lobby and restaurant area was very attractive and decorated for the holidays. Gas fireplaces added a great ambiance. The front desk staff were all very friendly. We had very nice meals at the restaurant, which was surprisingly well priced. The rooms were typical in layout but larger than most hotel rooms. I missed overhead lighting but other than that the room worked well for us. We would definitely return if the need arose. We were there to ski at Granite Peak and it's a 5-minute drive straight down the street so it's an ideal location for that. I'd suggest staying on the side away from Rib Mountain and the highway, as it was a bit loud.

It was a very nice, very large hotel room in a very nice hotel. The cleaning staff did a poor job vacuuming before my arrival, so I took some tissue and picked up the sunflower seeds from the carpet.

The room was clean, over priced though. The one complaint is the bathroom door doesn't even lock, it is just a sliding door and anyone can look in the corner of the door and see you. The room itself is clean but as I stated it is over priced and no breakfast, you have to pay extra for that.

Amazing rooms... super spacious and the huge windows give a great view of Rib Mtn. and Granite Peak ski area. Staff was very friendly and the lobby and property are beautiful. Good food in the restaurant and friendly bartenders in the bar. Highly recommend!

From the moment I drove up, my expectations were met! The entry was a stunning contemporary vibe with a north woods influence! The rooms were spacious - very clean and comfortable! The adjoining restaurant was very comfortable and accommodating with a beautifully delicious breakfast. Walk in showers and grab bars for safety through out the bathroom. I was impressed with everything and the staff…. PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY!!❤️ Special shout out to Jackson the driver of the shuttle for the Chitek wedding in addition - Diane the front desk attendant!!

Great place.. asked for a view of Granite Peak and got a nice one. Super clean. Nice open room. Good food nearby. Next trip to Ski at Granite Peak I will stay there again. Great restaurant inside the hotel as well. My son and I really enjoyed our stay.
