Location was close to interstate but entrance sign partially hidden from view. We could see the hotel from the main road but passed the entrance. Close to food and travel shops a plus. While the room was nice the gym had several pieces of equipment not functioning and the breakfast was out of eggs by 8:30 the next morning. For the price $$ I thought those two items were below what I was expecting.

Our second stay here and we had an ADA room which helps us greatly. The staff is so nice and friendly. Breakfast offers a wide array of foods. We like the 24hr coffee too!! Eatery is clean and staffed. Only draw back was our room heater. That thing was knocking all night and kept waking me up. (worked hard as it was very cold out though!) sadly I forgot to mention it in our way out. We will stay here again.

The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable for both of us. The hallway had a musty smell and the room was just a little dated, but we didn't mind. We appreciated the room being very quiet.. Breakfast wasn't amazing but was tasty enough. We enjoyed our stay. (We'd give this hotel 4.5 stars, if we could.)

We had three rooms in this supposedly recently remodeled hotel. All were well appointed. All had a faint sewage smell. The odor became worse if you turned off the AC. Keeping the AC fan on helped as did keeping the bathroom door closed. The breakfast is typical hotel buffet fare. Nothing to write home about. The breakfast staff were excellent. Unfailingly polite and helpful. By far the best of the employees there.

Our room still had garbage in it. Our ice bucket was in the tub?? Hanger were in bathroom instead of closet. It smelled like dog poop. No garbage can in room only bathroom. Not very clean.

Our room was 421 and the door hung with every open or close and made a VERY loud noise. The bathroom slider door also needed repair and we could just BARELY get it opened and closed. The breakfast area also needs repair. The 1st day, I opened the drawer to get a scone and the whole drawer fell out onto the floor spilling all the scones. The 2nd day, I opened the scrambled eggs dish and a piece of the light fixture above fell out of the ceiling and into the eggs. The eggs were not replaced. Gross. We reported our room door problems and the light fixture incident. Hopefully the maintenance man is enroute.

We stayed in an accessible roll-in shower room. There was very little room for a wheelchair user, and the sliding door to the bathroom left barely enough room for a wheelchair to enter. There also needs to be a collapsible lip along the shower floor to prevent the bathroom from flooding. Some wheelchair users can stand and take a few steps, and the water that spread all over made standing or moving dangerous.

I stay at this property six or more times a year. And never have I had front staff be so unfriendly at check in and check out. I usually find staff very engaging....this time the staff checking me in barely looked at me....I felt like they had better things to do at the time. I will stay here again because I have never had this happen...maybe it was an off day....BUT property very clean even during construction and updating.

The included breakfast left a alot to be desired. Fruit was 1 apple,and 1 orange. Breakfast served until 9:30AM, ate at 8:20 AM. No bagels, two muffins, orange juice was colored, tasteless water.

The hotel has been a wonderful stay — very nice, quiet, and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Property was under construction. Rooms could use some upgrading, but are clean. Breakfast could use some attention. There is one wonderful kid that works breakfast. When he isn't there it was not even close to being the same. Staff was super nice.

The hotel was nice. The location was good. Most of the staff we interacted with were great. But, we selected this hotel over others in the area because the breakfast was included. However, when showing up for breakfast a full 45 minutes before the breakfast time was over, the food was not restocked. No eggs and requests to refill the empty waffle mix were met with “breakfast will be over in the next 30 minutes or so, so it makes no sense for me to refill at this point.” As a result, will likely pick a different hotel the next time I am in the area.
