there seemed to be a teen party at the pool....we would not let our kids use the pool due to numerous unknown age (most looked under 21) drinking alcohol. when we woke up, there were at least 5 empty 24s of beer lying around as well as food. I recommend not staying there if you have kids.

The staff at the front desk upon check-in and in the lounge for a late night bite to eat was fantastic! The room was nice, but the tub didn’t work. The drain plug didn’t hold in the water and the jets didn’t work. That was pretty disappointing, as that was specifically the room I booked.

Overall a decent place to stay. Nice restaurant, nice lounge. Breakfast is not included in the price... they have a breakfast buffet for 11.99 or you can order off the menu (except Sunday). Buffet has a wide variety of food options. Windows could use a good cleaning. Shower water pressure could knock a small child down (a plus in my book!!). Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in room.pool could use a facelift/upgrade byt, definitely usable. Hot tub was ok.

The two things I look for in a hotel are breakfast and a fitness center. This hotel advertises both, but is very misleading. We traveled here with a group of athletes and multiple families contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to make sure these things would be available for our stay. However once we arrived they informed us breakfast would be an additional $12 a person, making each room $50 more a day on top of the previous price. The hotel is clean, but extremely dated and run down, barely worth the original price, not even close to what the breakfast cost would add. On top of that, the breakfast was not even available at all before we had to leave on any of our three mornings. We had to go to a grocery store and prepare meals. The fitness center is also closed and locked before 7am which rendered it unusable for most of our party. As someone who stays in this town many times a year, there are MUCH nicer places for much less. Walls are paper thin, we could hear word for word conversations on both sides of our room. The coffee in the lobby was always empty and the hot water was cold. The front desk staff were not friendly. Overall a terrible stay.

After a long day on the road driving was really hoping to soak in the hot tub to find out that the hot tub was closed and the swimming pool was filthy looking. When we got to our room the door was actually open and was not even shut. Doors close. Extremely hard needed to slam them shut. If you have a room that has a second door to go outside to the lounging area, suggest not to open it. We could not get the lock to re-lock once we opened it. This place could use many updates. However, the staff and the food were excellent.

The room was adequate for what we were visiting for. I have allergies… the smell of mildew in our room was bad. The lighting in the bathroom was particularly bad. The bathroom door didn’t shut completely. My husband fix the shower, it wouldn’t come on with the lever. We were there visiting our grandson. We were going to move after two days, but we decided just to stick it out and stay. The price was good for the area. And in honesty the property is used by oil workers and some military personnel …. it is pretty much filled every night. So it is a high traffic area.The front desk staff was fantastic. The Staff was very nice and helpful. If not for needing a motel in this area, I would have checked out. The room was dirty, example; the counters, fixtures, door handles and walls were not wiped down. I spent over a half hour wiping down and sanitizing. The hallway rugs and stairs needed vacuum and cleaned. The smoking rooms smell lingered throughout motel. Not sure what they can do about their parking, but it is very limited and difficult to find a spot close to an entry door. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable and after I cleaned, my granddaughter and I had a pleasant stay.

The room wasn’t vacuumed. The shower/tub didn’t drain well standing water which is gross. We could hear the people next door. They were up all night making noises that another person doesn’t want to hear. They also had a dog in their room which barked in middle of night and they had to yell at to be quiet which kept us up. We specifically asked not to be near anyone who had an animal. Lastly when we checked out the front desk didn’t even ask how our our room was and when I told the woman she said “well you booked with a third party”. Really, that’s horrible customer service. I am posting on trip advisor and yelp about this hotel so others know not to stay here and this wasn’t even the least expensive place to stay in the town.

The staff were very nice. There is some updating going on so not as clean due to that. Outlet cover in the bathroom was loose and the heating/cooling device cover was hanging off. Bed was clean and comfortable and we slept like babies.

This place was nice yeah the room i was in basically all the lights were burnt out. Plus there was no free breakfast which expedia said there was, It was decent at best. Spacious rooms comfortably beds.

The breakfast is not included. The heat in the room is very slow to respond. I checked in at 10pm and turned the heat from 62 up to 70 the room didn’t get warmed up until 4am.

All staff was very friendly and helpful! Dining room connected to hotel was very convenient. An employee even took me to the airport at 4:30 am!! Great service, clean property, awesome staff!

When checking in found out that the room I had reserved which was 2 queen beds had been given away and they only had a king room and we had 4 people in our group. The only thing the reception girl would stay was sorry not much else we can do this is the only room available. Then our room was next to the maids room and they had Mexican music blaring at 6:00 in the morning when called to the front desk to complain was told they would take care of but never did.
When checking in found out that the room I had reserved which was 2 queen beds had been given away and they only had a king room and we had 4 people in our group. The only thing the reception girl would stay was sorry not much else we can do this is the only room available. Then our room was next to the maids room and they had Mexican music blaring at 6:00 in the morning when called to the front desk to complain was told they would take care of but never did.

AWFUL service. Everyone we came in contact was rude, not helpful. We were locked out of our room 4 times during our visit. Acted put out when I needed the key reprogrammed. My room was not restocked with coffee when asked. Then went to the front area to get coffee and both were out. Absolutely not worth the money.

We didnt have breakfast, but it looked like it would be quite good. I requested an early check-in by an hour & was pleasantly accomodated after the front desk clerk checked a few things out. It was a very pleasant stay.

The room wasn’t vacuumed. The shower/tub didn’t drain well standing water which is gross. We could hear the people next door. They were up all night making noises that another person doesn’t want to hear. They also had a dog in their room which barked in middle of night and they had to yell at to be quiet which kept us up. We specifically asked not to be near anyone who had an animal. Lastly when we checked out the front desk didn’t even ask how our our room was and when I told the woman she said “well you booked with a third party”. Really, that’s horrible customer service. I am posting on trip advisor and yelp about this hotel so others know not to stay here and this wasn’t even the least expensive place to stay in the town.

Overall a decent place to stay. Nice restaurant, nice lounge. Breakfast is not included in the price... they have a breakfast buffet for 11.99 or you can order off the menu (except Sunday). Buffet has a wide variety of food options. Windows could use a good cleaning. Shower water pressure could knock a small child down (a plus in my book!!). Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in room.pool could use a facelift/upgrade byt, definitely usable. Hot tub was ok.

The two things I look for in a hotel are breakfast and a fitness center. This hotel advertises both, but is very misleading. We traveled here with a group of athletes and multiple families contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to make sure these things would be available for our stay. However once we arrived they informed us breakfast would be an additional $12 a person, making each room $50 more a day on top of the previous price. The hotel is clean, but extremely dated and run down, barely worth the original price, not even close to what the breakfast cost would add. On top of that, the breakfast was not even available at all before we had to leave on any of our three mornings. We had to go to a grocery store and prepare meals. The fitness center is also closed and locked before 7am which rendered it unusable for most of our party. As someone who stays in this town many times a year, there are MUCH nicer places for much less. Walls are paper thin, we could hear word for word conversations on both sides of our room. The coffee in the lobby was always empty and the hot water was cold. The front desk staff were not friendly. Overall a terrible stay.

Front seat and house keeping were so friendly and helpful. Restaurant was closed, because it was Sunday night, but the full menu was available in the bar. Bartender was super nice and friendly. The outside looks a little older but the inside is very nice. We will probably only stay here when in Gillette.
