Dozens of ants in the bathroom. Plaster was falling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Some of the plug ins did not work. Breakfast was ok. food was good. Seating was very limited.

This is an older hotel that is well maintained and very clean! Staff was helpful. We just needed a place to sleep while traveling through and the price made it very affordable. We would stay again for such purposes.

We reserved a room with a promise of no charge to modify, we modified to one day earlier and they charged us $ 40 more. The stench in the room was UNBEARABLE-you could taste it. I dropped my deodorant and it fell behind the toilet and when I picked it up it was COVERED in hair and dirt. Quality Inn has lost our business forever.

We liked how friendly the staff was. Anything we needed they took care of immediately. The on complaint I have is the rooms need updating and new furnishings. They are worn and don’t look that nice.

First room the refrigerator didn't work. We had already unpacked our things. Moved to second room. The refrigerator worked but the room had a distinct smell. Sprayed a partial can of Lysol into the A/C outlet. Made the stay tolerable.

Great one night stay, pet friendly, with a yummy breakfast in the morning. Staff is friendly and quick. Bed was very comfortable and the room was suitable for our needs. Minus one star since the TV wasn’t connected to any cable or streaming network, didn’t work at all. Despite that I would 100% stay again!

The bed was horrible to sleep on. Too hard for both of us. The hot water for the shower never did get very hot. Also the fridge made very loud screeching sounds throughout the night. If we didn't have items in it I would have unplugged it. Breakfast wasn't great. The yogurts were all "expired" by at least 2 weeks. The waffles and cereal were good. They were out of the eggs and sausages when we were there.

Staff was difficult. They charge the credit card $100 deposit on arrival. Most hotels just put a hold on. I had to call them several times to credit back the $100 deposit. We had to climb stairs to get to the room. You have to either go downstairs to the first floor or upstairs to the second and third floor. We actually cancelled this hotel for our return trip and even paid more to stay in a different hotel

From the time I tried to checkin....no one at the desk, and I had to ring the bell for 15 minutes before the staff arrived at the desk, to finding our way down to the basement where our room was located, I really wanted to find another hotel. The hotel was noisy. While our room was clean enough, I was uncomfortable with staying there. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. I felt welcome and at ease after our conversation and check in. The room was quiet and comfortable with very nice bed linens and mattress. Breakfast was hot and delicious with many good offerings.

We were travelling with our 2 dogs. The night receptionist was so thoughtful, giving us a room close to an exit so it would be easier to take our dogs out. The room was spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. Nice and plentiful breakfast and friendly staff in the morning as well. The young man at the front desk researched and gave me local dog parks addresses. A+ facility!

Front desk staff were unprofessional and tried to "hit on" my partner, in my opinion. This front desk staff person could not properly understand English, in my opinion. Also, my room had very poor telephone operator service. Further, the refrigerator had melted water on differing levels of the shelves. In my opinion mgt did poor training with their front desk staff. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or relatives.This hotel needs new management staff.

The most frustrating part is that I checked in on July 8; I was required to use my credit card for a $50 room deposit. To date (15 July) this has NOT been credited back to me. I called and was told, "Oh, we'll take care of that." What? Why was it kept? Very bad business.

I continue to be pleasantly surprised by Quality Inn. The staff seem to really care about what they are doing. Yes, the physical plant isn't always great, but they keep it clean and are always helpful. The one in Gillette wasn't in the greatest place (liquor stores and light industry around), but it seemed to be a 6 minute drive from everything.

No shampoo in our room, but neither did the room across the hall. The breakfast was very poor as was the coffee maker it was like instant coffee. Also the breakfast room was way too small. I will say the beds were the best and very comfortable. I won’t use Quality Inn again. Price drove us there but not worth it.

This place was clean and perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay, however, the room that I was given (202) was directly over the kitchen where breakfast is prepared. At 4am this area came alive! I had no idea it was the kitchen at the time. I thought there was someone working in a mechanical room doing some kind of repair but I kept hearing water running and what sounded like pots or buckets banging. It stopped abruptly at 6am. At 630am I stopped to get a cup of coffee prior to leaving and saw the location of the kitchen directly under my room. It all made sense then. I would recommend this place for a clean and easy stay but just don’t stay in room 202. The breakfast had a great variety and was a nice spread.
