Gave us a room with one bed for 3 people. Asked for a roll-a-way. Just said “I don’t think we have one” but never made an effort to actually look for one. We ended up having to go buy an air mattress. Everything we asked for was met with “I don’t think or I don’t know…”. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub jets didn’t work. The bedding they gave us for the air mattress was stained. Very poor customer service.

Pool needs updated. The workout facility is basically non existent. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and quiet. Good enough, i guess, but i will not be returning

The property was with out heat for a while and the ability to activate key cards were not working. They were very accommodating and still allowed us to check in, and heating was fixed by sundown. The rooms were clean. The smoke alarms went off and not sure they ever found the source. The pool was extremely cold and hot tub was not hot. The rooms/hallway smelled like smoke. All in all, it was fine and with extreme cold conditions outside I thought they were very helpful.

When we had checked in we were accidentally booked in a room that had already been occupied by another family, the property was very busy so this was understandable and addressed quickly and staff was very responsive. We were disappointed with the water pressure for it was too weak to supply the shower head. We were also disappointed to find the hot tub was not warm and pool was very cold.

This property looks updates on the pics but is not. Bathrooms are very dated. Bath tub is very old and lots of mildew. Multiple holes in walls. Would not recommend this hotel!

The common areas were fine. The breakfast was meh…the staff was kind and helpful. However, the room reeked of mildew or mold or something funky. There were no other double queen rooms available as it was a busy weekend in town so we were stuck with it. By the end of the weekend we were all congested and feel like it was from whatever was growing somewhere in that room. Two big positives were that it was super quiet even though right next to the interstate and they offered a very late checkout which was nice for the event we were attending. Will stay somewhere else next time because of the smell issue though.

1 A bath towel had a hole in it. 2. There was a hair on the edge of the tub. 3. The chair and ottoman need to be burned. SO STAINED AND WORN. 4. AND THE LIGHT ABOVE TBE FRIDGE LEAKED WATER THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. YOUR ROOF HAS A LEAK AND RAIN WATER CAME DOWN THE OUTSIDE OF THE LIGHT FIXTURE ONTO THE CARPET NEAR THE FRIDGE. THE CARPET WAS SOAKED.

Room was dirty, used wash cloth left in the shower, bottle caps on the floor. The back door had the entore locking mechanism missing. Trash cans by the doors overflowing. Bathtub backed up. Toilet dorty with TP in the top.so each time it flushed chunks of gross tp in the bowl.

I was traveling with my 14-year old son, who does not want to sleep in a bed with his mom. Queen rooms sold out, so I booked this one. Description said it slept five with a pullout bed. The room has one king bed. The hotel’s solution was a rollaway bed with the thinnest mattress I have ever seen in my life that was not suitable for anyone over the age of 10 to sleep on. Maybe these rooms used to have pullout beds? Someone needs to change the description please.

The staff is so kind and helpful. Breakfast was out by 6AM- awesome for sporting events that start early. Beds are comfy. The room wasn’t the cleanest, and is ran down. Water stains on the ceiling, curtains didn’t close and ALL the lighting outside shined in all night- 2nd night I used the bedding to cover the window. You can hear a lot of interstate traffic going by.

The tv had the cable stolen. After we checked in, went and ate. Went to turn tv on to no avail. Property manager came immediately, found the issue and relocated us across the hall to a new room!

The hotel was nice, clean, and fairly quiet. Good breakfast, and easy check in and out. Unfortunately, the heat would not regulate and was much hotter than the thermostat said. We were awake all during the night due that, and the pillows were too big and hard to be comfortable.

Parking was great. The staff was awesome but I had trouble with the key cards and had to stitch rooms. The room was very clean but there were holes on the wall and one of the lamps was torn. Very quiet, shower was clean and air conditioner work.

The facilities are definitely in need of some maintenance. Exit doors without locks, Phones that do not work. Cleanliness can be improved. TV was really hard to use as many selections were not available. Never could find a news channel.

When I arrived I was graciously welcomed. I went to my room, however was unable to enter due to a door issue. Back stairs I go. Again, was treated well and assigned a different room. I was able to gain entry to this room. Kinda got settled and tried to turn on the TV. Big ol nope. Called downstairs. Young man was up within minutes. He tried, I tried. No TV. He offered to move me again. I decided not to do that. I can only say that young man gave the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time! (Thursday, May 29th). Give that young man a raise!!

I would consider this a nicer hotel where I would be happy to take my family. Clean, comfortable. The bathroom is about ready for an upgrade / renovation as faucets, tubs, door showing significant use. I'd stay again given excellent pricing.

My room reservation was not on file when I arrived. The positive comment I can make was that the man at the front desk was kind and helped me get a room at his best deal. The first room I was given, the key did not work without going back to the front desk. When I opened the door, the fist thing I saw was that the bed had not been made. I didn't look further. I was assigned another room. The second day, when I came back to my room, the key did not work. When I went to the front desk, they still had the first room which I never occupied assigned to me. They had re-assigned the room that I was in to someone else, whe discovered the room was already occupied, so they cancelled my key until they figured out the room situation. When I went to take a shower, the bottle of hair conditioner which was mounted on the wall was empty.

The management staff was awesome. Upon arrival we visualized that they were very busy and didn't have our rooms ready but the manager put us in a different room that was ready to go. Simply put! She was amazing and to put it all into perspective, she had already been working a long shift but had the time to accommodate us! You are #1 in my book! Thank you for a great job!

There was an employee at the front desk eating dinner and not helping her coworker who was clearly needing the help. She had her friends there goofing around and causing a distraction. It was unprofessional.

We had a great stay at the Wyndham. The next morning I checked my credit card and was charged both by Expedia and by the hotel. It took me almost an hour the next morning to get that resolved. Otherwise, our stay was great. There's a few pieces of furniture that need to be updated at the hotel because they are showing obvious wear. Great job to Kael at the front desk this morning for helping me get the payment issue resolved.

I waited 30 minutes just for someone to come to the desk to check me in. They I was given the wrong room and when I went back I was told they didn’t have my room. I paid more for 2 beds and they gave me one bed. The desk lady said it was not her fault and I couldn’t talk to a manager until Monday. She said I was given the room due to only having 2 adults. I don’t want to sleep in the same bed as the other adult and again I had to pay more for 2 beds. I should have got the room I paid for. I’m very angry and was not once apologized to all she kept saying was it was not her fault and no one could help me until Monday.

Room was right by interstate so heard the vehicles all night long. GM wouldnt return call for 3 days to tell us what a random charge was for! Poor customer service. We weren't disputing the charge just asked what it was for.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The motel property was bordered by I90. It was one of the quietest rooms that I have ever stayed in. No noise from the interstate, the hall or the neighboring rooms.

Used to love it there but this place has really gone downhill! Breakfast was bad. They don’t refill food often. No silverware. Breakfast area was very dirty. Front staff is very unprofessional. No costumer service skills. Room key stopped working like 3 time! The beds are comfortable. But rooms are not very clean. Great location.

Our bed was hard as a rock. Our room key wouldn’t unlock our door the entire stay. We went to the front desk 4 times about the key not working and each time we got told that it was probably dead batteries and they would get someone to change them, they still hadn’t changed them by the time we left. Went to the front desk for something different and there was no one to be found for about 15 minutes until another customer called the front desk from the lobby. Front desk clerk was on her personal cell the entire time talking to customers. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was cold but not listed out of order. The room was dirty, mirror was broken in the bathroom, and the tub was gross. Breakfast food was cold. We will not stay here again…

Everything was great except for breakfast. It ran until 9 and we showed up at 8:20, eggs were already gone. I asked if they would be making more and was told no. Most people coming in from 8:20-9 didn’t get anything to eat because the eggs and sausage were gone. Not very good service.

The rooms were clean and the hot breakfast was a great perk. The hot tub was nice and hot. I think the beds were pretty stiff though, and the heat in room 116 had a rattle. Overall it was a good stay

Hotel is clean and fairly new, AC worked perfectly staff if friendly and helpful. One question is why the breakfast ends so early: 8am? Seriously? Most other hotels end at ~10am
