On arrival our room was cold, the heater didn't work, the window lock was broken (the window could be slid open from the outside), the bath/shower safety rail was missing, and the hair dryer didn't work. We asked to be moved and were then given an adequate room, although the whole place was rather run down. This is not what we expect from Super 8 properties.

The property is old and is in bad shape, You can she where they have patched and painted over the cracks. The hallways are not heated. It is convenient if you are turning off the Interstate to adjoining state highways.

We knew we weren't getting a 4 star room. We just needed a place to sleep and it delivered. The place is run down and porky 6 maintained but the price was right. My biggest beef was room 108's window did not latch at all, leaving the room unsecure. Otherwise, we felt like it was a decent deal. We were pleasantly surprised the room had a working refrigerator and microwave.

Very small room. It had 2 doors which was fine but no chain on the door to the hallway and to door to the outside was hard to open and close no closet, just a rack on the wall to hang clothes.

Fine for one night, but very outdated, felt unsafe as the outside doors (besides the main entrance) were not locked at all just open for whoever was passing through. Weird area of town. Outdated, and just didn’t feel like it was the cleanest room. Staff was friendly though.

The bed was great. Newer mattress. Looks like they are only partly remodeled. Light fixture in the bathroom was barely hanging. Towel bar broken. Other rooms visible from the outside had broken windows.

BED BUGS DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed here 2 weeks in a row for work, the first week was okay but the room wasn’t the cleanest. The second week I stayed, there were BED BUGS crawling all over the bed, other bugs in the bathroom, and the window sill was full of dead bugs, there was other peoples hair all over the pillows, yellow stains in the pillows and on the bed, the sheets obviously have not been washed since at least the last guest, there was a dog toy and an AirPod under the bed and all kinds of things on the floor, I noticed the toilet had feces on the bottom of the seat the first time I used it. The sink has some kind of build up in it and there was dust everywhere. I have stayed in some trashy places on work trips but this one is by far the WORST place I have ever stayed in. I won’t be coming back and you should stay away from here. The service was good though, the front desk guy was respectful and had a good attitude towards me.

The property has BED BUGS, when I brought it to the owner\'s attention he told me that I was incorrect and I was actually allergic to pets (which I have) and told me to "have yourself check" so it\'s obviously a problem that will never go away that he has known about for a while. So incredibly rude dishonest staff but the bed bugs are friendly.

Our room was suppose to be a none smoking room , which smelt like smoke. It was also moldy smelling and in the bathroom you can see through the light fixture that there was no cover. Through it you can see all the collection of dust and debris. Had a hard time sleeping due to the bad smell of the room. We checked out at 6:30 am instead of 11:00 because it was making me sick to my stomach, was giving me a headache. The host at check in was very genuine. Breakfast was sub-par for the price you paid for the room.

Do not stay here. The room was filthy. The showers & sink stained & cracked. The bathroom floor looked like housekeeping had been moping filth into the corners for years. It was so dirty that i wouldnt even shower. The tissue dispenser was so full of unidentified stains that i didnt dare touch it. The walls are chipped, cracked, and have unrepaired holes. Pillows are small & flat. The free breakfast was muffin, cereal or yogurt only.

Bed mattress was an old style spring style. No sleep toss and turn bed squeaks every time you move. Shower head in the bathroom barely worked Shower rod barely hanging up It was a nice size room just very dated

Good hotel to stay the night. Easy check in, very nice. It was clean. They did give us a first floor room close to exit because we brought our two dogs, which made it easy to take them out. We missed the breakfast because it was over by 9 am. But they did have fresh coffee after 9 am.

This was an amazing option to stay on our way to the national parks, I loved the the staff’s consideration for everyone’s ground floor needs. Breakfast was great and overall a very nice and amazing location, rare to find gems like these within this price range

Staff was great at check in. The room was dirty, with a lot of dust and the sick, toilet, and shower looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. If you stood in the shower it cracked and popped and felt like you were going to fall through. Toilet didn’t flush and sink didn’t drain. Breakfast was very limited, crispy gallon of milk in a warm fridge! Juice tasted expired. This hotel is definitely run down!
