This had the parking we needed as we were towing a trailer and got in late. There were 8 of us with 2 rooms. It was nice to be on the same 3rd floor and have an elevator to help with all our stuff (including a baby). Breakfast was good.

The elevator was nasty, which did not leave a good first impression. It needs a serious cleaning. It put the cleanliness of the rest of the facility into question. The air conditioner did not seem to work, but we were able to open the window for fresh air and cool down. The breakfast sausage was not cooked. It was gray in color and the gravy did not seem heated. So we left and ate elsewhere.

This hotel was dirty, the clerk was not friendly the elevator was disgusting.. didnt feel safe going to 3rd floor to get ice from the ice machine. Our room was on the 1st floor. Will never stay there again.

The place was dirty and run down. I was surprised when we got to our room. The photo was obviously really old because our room did NOT look like the photo! Toilet wouldn’t flush. Went to use the shower and the whole faucet came out of the wall and the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The lobby area had worn out and dirty furniture. I took pictures because I couldn’t believe it!! I want to request a refund.

Irate of all I would like to commend the staff on their level of service -which was great.they were kind and polite. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The outside of the property was well cared for. Really nice grass and shrubbery. Now the hard part. The property was outdated. I don’t have a problem with that but there were obvious signs of attempts to repair cracks in walls and ceilings. It did not look like those attempts were successful. Let me say I have begun the habit of checking the beds by pulling back the sheets to check for any obvious problems. One of the beds had no mattress pad under the fitted sheet. The mattress was a tad below my standards of cleanliness. The bottom sheet was totally disgusting. There were several spots that appeared to be…well I do not care to describe exactly what I thought I was seeing. But it was dirty. I don’t know how housekeeping staff missed this.

The hotel smells horrible from the second the doors are open. Elevator, hallway, And room was disgusting. Bedsheets were stained and discolored, walls, scratched and stained. Floors hadn’t been vacuumed for who knows how long .The eggs and biscuits and gravy smelled sour and The tables, counters and kitchen area were disgusting. NEEDS A DEEP CLEAN

It was the worst hotel experience iv ever had. They gave us a dirty room, someone was literally in the room assigned to us. We went back and complained, then they gave us a room with stained sheets, blood on the mattress and the door handle was broke. Not impressed, didnt stay, WILL NEVER GO BACK

Staff at check-in was busy but efficient and kind. Room was dated but clean. Two significant problems: the smoke detector in my room had been removed from the wall and loose wires were visible hanging inside the wall. Second, the door clasp lock was broken- it was hanging loose. The deadbolt lock did work.

I was very disappointed with this property. The first room I was given had a broken handle to the room. They were going to show me how to use it, but I refused and was given another room. It was not very clean, the telephone was missing, and the air conditioning did not work. Very disappointing!

It was convenient for travelers on the interstate and the value was okay. But my main complaint is that "micro" describes the room! Barely enough room to bring in the luggage. Plus we were traveling with pets and there was hardly enough space on the floor to put their beds.

All the staff I interacted with were fantastic - both in person and via phone calls. I learned a lot on this trip moving my daughter cross country with her pets. Not all "pet friendly" properties mean they accept cats. This one did, and all were incredibly nice and helpful! Great breakfast, too!

Most everyone there was very nice and the room was great, but the manager or whoever he was i wish i got his name was exceptionally rude. He would not listen to me i could hardly understand him. He just left an extremely bad impression. Super super rude.

The the property was nice. It was a typical stay. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment. The one thing I would say is that the manager at the front counter was very disinterested. He was not friendly or inviting. In fact, we felt like we were intruding. He even versed on the side of being rude.

The staff was incredibly rude. While finishing coffee at breakfast we’re told they needed to leave right now because they had to clean. Were told check out time was 10:00 even though it was posted at 11:00 at the desk and finally were told to get out and leave when they were challenging the check out time.

The hotel was fine while we were there. Very close to the interstate so it had some noise at night. The frustration came the next day when we had checked out and I realized I had left my prescription glasses in the bathroom. I called the front deak and the man was incredibly difficult. I asked if I could pay the bill to have my glasses sent to me and he refused to help. He said I had to come pick them up but I was already 9 hours away in Kansas at that time. For a hotel off I-80 one would think they would be more accomodating to travelers who are clearly driving through.

Everything was fine except that the shower didn’t work as no lever or way to push the water from the faucet part up to the shower head. I did take pictures in case there was a question. I didn’t see staff when I left in the morning so didn’t report it but it had to be obvious to ataff

Very nice check-in and very comfortable room. Convenient location to interstate. Hint: request a room on the town side, not the freeway side. I-84 is a major east-west truck route, so it would be better to sleep away from the highway.

Exactly what we needed in route to Boise. Despite it's proximity to the freeway, the noise wasn't bad. The property shows some signs of wear, but nice and clean. Met the new owners who were very nice and seemed proud of the property. If they take care of a few little details, they'll have something nice here in Rawlins. The breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular but about what you expect and a nice start to the day. Overall, we were please with our one night stay and would stay there again.

Property needs to be updated. Dining area is dirty and food in terrible. Refrigerated items were left out unrefrigerated. Ice machines, both are disgusting and one is broken. Lobby area and dining area smell very bad. Trash bins are overflowing and not being emptied. No one attending breakfast area or anywhere when needed. Very disappointed!

Good clean rooms. My TV wouldn’t turn on, but no big deal, I was headed to bed soon anyways. Breakfast was ok, but those eggs weren’t very good. Maybe they weren’t fresh. Overall, I’d stay here again.
