Well built building and decent sound proofing which is important in Wyoming as the wind is crazy destructive and loud. Very clean and great access, tub is small but that’s very normal. For most places. Quick access to town, and highway.

Smoke detector had been uninstalled, shower curtain rod was loose, peeling paint in the room. Heater ran all night long, (noisy) and the on/off switch was broken, mini fridge was extremely noisy. There were clothes from a prior occupant in the drawer. For breakfast, the juice machine was broken, there were only 3 apples as far as fruit...not much choice. Definitely could use some help.
