Booked the room for our anniversary specifically for the pool and hot tub. When booked we didn’t know if we were going to have to bring our dog so booked a pet friendly room. When we arrived I asked if we could stay in a non pet friendly room since we didn’t bring our dog - I was told that’s what you booked. Ok I guess we get it. I mentioned we were excited to use the pool and hot tub and asked the hours was told 8am-10pm I believe. We get to our room, towels were messed up, it looked like the floor hadn’t seeped and went to turn on a light and find the plug was cut. So far all minor things. What put us over the edge- was when we went to use the hot tub at 8:05 AM the signs were closed. We just thought it was because they hadn’t turned the sign over so we went in and got into the hot tub. About 10 minutes later if even gentlemen came by and insinuated can’t you read the sign says closed. I asked why is it closed and we were told it was closed all day for maintenance. There is an opportunity here one just be nice but also when I asked about the hot tub you could have shared tomorrow it is fully closed, you could also put up a sign stating closed for maintenance- I’m not sure I believe that it really was closed for maintenance. After checking out, I didn’t get a text to do a survey which I did. They asked for feedback. I told her it was gonna be raised and they were gonna get back to me. It’s been a week with no response back.

Pool and hot tub were out of order FOR OVER A WEEK but still advertised on website!?! And still charging a $100 more than the three other hotels within 3 blocks...

Spacious rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Hot tub and pool was satisfying for my family. They were very happy with the amenities. Thanks for a great stay!!

Restaurant and lounge and the hot tub were all closed

Room was nice as was the staff. Pool and jacuzzi were a big plus. Good stay.

We had a great experience at the Best Western. The staff was excellent! I even had a housekeeper ask me in passing if i needed anything before i left and she brought towels to my room. Breakfast was good, but i would suggest doing away with the pre made omelet, they are just not good. Otherwise a good breakfast. Pool was great and clean. All the facilities were really nice. Our room was very nice and i just noticed some small maintenance stuff that needs to be delt with like chipped paint, swelled door, shower slow draining. But otherwise good condition and clean room. We have really been happy with Best Western

The room was dirty. The floor was made of hardwood floors that felt grimy and sandy, like they weren’t swept. Behind the window curtains were these tiny bugs flying around. And the bath tub drain had gunk/debris stuck to the bottom so it drained slowly. I used 6 bathroom towels to lay on the floor so my feet wouldn’t feel dirty.

Overall very nice place, little dated and could use updating. Room was clean, common areas fairly clean. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

The staff with whom we interacted were all pleasant, polite and anxious to be helpful. However, this was, hands down, the dirtiest hotel in which we have ever stayed! It appeared that the first room to which we were assigned had only been partially cleaned. The wastebaskets had been emptied and the beds were made, however, there was a half-eaten loaf of bread on top of a chest of drawers and uneaten- and partially-eaten food in the fridge. BUT the worse thing was two pairs of men's underwear (which had been worn) on the counter in the bathroom! The second room was sort of OK. The beds had been made and the sheets were clean but the upholstered chair and carpet were filthy! MY husband never bothers to wear slippers when traveling and staying in hotels. He kept his sandals on here. The carpets in the public areas were, perhaps, the dirtiest I have ever seen anywhere. They were so grimy all you could see was the dirt -- you couldn't see the pattern. I understand they were having problems finding and keeping housekeeping staff. I'm sure both guest numbers and staffing are problems in such a small and isolated location but the level of neglect to upkeep in both public and private areas along with basic cleanliness was shocking! We have traveled to all 50 states and 34 countries and never seen anything like this before.

What can’t I say? Bed bugs or fleas, dirty with urine on toilet, and yellow spots on thw beds and pillows in all three rooms. One room was changed but it was just as bad. Requested refund. Drive the extra hour and half to Rock Springs.

The hotel was pet friendly. The complimentary breakfast was average. The carpet on the room was not clean. The bedsheets had stains. The Bathroom tub did not drain water and was not clean. Overall average to poor experience.

Clean and easy parking

I have never stayed in a dirtier room, even in third world countries. My feet stuck to the floor in front of the vanity & in the B-room. The shower curtain was yellow with soap scum and generally dirty all over, and the tub was caked with soap scum. Disgusting!!!

Great breakfast and friendly staff but cleanliness definitely needs to be addressed. Our bathroom was disgusting.

The refrigerator in the room was kind-of loud - I didn't sleep the best because of it. But - the bed was super comfortable, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the hot tub and pool were very relaxing. I would definitely give it another try, and hope the fridge was quieter.

It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but there was an odor that seemed like it had been smoked in and they used something to try to cover up the odor. Bed wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom was very small.

The room is nice, I like the layout. But the cleanliness could be way better for what im paying. Definitely can hear cars passing by throut the night. Other than that cant hear neighbors or anything else. The furniture looked outdated and is visibly dirty. I personally would not stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. The room was like a studio apartment and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Curtains and door did not screen out hallway light so I woke up several times thinking it was time to get up, when it was the middle of the night.

My biggest complaint for this property is the lack of windows. The dining area and breakfast area are super dark with no natural light. The rooms have hallway windows instead of exterior windows, so you don’t want to keep the curtains open for obvious privacy reasons. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean but outdated. A renovation would do this hotel wonders. Overall not a bad stay.

We had two rooms. One room was comfortable and smelled nice. The other was musty and humid. My husband scrapped his leg on the metal frame that the bed is supposed to sit in. The bed was not sitting properly. Toilet was tilted forward at 3/4 inch

The on-site restaurant was excellent: delicious food and top-notch service. The man at the check-in desk was very helpful, but the woman was a bit curt with us and another customer who was checking in at the same time.

Was stranded in town due to a closure on highway 80 and this place was a life saver. Echo at the front desk was so kind and got myself and my 2 pets checked in right away. A great customer experience!

I booked his hotel while traveling to help my daughters move across country. Unfortunately, I had car trouble and was unable to make the reservation. These people have zero empathy for anyone having trouble and decided to charge me the full rate for the booking. They fleeced me out of hundreds of dollars. No flexibility, no compassion, zero empathy . I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I am not sure whey it cost $180 for a hotel in Rawlins, but the hotel was okay. Nothing special, but we were able to get a ground floor room with easy access to the parking lot which helps on a cross country trip. The in-house restaurant was the star of the hotel, nice to have a good place to eat without having to get back in the car after drivng all day.

Property is clean and quiet. It is in an area of Rawlins witj easy freeway access. The neighborhood is gaining more and more vacant buildings.

We were just driving through. This was easy in and out. Friendly staff overall nice facilities.

It was a pleasant enough stay. One night on our way through town. I’ve paid a lot less for better places, but it was clean, tidy and staff were very pleasant. In hotel restaurant is the only place to eat close by, and pricy but good food. Breakfast was plentiful and the usual hotel fare. Newer hotels by food are on the other, newer side of town. This was a prime place maybe 40 years ago when this part of town was good…but now mostly shuttered businesses. Didn’t feel unsafe though, just a bit inconvenient. Hotel clerk told me I overpaid on hotels,com and could’ve got the place cheaper in their website, but when I checked it was the same price….so, dunno.

The room was quiet and the breakfast was hot and well stocked and clean. Walking distance to Mike's Steakhouse, which was excellent.

Just a small town but, friendly customer service. Check in and check out easy. Staff friendly. Not much around to see, but very nice hotel.

The breakfast was plentiful but hot food was cold. Disappointed. We figured paying more was okay because we’d get a good breakfast. Definitely not the case. We were there early so can’t imagine how bad it got as the time went on. Probably will choose a different place next year when we go through and on our return trip.

The staff was super friendly, the lounge had great food and cocktails. The bartender was awesome. The included breakfast was excellent!

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, ac worked great. Staff were friendly and helpful. On site restaurant was wonderful. Waitress was very attentive. Food came quickly. Portions were large and very reasonably priced!
