Very new clean hotel. Staff was great. We stayed on our trip to Utah and liked it enough to stay on the way home too. Convenient to I-80 and some restaurants. Hot tub was broken. Parking was snow covered some but that may be hard to fix in Rawlins. TV was huge w lots of channels. The signal did break up a little at times.

This is a new hotel and everything is very clean. Room and bed were very comfortable and quiet. Dogs are allowed. Breakfast is set out at 6 a.m. and has many items. Breakfast area and stations very clean and sanitary. Staff was friendly and check-in was fast and efficient.

Friendly staff, modern and well kept (maybe new hotel?). They only had 2 luggage carts so we had to wait a bit. Perhaps adding more carts would be good. We arrived on a cold, rainy night, so we ordered Domino's Pizza which was conveniently delivered to our hotel room [wonderful]. Overall, a good hotel.

All I can say is WOW. My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Comfy beds, extremely clean rooms without even a speck of dust. Front desk staff were so sweet and helpful when we needed a late checkout. I especially want to mention the hotels head of housekeeping, Rachael, who helped us out to make us even more comfortable and who interactions with her staff were so refreshing to hear. She leads a great team! Also thanks to Alyssa at the front desk for the extra blanket. Great stay!

The hotel appeared new and clean but I had two rooms that really smelled of cigarettes. The first room they gave me was horrible and I asked for a new room. The second room also smelled of cigarettes but I figured it was more tolerable than the first and I didn't see any point in swapping again. There was also a lot of road noise (not ideal along I-80) and come to find out, my window wouldn't fully close. Otherwise, staff was friendly and breakfast was above average for free breakfast places.

Cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Room very quiet. Pet friendly room was also people friendly: clean floor, handicapped accessible, in mint condition. Morning breakfast well prepared, dining staff member friendly, efficient.

Room 330 was absolutely fantastic. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Bed linen was amazing. Loved it! Only gripe was noise from road and railroad nearby. Better double glazing required? Otherwise, excellent.

Room very comfortable and spacious and good configuration. Good amenities and really good breakfast. There is a train going by regularly but didn’t bother us. Walmart next door and could walk to it. Staff friendly. When we checked in, the bathroom sink stopper not working so they said they would fix and one of the blinds didn’t go up once down and they would fix that too. I would recommend and stay there again

Everything seems fine. However I called hours in advance for a crib and they said they have it and on arrival they said they only have 1 on entire property. That was annoying.

The rooms are nice. The pool was cloudy and way over chlorinated, made me nauseous. At 7:00 AM there were some bikers who were right next to the hotel who started their engines and were revving them over and over. It woke me up. I called the front desk and they refused to do anything about it. They just kept saying that they were about to leave. It was over 20 minutes that they were their blasting music and engines. I have no interest staying at a hotel that doesn’t care about the concerns of their guests. I won’t be staying there again. Also, when checking in at 4PM I was told that they didn’t have my room ready yet, and I’d have to wait. This was after the check in time. If it weren’t for another worker there who told them to put me in an available room, I would have been waiting around for who knows how long. This is just another example of how poorly trained their front desk staff is. Hopefully their management can get them better trained in customer service and operations.

Hats off to the HIE in Rawlins this last week. I-80 was shut in both directions. This hotel stepped up and hosted a building full of stranded folk. They were incredibly hospitable and took every step to assure we were well taken care of. The counter staff were remarkable, the cleaning crew shined and the breakfast staff did not disappoint - they worked their butts off. Thank you HIE Rawlins.

Room was very clean, new, but the window did not lock. We were on the first floor. They did switch our room. Very helpful no hassle then. Breakfast was to be until 10 am, but they removed the coffee at about 9:20? Why? They did not have the juice machine fully working could not make pancakes either. Breakfast was disappointing.
