Muy bonito hotel, les recomiendo asegurarse que su habitacion incluya desayuno ya que vale la pena el costo adicional. Los desayunos te haran sentir como en casa. Lo unico malo es que el parqueo es limitado y no apto para vehiculos bajos. Hubo problemas con el elevador los dias que estuve en octubre 2024. Por ello le doy 8.5/10. El personal es muy amable, el check in y check out sencillos. Definitivamente volveria a hospedarme acá en el futuro.

En general es un hotel viejo que ya grita por una remodelacion, las alfombras estan muy desgastadas y las ventanas no son insonorizadas. Los espacios estan bien y ofrece buena calidad en su ropa de cama pero el estilo de decoracion de madera cruda es de principios de los 70s. El baño tiene buen sistema de agua caliente pero tambien la bañera metalica y las perillas de 2 llaves son muy viejas. Cuenta con una alberca bonita acun lado del restaurante y un casino de lujo a la entrada como aspectos para resaltar.

Top quality hotel. Spacious and beautiful room with great view of the city. Well equipped gym. I enjoyed the men's spa: steamroom, jacuzzi, sauna.

Una estadia ok! En general hay muchos malos olores en el cuarto, A/C y pasillos, los ascensores estaban en mantenimiento creando mucho problema, y el ruido de afuera no está muy aislado. Staff bastante atento.

Second time we stay in this hotel. This time i brought my kids; but the swimming pool wasn’t open. Great place to relax.

I loved their dinner buffet, their beds and space. well supplied with towels, soaps, and even had a gym and spa. so convenient to hangout in the hotel for fun! I wish our TV worked, but that’s it.

My experience at this hotel was not the greatest. Starting with the hygiene of the place, I walk in to my room and first thing a notice was the carpet it’s dirty. I spoke with the cleaning lady the next morning about having the carpet vacuumed. The lady was embarrassed to tell me that they requested vacuums to managers but they just refuse to get them. I was shocked, how do you have a hotel full of carpet with no vacuums?!. The curtains were full of greasy hands as well. So the building needs a lot of attention but seen how management thinks its ok to not vacuum the carpet its very concerning. On my rating I gave 2 stars for staff and service which I hate to generalize. The cleaning staff along with the people at the restaurant and security were extremely friendly and courteous. My poor rating comes from the man at the front desk named Alberto Rivera. Lack of communication skills and im not talking about language (Spanish is my first language) I’m talking customer service that is expected from a hospitality place. Poor eye contact, rude expressions, when asked questions was just quiet. It was very weird and uncomfortable interaction overall rude. I could type the full interaction but it wont fit here. But this gentleman is in the wrong field for sure. People at the “Mercado” have way more knowledge of customer service than him. The man is just rude with a Napoleon syndrome. And he is the face of the business. I don’t see a great future for this hotel.

Room had an intolerable amount of street noise through windows that did little to block it. Black mold in the shower Wait staff in restaurant and front desk were friendly. Shuttle drivers were great.

An older hotel, but still a nice clean room perfect for a night before flying out or in. Definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable in every way. The fixtures in the bathroom are a bit dated, but everything is clean and in perfect working order. The staff is unbelievably polite and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is absolutely wonderful with great, attentive service. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Don’t get the room facing the street. I had a room on 8th floor and I could hear the noise from the street in front of the hotel. The windows are not well insulated. First, I thought windows were open but they weren’t.

Very pleasant stay, bit noisy from the main road side of the hotel but it is to be expected. The WiFi/internet was absolutely trash. I know it’s a dated hotel and that part of the charm but it’s 2025 WiFi is not a luxury it’s a need, several times the internet would just stop working during the day and just unusable at time. Upgrading is expensive but worth it. Food was amazing and definitely your strong point, ate there many times never disappointed. Incredible service at the restaurant and housing keeping staff was very courteous.

Personnel were really good, very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, property is dated and with that has a lot of stains on the carpet and chairs. The biggest problem for me was that the windows were not soundproof, and I could hear every bit of traffic late night as well as early morning, which made a really rough night

En general el hotel es viejo. Los ascensores son muy lentos y poco “inteligente”. El wifi en la habitación tiene baja intensidad, baja velocidad y se desconecta continuamente.

No TV , no cable no smart tv, the shower the mechanism doesn't work, couldn't take a shower, the AC an old unit , the knob to turn the Temperature down or up doesn't exist , its broken, the elevators didn't work , had to take the stairs to walk down

Is to close the airport, room is big, clean, mattress is good size and confortable.

Nice place to stay, food is good, room was clean. My problem was it took an hour to check in and I never got a key card that would open my room, I had 11 different cards and none would do it, a porter had to open it for me. Staff was polite and helpful. Maintenance showed up me last night but I didn’t need it fixed then

I was very disappointed when the shuttle was not at the airport to pick us up. Then I find out I had to pay extra ($20) for the shuttle. When I arrived at the hotel I find out that breakfast is not included. Maybe I misunderstood your ad but I was under the impression that breakfast and the shuttle were part of the booking.

I spent one night at the Las Americas hotel during my layover on the way to Belize. It had a shuttle service, was competitively priced and close to the airport - which made it a great option. The hotel has an onsite restaurant, bar and casino and is in a quiet area with a number of dining options. I felt quite safe walking around in the evening. The hotel is showing some signs of age and there were renovations underway. The shuttle apparently goes to the airport every 30 minutes but best to call them in advance and then once you have cleared customs otherwise you could end up waiting an hour, like i did, if they are not having many guests at the time you arrive. Once i called, they were able to get a driver to me. The shuttle charge is US$5 compared to US$12 with a taxi, so a good option. The shuttle back is quite easy, let them knkw when you have to leave and it is all taken care of. They'll even give you a wake up call if you need one. All in all a great option and would certainly consider on my next trip.

Very smooth check in, very helpful staff. Transportation on time. We had a great stay even though we stayed on night only.

Front dest need to be a little more friendly and kinda smile more, remember they are the face of the hotel. House keeping the best part fast, clean, and friendly.

Staff was excellent. I accidently dropped 1,000Q while checking in and the staff found it and returned it.

Lack of sense of customer service. Waiting more than an hour to register and checkout. Careless attitude to speed registration with more than 10 people in line. Just one clerk attending. Misinformation about what your rate include and not include.

The breakfast is great.

They were great in accommodating a last minute change as we suddenly had one more person with us. The restaurant is very nice and their buffet dinner was delicious with good options.

Yo comprendo que las cocineras del desayuno tienen mucho trabajo, pero siento que pudieran mejorar un poco en la actitud de amabilidad. Tampoco está demás que amplíen la cantidad de staff Si saben que el desayuno tiene demanda. Nosotros nos demoramos casi media hora entre la cola y la hechura del huevo. Por lo demas, staff en recepción muy amable.
