The front desk person was zero help. The shower didn’t drain so you stand ankle deep after, the only bright spot was the shuttle driver who was very nice and helpful

This was my first experience with this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The pool is just for refreshing yourself, not big and not for swimming. There are Restaurants, a mall and grocery stores within walking distance. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious, especially the freshly made omlette while you watch yours being made. The fresh fruit and juices are always being refilled. The coffee is very very good. The only thing that threw me off was the rooms. They do need updating as they are not too modern. But they are kept clean. (Just an FYI, there handicap rooms are limited to a single double bed). Housekeeping does a very nice job in cleaning, refilling amenities and towels. The water pressure was excellent, the beds are very comfortable and once acclimated to the room, it’s a quit place to get a good nights sleep especially with blackout curtains. There is no mini fridge in the room, cable TV is somewhat limited and we had an issue with the security box in the closet, which was resolved quickly and on our final day, the AC gave out with the cold air. But as it was called in, it was quickly repaired. When we returned to our room for our last night, the AC was fixed and the room was cold again. The internet is good and setting up the ride to the airport was quick and easy. Would I stay there again? Yes. Now that I know the hotel, I would say for a good nights stay, it’s worth the price.

Very noisy but close to airport. We saw employees swimming with their clothes in the pool. It's really there for decoration only.
